Artisan Limo LLC ("Artisan Limo") provides this website. Existing bookings remain governed by the terms accepted for those bookings.
1. Complimentary Wait Time
Every booking includes a complimentary wait window:
- Airport arrivals, domestic: 60 minutes from the actual (wheels-down) arrival time.
- Airport arrivals, international: 90 minutes from the actual (wheels-down) arrival time, sized to allow for customs and immigration.
- Point-to-point pickups: 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
- Each stop listed in advance on a point-to-point trip: 15 minutes at that stop.
- Hourly service: wait time is included as part of the hourly booking.

To keep pickups on time and avoid unnecessary wait charges: provide accurate pickup details (terminal, airline, and flight number where applicable), keep your phone reachable for coordination, and tell the concierge right away about baggage delays, customs delays, or any last-minute change.
4. Additional Wait Time
On a point-to-point trip, after the complimentary window, additional wait time is billed per minute at one-sixtieth of your vehicle's hourly rate: $120 per hour for an Executive Sedan, $144 for an Executive SUV, $165 for a Luxury SUV and $200 for a Luxury Sedan. The total for the billed minutes is rounded once to the nearest cent. Your card is kept on file for your reservation; we charge additional wait time to it after the trip and send you a receipt showing the minutes and amount.
- Executive Sedan: $2 per minute ($120 per hour).
- Executive SUV: $2.40 per minute ($144 per hour).
- Luxury SUV: $2.75 per minute ($165 per hour).
- Luxury Sedan: approximately $3.33 per minute ($200 per hour, prorated by minute; the total is rounded once to the nearest cent).
Waiting during reserved hourly service is included. Sprinters and other quote-only vehicles use the rates and windows disclosed in the written offer you accept.

The windows above apply to nationally priced sedan and SUV bookings, in every market and at every airport. A different window for a specific booking applies only if it is clearly disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment.
7. Hourly Extensions
Waiting within your reserved hours is included and is not billed again. Service you approve beyond those hours is billed in 30-minute blocks:
- Executive Sedan: $60 for each 30-minute block.
- Executive SUV: $72 for each 30-minute block.
- Luxury SUV: $82.50 for each 30-minute block.
- Luxury Sedan: $100 for each 30-minute block.
We disclose the extension rate and obtain your approval before providing additional service. These rates apply to nationally priced sedans and SUVs; other vehicles use their accepted written offer. On a round trip, waiting and extension rules apply separately to each leg's service type.
