JFK Car Service

Arrange a private transfer to a Midtown hotel, a Downtown meeting or home in Brooklyn. Choose hourly service if you need the vehicle for a series of stops after the airport.

For a hotel arrival, enter the property’s full address and tell us if its car entrance is on another street. For a residence or office, include the building entrance and any access instructions. A neighborhood name alone cannot identify the final drop-off.

JFK’s construction has changed some car-service pickup locations. As checked September 30, 2026, the airport’s Terminal 5 and 7 advisory directs arriving car-service passengers to the Howard Beach pickup lot via AirTrain. The trip to this designated pickup lot is free; the notice does not change departure drop-offs. Check AirTrain service advisories too: disruptions can require the airport’s replacement shuttle service.

Use the current airport advisory and the meeting instructions for your reservation. Include the date your flight lands in New York; an overnight flight may arrive on a different date from the one it leaves.

Chauffeur details are provided before pickup. Keep the traveler’s phone reachable and use the confirmed meeting instructions; contact the concierge if baggage, customs or a terminal change affects the plan.

A flight landing and a traveler being ready to leave are different moments. Taxiing, immigration, baggage collection and travel to the pickup area use the included airport waiting window. Tell the reservation contact promptly if any of them changes your meeting plan.

Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags. Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Include carry-ons, strollers and oversized items in your request so the actual luggage load can be reviewed.

For child seats, choose an SUV and provide each child’s age, weight, height and seat type. Up to two seats may be requested, subject to availability. Larger parties can request an Executive Sprinter, Jet Sprinter or coach quote in the booking form; the vehicle and luggage requirements are reviewed separately.

Your accepted price includes the required trip fees for the agreed route and vehicle. Gratuity is optional. Added stops, itinerary changes and waiting beyond the included allowance can cost extra under the accepted terms.

Continue from JFK to Long Island, the Hamptons, Westchester, Northern New Jersey or Fairfield County. Use the complete address and local arrival date, and include any stop before the final destination. These are private journeys for your party; separate travelers arriving on different flights may need separate pickup arrangements.

For the return to JFK, enter a city or regional pickup time rather than the flight’s departure time. Work back from your airline’s check-in deadline, allowing for road traffic and terminal access. A confirmed car does not make an airport connection or arrival time certain.

A private car fits a party that wants an agreed vehicle class and a direct journey to a specific address, with luggage and any requested child seats reviewed in advance. It still uses the roads and remains subject to traffic and airport pickup rules.

AirTrain connects JFK to the subway and Long Island Rail Road at Jamaica and to the subway at Howard Beach. Rail can suit travelers comfortable making connections and carrying their bags between stations. Check the airport’s current service and accessibility information for the whole journey, including the final trip from the station.

The free AirTrain trip to the designated Terminal 5/7 car-service pickup lot is a different arrangement from leaving JFK on public transit. Follow the relocation advisory for your car pickup and the public-transport instructions for a rail journey.

A private-flight arrival uses its assigned FBO rather than an airline passenger terminal. Modern Aviation JFK publishes its facility at 145 General Aviation Way, Jamaica, New York 11430. Confirm the named facility with your aircraft operator and enter that full address in the car request.

Include the flight-team contact, local expected arrival, passenger and luggage counts, and the tail number when available. If the tail is pending or not publicly trackable, send the flight team’s timing updates. Landing, customs clearance and being ready for the ground journey may happen at different times.

The FBO determines permitted vehicle access. Use the confirmed landside meeting point unless aircraft-side collection has been specifically permitted and arranged. An FBO address or flight confirmation alone does not authorize ramp access or confirm the car.

Start with JFK, the complete destination, local pickup date and time, passengers and bags. Add flight details, the traveler’s contact and any special requests. An eligible online request saves your card without a charge or hold; it does not yet confirm a car.

If Artisan approves the exact request, confirmation follows successful payment of the accepted total. A revised itinerary or price is sent as an offer for your acceptance first. Invoice, deposit and direct-checkout arrangements follow the payment terms in their accepted offer.
