  • Starting fares are class minimums, not fixed airport or destination fares. Exact addresses, the itinerary and selected options determine your complete price.
  • Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; gratuity is optional. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Hourly service — exact totals
Vehicle classPer hour3 hours4 hours
Executive Sedan$120$360$480
  • 3-hour minimum for sedan and SUV hourly service. Ordinary local stops and waiting within the agreed window are included for the approved local itinerary. Driving time also uses that window.
  • Extra time requires customer and dispatch approval and is billed at the class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before acceptance.

Who it suits

A car for one traveler or a shared itinerary

A sedan keeps a small party’s journey straightforward: one pickup, one chauffeur and room for the items you actually bring. Artisan’s sedan booking limit is two passengers. That is the service capacity used for your reservation, even when a manufacturer’s passenger count is higher.

For a business trip, include the office entrance, meeting time and any stop at a hotel before the appointment. For personal travel, include a stroller or larger suitcase early instead of assuming it will fit alongside the standard bags.

  1. Airport to final address

Book a direct transfer when you want one journey from the terminal or FBO to your hotel, office or residence. Include the flight and luggage so pickup and vehicle fit can be reviewed.

  2. Appointments on a schedule

Choose hourly when the same vehicle needs to remain available through several local stops. A point-to-point drop-off does not hold the car for the next meeting.

Luggage and comfort

Leave room for the luggage, too

The Executive Sedan listing allows up to three standard bags. This is a planning limit, not a promise that any three cases will fit. Share oversized dimensions, golf bags, musical instruments and other unusually shaped items before booking.

Child-seat requests require an SUV; they cannot be arranged in the Executive Sedan through this booking option. Choose Executive SUV or Luxury SUV, request the needed seats and provide each child’s age, weight, height and seat type. Seats are subject to availability. For extra travelers or equipment, also review the complete seating and luggage fit.

Executive Sedan or Luxury Sedan?

Both classes serve a small party and follow Artisan’s sedan passenger limits. The Executive Sedan is the starting point for everyday business and personal transfers; the Luxury Sedan is the higher class for travelers who prefer a flagship sedan cabin.

A class selection is not a guarantee of a particular model year, seat package or technology. If a specific model or cabin feature matters, tell Artisan before acceptance and rely on the vehicle arrangement confirmed for your trip.

How to arrange it

Arrange your chauffeur and vehicle

Enter the full pickup and destination, date, local time, passengers and luggage. Choose point to point for a direct journey or hourly for a reserved local itinerary. The form presents the available vehicle classes and trip price; review the terms and submit your request for Artisan approval.

Add flight and terminal or FBO details for an airport pickup. For a venue, provide the actual entrance and meeting point rather than only the building name. If the passenger and booking contact are different people, include the traveler’s reachable contact details.

Review the confirmed vehicle class, itinerary, price and cancellation terms together. Sending a request, selecting a vehicle or providing a card is not itself confirmation. Keep the approval and reservation details for the trip.

  1. Tell us what must fit

List every traveler, suitcase, carry-on, stroller, folding wheelchair or equipment case. Child-seat requests require an SUV. For a group vehicle, do not assume a child restraint or suitable installation position is included; discuss the children’s requirements with Artisan and confirm an appropriate arrangement before acceptance. Bag size matters alongside the count.

  2. Discuss access before booking

Describe boarding assistance and whether a traveler needs to remain in a wheelchair. An SUV, high-roof van or coach is not automatically wheelchair accessible. The actual vehicle and securement arrangement must be confirmed.

  3. Make changes before the journey

Send changes to the route, timing, group or vehicle as soon as possible. Ask Artisan to confirm any additional charge or calculation before the changed service. Waiting, no-show and cancellation terms remain part of the accepted arrangement.

Speak with the concierge
How many people can book an Executive Sedan?

Artisan’s Executive Sedan booking limit is 2 passengers. Include children in that total. Child-seat requests require an SUV. If your party is larger, compare an SUV or a group vehicle rather than relying on the manufacturer’s seating maximum.

Can I reserve a sedan for several appointments?

Yes. Choose hourly and include the planned local stops, pickup time and final destination. Driving and waiting use the reserved window; extra time or a changed itinerary needs approval.

Is an Executive Sedan the same as a rental car?

No. This is chauffeur service with an arranged vehicle and driver. Artisan does not offer a self-drive rental through this booking form.

Is gratuity included in the price?

Gratuity is optional. Review the complete required trip price and any selected options before accepting. Additional waiting and accepted changes can cost extra under your reservation terms.
