A Downtown convention arrival, a Midtown appointment and a Buckhead hotel stay require different final directions. Add a building name, suite contact or hotel entrance when it will help the handoff.

For travel to Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Alpharetta or another metropolitan-area address, include the exact destination from the outset. Separate passenger drop-offs, luggage stops and a later return belong in the itinerary before you accept it. An airport-to-hotel transfer finishes at its agreed destination. If the day continues afterward, request the retained-time arrangement in advance. For ATL, provide the airline, flight number and local arrival date, then follow the terminal meeting instructions confirmed for your booked vehicle. For PDK, give the FBO name, its passenger entrance, flight or tail reference when available and a reachable traveler or flight-team contact. A general airport address can send the chauffeur to the wrong building. If your itinerary changes airports, terminals or FBOs, send the new details promptly for review.

Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags. Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Count children, carry-ons, checked cases, strollers and oversized equipment. Luggage shape and boarding needs still affect the actual fit.

Executive Sprinter, Jet Sprinter, Limo Sprinter and Mercedes passenger van describe different cabins. Jet and Limo configurations have only four to six bags at most, subject to the actual vehicle. A higher seating capacity does not guarantee space for an airport group's luggage. Larger groups can compare Mini Coach and Motorcoach options through the same booking form.

Request Artisan-provided child seats in an SUV in advance, subject to availability, with each child's age, weight, height and configuration. Explain mobility equipment and ground-vehicle boarding requirements before accepting the arrangement. Airline assistance or a premium vehicle category does not establish the vehicle's accessibility equipment.

Artisan uses its approved national sedan and SUV rate card across its service markets. Published starting fares are class minimums; the complete addresses, time, vehicle and selected options determine your trip's offered price. Required normal trip fees are included in the accepted fare and gratuity is optional. Added stops, excess waiting and approved changes can affect the total.

An eligible reservation request can save your card without charging it. The ride is confirmed after the exact accepted request is approved and its total is successfully paid. A revised offer needs your acceptance. Group vehicles receive a written offer through the main booking form; review its vehicle, timing, payment and cancellation terms before accepting.

There is no cancellation fee before confirmation. Standard confirmed bookings have a full-refund window of at least 48 hours before pickup; inside it a refund is discretionary. Weddings, group programs and other large or event bookings use seven days before the first pickup, unless different terms were disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

When booking for a colleague, client or family member, provide a reachable traveler contact alongside your own details. Name the person who can approve changes, include the actual pickup entrance and make sure the passenger has the confirmed car and meeting information.
