ATL Car Service pricing
Atlanta uses Artisan's approved national sedan and SUV rate card. Starting fares are class minimums; enter the complete airport, hotel, office or venue itinerary to review its offered price before acceptance.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
Optional meet & greet is $25 for an eligible airport arrival when selected in the booking form. Confirm the terminal or FBO meeting arrangement before acceptance.
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
Meeting your chauffeur
ATL Domestic and International pickup
Planning sources: ATL: prearranged limousine and ground transportation pickup · ATL: international arrivals and terminal connections · ATL: International Terminal address
ATL’s official limousine guidance distinguishes prearranged chauffeur pickup from taxis, shared shuttles and app-based rideshare. For the Domestic Terminal it describes meeting near the atrium or at the South lower curb. For the International Terminal it describes the Arrivals level indoors or the outer arrivals curb. These are different arrangements, so use the terminal and meeting point confirmed for your reservation.
Another paragraph on the airport’s transportation page also mentions North or South lower-level Domestic pickup. Do not choose a door from a generic sign alone: confirm your arrival terminal, greeting arrangement and permitted loading point with the concierge. The Ground Transportation Center’s taxi and shuttle aisles do not automatically apply to a prearranged limousine pickup.
Domestic arrival
Collect the party and bags, then follow the confirmed atrium or curbside meeting instructions. Keep the traveler’s phone reachable and state the terminal side, level and exact location if you need help.
International arrival
Allow for arrival formalities and baggage before meeting at the agreed Arrivals location. The International Terminal is at 2600 Maynard H. Jackson Jr. Blvd.; use the actual terminal on your flight and confirmation.
Departure to ATL
Enter the airline and departure terminal, the pickup address and the time you want the car there. Allow for road conditions, terminal access and the airline’s check-in requirement.
Arrival timing
Flight changes, customs and baggage at ATL
Planning sources: ATL: international arrivals and terminal connections · Artisan Limo: flight tracking and changes · Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional time
Supply the airline, flight number and local arrival date so flight tracking can inform pickup timing. When an arrival changes, the chauffeur’s timing adjusts using the available flight update. Early arrivals depend on availability; a diversion, airport change or rebooked flight needs prompt contact with the concierge and the new flight details.
Standard sedan and SUV airport waiting is 60 minutes for domestic flights and up to 90 minutes for international flights, measured from actual wheels-down. Taxiing, baggage collection and customs use that window; it does not start again when you leave baggage claim. Group vehicles and event programs use the allowance in their accepted written offer. Additional waiting follows the accepted terms.
ATL’s international arrivals guidance separates Atlanta-bound travelers from passengers connecting onward. Check where your actual flight arrives and where your party will exit after collecting bags. If formalities take longer than expected, contact the concierge while staying reachable rather than leaving the agreed meeting area without an update.
The complete journey
ATL to Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead or your event
Planning sources: Georgia World Congress Center Authority: venues · Georgia International Convention Center: airport connections · Mercedes-Benz Stadium: event transportation categories
Give the full hotel, office, home or venue address, including any separate car entrance. A Downtown hotel arrival, a Midtown meeting and a Buckhead residence are different destinations; an area name alone is not a complete trip plan. Include every requested stop so the itinerary and price can be reviewed together.
For convention travel, confirm whether your event is at the Georgia World Congress Center downtown or the Georgia International Convention Center near the airport. Include the building, hotel and intended entrance. For a stadium or arena visit, confirm the event’s permitted private-vehicle loading plan instead of assuming an app-rideshare pickup area is suitable.
Choose a direct transfer for one agreed journey. If you need the car for successive appointments or a return after a meeting, consider hourly service and list the stops in order. A round trip needs its own return pickup time and address; do not assume the outbound vehicle remains throughout the day.
Choose the right vehicle
ATL airport vehicles for passengers, luggage and families
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat requests
Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Count children as passengers and include carry-ons, strollers, golf clubs or other oversized items. Capacity depends on the actual load, so review unusual luggage before selecting the vehicle.
Larger parties can select a suitable Sprinter, Mercedes passenger van, Mini Coach or Motorcoach in the same booking form to request a written offer. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only four to six bags at most, depending on configuration and bag size; more seats do not imply more luggage space. Confirm the actual cabin and bag fit for your party.
Artisan-provided child seats require an SUV. Request up to two seats, subject to availability, with each child’s age, weight, height and seat type. If you bring your own restraint, select that option when booking. Tell the concierge about wheelchair, mobility or vehicle-access requirements before reserving so a suitable arrangement can be confirmed.
Before you reserve
Your ATL trip price and booking confirmation
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: booking and service terms · Artisan Limo: confirmation, cancellation and changes
Review the total for your exact route and vehicle in the booking form. The accepted trip price includes required normal trip costs; gratuity is optional and requested extras are shown separately. Approved itinerary changes and waiting beyond the included allowance can add to the total. Starting fares are vehicle-class minimums rather than flat prices to every Atlanta destination.
Submitting an eligible reservation request saves your card without charging it and does not confirm the ride. If Artisan approves the exact request you reviewed, confirmation follows successful payment of the accepted total. A materially revised itinerary or price requires your acceptance of a revised offer first. Group vehicles receive a reviewed written offer; invoice, deposit and direct-checkout offers follow their accepted payment terms.
Standard confirmed bookings qualify for a full refund when cancellation is received at least 48 hours before pickup. Inside that window a refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Group and event programs use a seven-day notice window; different terms apply only when disclosed and accepted before payment. No cancellation fee applies before confirmation.

