Speak with the conciergeHow much does an Artisan Limo ride cost?
Enter the itinerary, service type, local schedule and vehicle class in the booking form to review an eligible sedan or SUV fare. Sprinters, passenger vans and coaches receive a written quote through that form. If the itinerary cannot be priced or accepted online, contact Artisan about availability.

What does the trip total include?
The national sedan and SUV total covers transportation, tolls, parking, airport fees, card processing and applicable taxes. Requested extras and optional gratuity are separate. For a group vehicle, review the offer's complete inclusions and payment conditions before acceptance. Gratuity is appreciated and is not mandatory.

When is my card charged?
Submission of an eligible priced request securely saves the payment method with Stripe and makes no charge. Approval of the accepted journey comes before payment. A material price or itinerary revision needs your acceptance and final approval first. Initial group quote intake collects no card; the reviewed offer supplies its payment terms. Artisan does not retain full card numbers.

Can there be charges after the ride?
The accepted Payment Terms limit permitted later charges to items such as extra point-to-point waiting, approved additional hourly service, added stops and accepted itinerary amendments, plus the applicable cancellation or no-show treatment. Each charge has a receipt. Damage, cleaning and other discretionary amounts need separate approval.

How long does my saved card stay on file?
For an approved reservation, the saved card remains on file for 30 days after the last service leg. Authorization for new after-service charges ends earlier if the reservation is financially closed. A pending payment or another active reservation can delay card removal, but cannot extend this reservation's authority to charge.

How long will the chauffeur wait for me?
National sedan and SUV arrivals include 60 minutes from actual wheels-down for domestic flights or 90 minutes for international flights. Taxiing, deplaning, bags and customs are within that clock. Scheduled point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes, with another 15 minutes at each prearranged stop. Waiting during reserved hourly service uses those hours. Group vehicles follow the written offer's waiting terms.

What happens if my flight is delayed or diverted?
Supply the airline, flight number and arrival airport so available tracking can inform the pickup timing. Alert the concierge immediately about a diversion, and send replacement flight details after a missed connection or rebooking. A changed airport or itinerary still needs to be coordinated with Artisan.

Can the chauffeur meet me inside the terminal?
Request the paid meet-and-greet option when arranging the airport pickup. Where the terminal greeting is confirmed, the chauffeur meets the party indoors with a name sign. Check the actual airport and terminal meeting instructions before travel.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation notice runs from when Artisan receives your request to the scheduled pickup. Before confirmation, no cancellation fee applies. Standard confirmed trips have a full-refund window of at least 48 hours; weddings, multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings require seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window, refunds are discretionary. Use bookings@artisanlimo.com or (888) 885-1296 to give notice.

Can I get a child seat?
Artisan-provided infant, convertible and booster seats can be requested in an SUV, with up to two per vehicle subject to local availability. Give each child's age, weight and height and the required restraint type. You may instead bring your own seat at no charge; declare it in the request so installation can be planned.

How many people and bags fit in each vehicle?
Use the booking form's class guidance and confirm the complete load. Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; SUVs up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Jet Sprinters seat 8–10, and Limo Sprinters 8–17 depending on the cabin; each has space for only 4–6 bags at most. Executive Sprinters seat about 13 and Mercedes passenger vans up to 13, with luggage fit confirmed in the written offer.
Do I need a corporate account to book for my company?
A company can request individual trips in the standard booking form without opening an account. For recurring travel, send a corporate account inquiry and discuss the arrangements with the coordinator. The inquiry alone is not an active account, and invoicing or a deposit schedule applies only under an accepted written offer.
