LAX Car Service pricing by vehicle class

| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |

- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
Meeting your chauffeur
LAX car service pickup and LAX-it
Planning sources: LAX: limousine, executive car and LAX-it guidance · LAX: ground transportation and construction notices
LAX’s official guidance, checked October 1, 2026, directs limousine and town-car passengers to the outermost curb on the lower level outside baggage claim. The airport treats these services separately from standard ride-app pickup at LAX-it beside Terminal 1.
Use the meeting instructions for your reservation. Airport construction and local directions can affect the approach, so keep the traveler’s phone reachable and confirm the arrival terminal before leaving baggage claim. If you want an inside greeting, request it in advance and confirm the arrangement for your terminal.
The complete itinerary
From LAX to a hotel, office or Orange County stay
A transfer can take your party to a Santa Monica hotel, a Beverly Hills residence, a meeting in Downtown Los Angeles or an Orange County destination. Enter the full address and any separate car entrance; a neighborhood name does not tell the chauffeur where to finish the journey.
Choose hourly service when you want to keep the vehicle for meetings or appointments after arrival. List the stops in order and the time you need at each. For a departure, choose your pickup time by working back from the airline’s check-in requirement and allowing for the road journey and terminal access.
Vehicle planning
Fit the car to your LAX passengers and bags
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child seat policy
Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Include carry-ons, strollers and oversized items so the actual load can be reviewed. Larger groups can request a Sprinter or coach quote in the booking flow.
Child seats require an SUV. Request up to two seats, subject to availability, with each child’s age, weight, height and seat type. Tell us about airline wheelchair assistance or vehicle access needs before booking so the ground meeting can be planned.
Beyond the airport
LAX to Disneyland or your cruise terminal
Planning sources: Disneyland Resort: airport transportation choices · Port of Los Angeles: San Pedro and Long Beach cruise terminals
For a Disneyland visit, provide the Anaheim hotel address or intended resort drop-off, together with the stroller, luggage and child-seat requests. An airport-to-hotel transfer and a later trip to the parks may be separate journeys; include every stop you need in the itinerary.
For a cruise, verify the actual port on your sailing documents. The Los Angeles Cruise Terminal in San Pedro and Long Beach Cruise Terminal are different facilities. Include the cruise line, ship, sailing date and terminal or berth, and plan against the cruise line’s check-in instructions.
Before you reserve
Your LAX fare, waiting and confirmation
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: wait time policy · Artisan Limo: confirmation, cancellation and changes
The agreed price includes required normal trip fees for the accepted route and vehicle; gratuity is optional. Extra stops, itinerary changes and waiting beyond the included allowance can add to the cost. Review the total and terms for your exact journey.
Standard airport waiting is 60 minutes for a domestic arrival and 90 minutes for an international arrival, measured from actual wheels-down. Taxiing, baggage and customs use that window. The written quote or confirmation states the allowance for your trip.
Submitting an eligible reservation request saves your card without a charge and does not confirm the ride. If Artisan approves the exact request, confirmation follows successful payment of the accepted total. Any revised offer needs your acceptance first; invoice, deposit and direct-checkout offers follow their own accepted payment terms.

LAX pickup questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeDo I need to go to LAX-it for a chauffeur pickup?
LAX’s official limousine and executive-car guidance uses the terminal outer curb, while standard ride apps use LAX-it. Follow the confirmed instructions for your booked service and terminal. Premium ride-app exceptions exist, so the type of service matters.

Can I request an inside greeting at LAX?
Request the greeting option before reserving and confirm where the chauffeur will meet you. The terminal, airport rules and booked arrangement determine what is possible; an inside greeting does not change the permitted vehicle loading area.
What if I cannot find my chauffeur at LAX?
Stay at the agreed permitted meeting area and contact the concierge using your reservation details or Artisan’s official phone number. Give the terminal, level, exact location and whether your whole party has collected its bags. Follow airport staff’s directions and tell the concierge if your meeting location changes. Do not assume a LAX-it sign is your chauffeur’s meeting point.

What if my LAX flight lands early or changes terminals?
Include accurate airline and flight details. Arrival updates help adjust pickup timing; early arrivals depend on availability. Contact the concierge promptly for a new terminal, diversion or rebooked flight and send the updated flight number.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: flight tracking and delay policy
How much waiting is included after landing?
The standard window is 60 minutes domestic or 90 minutes international from actual wheels-down, including taxiing, baggage and customs. Your written booking confirms the exact allowance. Contact the concierge if you are delayed beyond it.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: wait time policy
Can I go from LAX to Disneyland or Long Beach Cruise Terminal?
Enter the complete resort, hotel or cruise-terminal destination and include every stop. For a cruise, supply the line, ship and sailing date; San Pedro’s Los Angeles Cruise Terminal and Long Beach Cruise Terminal are different places. Allow for arrival formalities and the onward check-in deadline.
Planning sources: Port of Los Angeles: San Pedro and Long Beach cruise terminals
Can I keep the car for meetings after my flight?
Choose hourly service and list the meeting addresses, order of stops and requested duration. Review the agreed itinerary and extension terms before accepting; a transfer reservation alone does not reserve a vehicle for the rest of the day.
Are tips and airport fees included?
Required normal trip fees are included in the agreed price for your accepted itinerary. Gratuity is optional. Requested extras, changes and waiting beyond the allowance are handled under the accepted terms.
When is the reservation confirmed, and can I cancel?
An eligible card-saving request is unconfirmed until approval and successful payment of the accepted total. No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Standard confirmed transfers qualify for a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice; inside that window a refund is discretionary. Group programs use a seven-day window, unless different terms were accepted in writing.
