Sedans for one or two travelers
Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags. Include oversized luggage or mobility equipment so the vehicle can be checked for the trip.
SUVs for families and small groups
Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Child seats require an SUV; request them in advance with each child’s age, weight and height so availability and fit can be reviewed.
Larger parties
The booking form accepts written-quote requests for Sprinters and coaches. Contact Artisan for multiple vehicles, giving each pickup time, passenger group and luggage count so the full arrangement can be reviewed.

Start with the party and the complete load, then choose the class. Two travelers with several large cases can need a different arrangement from a short city ride without luggage. Count children, strollers and mobility equipment before selecting.
The listed capacities are planning limits, not a promise that every combination fits. Child-seat requests require an SUV and advance confirmation. Group vehicles receive a written quote in the same booking form; a larger vehicle does not combine separate pickups automatically.

Use a full address and the entrance the traveler can actually reach. A building, airport or venue name may have several meeting points. Give the traveler the confirmed instructions as well as the booking reference.
Pickup and deadline
Local date, pickup time, full addresses and any fixed appointment, flight or boarding deadline.

How much does car service in NYC cost?

The price depends on your route, date, vehicle and trip requirements. Enter those details to see the available options. Your accepted NYC airport price includes the required trip fees for the agreed itinerary. Gratuity is optional; changes and waiting beyond the included allowance can cost extra.
Your reservation is private to your party, with vehicle fit and the itinerary reviewed before confirmation. An eligible online request saves your card without a charge or hold. If the trip or price changes, you receive a revised offer to accept before charging. Confirmation follows approval and successful payment; accepted invoice or deposit offers follow their own payment terms.

For a standard confirmed ride, cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different terms apply only if disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment.

Use the airport shown on your booked flight, not simply New York. JFK, LaGuardia and Newark are separate airports. For a private flight, include the named airport and FBO. If travelers arrive separately, list each flight before deciding whether one pickup or separate vehicles make sense.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Select Booking for someone else in the details step and enter the passenger's name and phone number. Confirmation stays with the booking contact; the passenger details help the concierge coordinate the trip. Use the corporate-account inquiry for recurring company travel.
Can I arrange travel outside Manhattan?
Submit the complete pickup and destination addresses, date, timing and vehicle needs. Artisan reviews New York metropolitan-area journeys, including requests beyond Manhattan. Exact route availability and special requirements must be confirmed for the reservation.
Does Artisan operate every vehicle itself?

What if I have not received a confirmation or change response?
Contact the concierge with your existing request reference, the intended pickup date and route, and reachable contact. A submitted request or unanswered change is not a confirmed arrangement. Use the accepted, confirmed itinerary; do not treat silence as approval or assume an earlier pickup has been replaced.

Can I cancel or change my confirmed ride?
For a standard confirmed booking, cancellation received at least 48 hours before pickup qualifies for a full refund. Weddings, multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings use seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Changes depend on availability and may need a revised accepted price. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.
