Private aviation transfer pricing

Private aviation uses the national sedan and SUV rate card, with the actual FBO, route, passengers and operational requirements reviewed before Artisan approval.

Point-to-point starting fares
Vehicle classStarting from
Executive Sedan$135
Executive SUV — Suburban$155
Luxury SUV — Escalade$185
Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series$235
  • Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
  • Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
  • Submit the named FBO and complete ground itinerary for Artisan approval. Include exceptional facility access, venue or multi-day requirements so the agreed arrangement and complete price cover your trip.

Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.

FBO details

Teterboro and HPN: confirm the named FBO

Ask the crew or flight arranger for the FBO’s full name and street address. Use those details for the car request and agreed meeting point.

HPN serves commercial, private and business aviation. Identify your private facility clearly so it is not confused with an airline-terminal pickup.

Flight changes

Private-flight changes and ground-transfer confirmation

Start with the named FBO’s address, ground pickup time, destination, passengers and bags in the booking form. Identify the private-flight leg and add the tail number when available, facility instructions and flight-team contact. Artisan reviews the ground itinerary; submission alone does not reserve a vehicle. An eligible online request saves your card without a charge or hold, and confirmation follows approval and successful payment. Any changed offer requires your acceptance first; invoice or deposit arrangements follow their accepted payment terms.

For an airport or FBO switch, send the booking reference, revised address and time. The new ground journey needs availability and price confirmation. Private-flight waiting follows the event and allowance specified in the accepted trip terms.

Flight-team handoff

Separate the flight schedule from passenger-ready time

Ask the flight team or handling facility to confirm the actual FBO and landside exit. Teterboro's FBOs and HPN's private facilities have distinct addresses; use the airport guide for physical details rather than the airport's general administration address.

A tail number is a useful reference, but public aircraft-data visibility can be restricted through FAA LADD. Give a reachable flight-team or handler contact as well as the traveler. Landing, handling and releasing passengers and bags are separate from being ready to meet the car.

Onward and return

Connect the FBO with meetings and the return flight

For an onward meeting day, list every office entrance, required arrival and expected finish. A transfer to the first address ends there; retaining a vehicle for later meetings needs its own confirmed service window. State any crew journey separately from the passenger party.

For departure, use the time the flight team asks travelers to arrive at the named FBO and choose a car pickup allowing for the actual road journey. If the flight moves airport or handler, send the revised facility and passenger-ready or required arrival time promptly. Revised availability, routing and price need confirmation.

Access and connections

FBO meeting points, ramp access and onward travel

Use the landside meeting point confirmed for the trip. Aircraft-side or ramp access is not included or implied by an FBO booking; it requires permission from the relevant airport, facility and operator and a specifically confirmed arrangement. A chauffeur request does not establish airside authorization.

If the flight leads into a day of meetings, include every stop and the expected finish. A transfer to the first address and a retained vehicle are different requests.

  1. Cancellation terms

For a standard confirmed ride, cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different terms apply only if disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment.

Speak with the concierge
Is this a private jet charter service?

This service request is for the ground journey. Arrange the aircraft with your aviation provider, then share the flight and FBO details with Artisan Limo.

What is an FBO and why do you need its address?

FBO means fixed-base operator. Its name and address identify the facility handling your flight and help establish the car’s meeting point.

Can the chauffeur meet the aircraft on the ramp?

Do not assume ramp or aircraft-side access. Use the confirmed landside meeting point unless the relevant airport, facility and operator have expressly authorized a different arrangement. A vehicle reservation or FBO address does not grant that permission.

What if the flight moves to another airport?

Contact the concierge with the new airport, FBO street address, tail reference and passenger-ready time. An airport change is a new ground-routing requirement; do not assume a flight update automatically rebooks the car. Revised availability and charges need confirmation.

Can the crew and passengers use the same ground request?

List who travels together, who leaves separately, bags and each destination. Include both the flight-team contact and reachable passenger lead. A passenger reservation does not automatically include a separate crew transfer or a later pickup.

What if I have not received a confirmation or change response?

Contact the concierge with your existing request reference, the flight reference and named FBO, and reachable contact. A submitted request or unanswered change is not a confirmed arrangement. Use the accepted, confirmed itinerary; do not treat silence as approval or assume an earlier pickup has been replaced.

Can families request child seats for an FBO transfer?

Request up to two seats in an Executive or Luxury SUV in advance, with each child's age, weight, height and preferred restraint type. Availability must be confirmed. Include every child in the passenger count and strollers in the luggage requirements. The guardian remains responsible for checking final fit and securement; do not assume the same installation option is available in a group vehicle.
