Stamford car service starting fares

Stamford uses the national sedan and SUV rate card. Enter the actual office, hotel, home or station entrance and complete onward route to review your trip total.

Point-to-point starting fares
Vehicle classStarting from
Executive Sedan$135
Executive SUV — Suburban$155
Luxury SUV — Escalade$185
Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series$235
  • Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
  • Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.

Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.

Stamford destinations

Name the Stamford property, not just the district

Downtown, Harbor Point, Shippan, North Stamford, Springdale and Glenbrook describe different starting points. Enter the actual street address, property and traveler entrance. A Downtown hotel pickup is not interchangeable with a residential pickup in North Stamford, even when both requests say Stamford.

For an office visit, ask the host for the visitor entrance and any building access instructions. Keep the required curb arrival separate from the meeting start so check-in and the walk to the appointment can be considered. For a residence, include driveway or gate directions when they affect the usable passenger handoff.

For a Palace Theatre visit, the venue publishes 61 Atlantic Street. Provide the performance, required arrival and confirmed passenger meeting for the return. Its parking-garage guidance identifies places to park; it does not by itself reserve a private-car pickup point or establish that the chauffeur can wait at the entrance.

  1. Hotel or visiting executive

Property address, lobby entrance, reachable traveler and any colleague joining the ride.

  2. Residence

Actual home, gate or driveway instruction, local pickup time and the full luggage load.

  3. Theatre or event

Venue, performance, permitted meeting and a separately agreed return or retained service window.

Airport journeys

Match the Stamford journey to the airport and flight

Use the airport chosen for the flight. Westchester County Airport, JFK, LaGuardia and Newark have different arrival facilities and routes into Stamford. A nearby airport is useful only if it is where your flight actually operates; an HPN car request does not cover a JFK arrival.

For pickup, give the operating flight, local arrival date, actual terminal or named FBO and full Stamford destination. Include a traveler mobile that works after landing, all bags and any stop before the final property. Follow the confirmed private-car meeting for that facility, not an assumed taxi or app-rideshare point.

For departure, work back from the airline or flight team's required airport arrival. The actual Stamford address, travel date, traffic and check-in needs define the pickup plan. We do not publish one guaranteed Stamford-to-airport driving time; a missed train, delayed meeting or changed flight should be reported while the arrangement can still be reviewed.

National-rate sedan and SUV airport arrivals include 60 minutes for domestic flights or 90 minutes for international flights from actual wheels-down. Taxiing, deplaning, baggage and clearance use that window. Quoted group vehicles follow the waiting terms in the accepted offer; a passenger becoming ready does not automatically restart the clock.

Station connections

A Stamford station transfer needs the train and the meeting point

Stamford Transportation Center brings together Metro-North, Amtrak and bus services. Tell us which service and train the traveler is using, the local date and expected arrival, luggage and the actual onward property. A rail platform or the general station name is not a car meeting instruction.

Agree the station exit and permitted passenger-loading point before the ride and keep the traveler phone reachable. If the train or arrival changes, contact Artisan with the revised service and time. The airport flight-tracking and airport waiting allowances should not be assumed for a train arrival; the accepted station pickup and applicable point-to-point terms govern.

Metro-North can suit a traveler whose itinerary follows the rail service and station access. A private car can suit an address-to-address journey, a full luggage load or several stops that need one reviewed ground plan. Compare the actual rail schedule, station connections and complete car trip rather than treating a train time as a guaranteed driving time.

Corporate itinerary

Stamford to Manhattan meetings, without losing the return plan

For a Stamford-to-Manhattan appointment, provide the complete office entrance and required building arrival, the traveler and luggage, and where the trip should end. A Connecticut home pickup followed by two city meetings and a return is a different service from a single airport transfer.

Choose hourly when the chauffeur and vehicle must remain available between stops. Give the first pickup, ordered addresses, time at each meeting, full service area and final release. Driving and waiting both use the reserved window. A Stamford–Manhattan program needs its complete geography reviewed; a local hourly label does not automatically cover any intercity schedule.

Separate planned transfers can suit a long gap when no vehicle is needed in between. If a colleague books, use the booking-for-someone-else option, provide the traveler mobile and name the person authorized to approve changes. Share one accepted itinerary with the assistant, traveler and meeting host where relevant.