Speak with the conciergeWhere do I meet my chauffeur at ATL?
Use the terminal and meeting instructions confirmed for your reservation. ATL’s limousine guidance describes Domestic atrium or South lower curb options and International Arrivals meeting options; a separate paragraph also mentions North or South lower-level Domestic pickup. Confirm the actual arrangement instead of choosing a taxi, shuttle or rideshare area by default.
Planning sources: ATL: prearranged limousine and ground transportation pickup
What time should I enter for a hotel pickup or round trip to ATL?
Enter the time you want the car at the hotel, home or office. Work back from your airline’s check-in and bag-drop requirements with room for the drive and terminal access. Scheduled sedan and SUV point-to-point pickups use the standard 15-minute waiting allowance from that pickup time; group programs use their accepted offer. A round trip needs each leg’s local date, addresses, flight and passenger details.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional time
Do international arrivals use the same pickup area as domestic arrivals?
The terminals have different meeting arrangements. International arrivals can involve customs and baggage before exiting to the public Arrivals hall. Provide the actual arrival flight and terminal, and follow the booked meeting instructions. A flight originating abroad should not be assigned a pickup location solely from its origin.

What if my ATL flight is delayed or baggage takes longer?
Provide accurate flight details and contact the concierge for a rebooking, diversion or changed terminal. Standard sedan and SUV airport waiting is 60 minutes domestic or up to 90 minutes international from actual wheels-down, including taxiing, customs and baggage. Group vehicles use their accepted written-offer allowance; extra waiting follows the trip terms.

What should I do if I cannot find my chauffeur?
Stay at the agreed permitted meeting area and contact Artisan using your reservation details or official phone number. Give the terminal, side, level and exact location, and say whether every traveler has collected their bags. Follow airport staff’s directions and tell the concierge before moving to another area.
Planning sources: ATL: prearranged limousine and ground transportation pickup
Can I book an ATL pickup for a colleague or client?
Include both the booking contact and the traveler’s reachable phone number, flight details, luggage and complete destination. Tell us about the hotel or office entrance and any intermediate stop. Company account arrangements and a confirmed individual ride are separate steps.
Can an SUV accommodate children and airport luggage?
Request up to two appropriate child seats in an SUV, subject to availability, and give each child’s age, weight and height. Include all passengers, bags and the stroller so the complete load can be reviewed; a seat request does not itself confirm availability.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat requests
Is submitting the form a confirmed ATL reservation?
No. An eligible reservation request saves your card without a charge and is reviewed first. The exact accepted request is confirmed after approval and successful payment; any revised offer requires acceptance first. Group quotes and accepted invoice, deposit or direct-checkout offers use their stated payment terms.