For regular company travel, discuss the travel pattern, bookers, passenger handoffs and any proposed account arrangement. A corporate inquiry does not create an account or confirm a sequence of future reservations. A multi-day roadshow or several vehicles needs a dated program, not an assumed addition to one ride.

Party and luggage

Select the vehicle for the full Stamford journey

Consider a sedan for an individual or couple whose luggage fits the class, and an SUV for a larger party, additional storage needs or an Artisan-provided child-seat request. Include every bag and unusual item in the request. The offered passenger capacity and luggage space must work together.

For a company team, wedding party or family group, use the main booking form to request a chauffeured group vehicle. Executive, Jet and Limo Sprinters and Mercedes passenger vans have different layouts; a luxury cabin can have less bag space than a passenger-focused configuration. Review the actual seats, full luggage load, service window and written price before accepting.

Artisan-provided child restraints require an SUV and are subject to availability, with up to two requested per vehicle. Give the child's age, weight and height and requested type. Describe mobility equipment and boarding assistance early; the actual accessible vehicle arrangement must be confirmed if a passenger needs to remain in a wheelchair.

Booking and changes

Check the accepted Stamford time and trip before confirmation

For an eligible online-priced sedan or SUV journey, submission saves your card without charging it. The request becomes a confirmed reservation after Artisan approves the exact trip you accepted and payment succeeds. A request acknowledgement is not a vehicle confirmation. Sprinters, passenger vans and larger group vehicles receive a written offer through the same booking form.

Artisan arranges transportation through independent, licensed local operators. Review the actual vehicle arrangement, addresses, local pickup time, required trip price and any special access instructions before acceptance. Required trip costs are included in the accepted national-rate total; gratuity is optional. Starting fares are vehicle-class minimums rather than fixed prices for a neighborhood or airport route.

To change an accepted pickup, stop, vehicle or service window, email bookings@artisanlimo.com or call (888) 885-1296 with the booking reference and revised plan. Availability and the disclosed price or calculation method need approval before additional service is provided. Standard confirmed rides have a full-refund window of at least 48 hours before pickup; weddings, multi-day roadshows and other large or event bookings use at least seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window, refunds may be partial or zero. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

Stamford car service questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
Can I request a Stamford car to JFK, LGA, Newark or HPN?

Yes. Use the actual airport and flight, local date and time, full Stamford address and total passengers and luggage. For private aviation, name the actual FBO. The vehicle, meeting and trip terms need confirmation.

Is HPN the airport I should enter for every Stamford trip?

No. Enter the airport where your flight operates. HPN, JFK, LGA and Newark are distinct airports and ground journeys. Choose the flight first, then plan its Stamford connection.

Can I arrange pickup at Stamford Transportation Center?

Request the train or service, local arrival date and time, agreed station exit and permitted passenger meeting, then give the full onward address. Metro-North, Amtrak and buses use the center, so the station name alone does not define the handoff.

Are airport waiting allowances included for a train arrival?

Do not assume that. The airport allowance relates to a flight's actual wheels-down. A station pickup uses the accepted pickup time and applicable point-to-point terms; notify Artisan if the train or arrival changes.

Can I keep the vehicle for meetings in Stamford and Manhattan?

Request the complete hourly program, including both service areas, first pickup, all addresses and final release. Driving and waiting use the reserved time. A cross-region itinerary needs review rather than an assumption that every destination is covered by a local hourly booking.

What is the address for a Palace Theatre arrival?

The Palace Theatre publishes 61 Atlantic Street, Stamford, CT 06901. Include the performance and confirm the permitted passenger pickup for the return; its garage directions are parking information, not a reserved chauffeur meeting.

Does Stamford have a different sedan or SUV rate card?

No. Eligible trips use the approved national vehicle rates. The actual addresses, itinerary and selected options determine the complete accepted price, with required trip costs included and gratuity optional. Group vehicles receive their own written offer.

How is this different from the Fairfield County page?

This page plans Stamford property, station and business-visit handoffs. The Fairfield County page covers the wider Connecticut service area and multi-town journeys. Use the exact town and address rather than treating the county as one pickup.
