Wedding cars and group-transportation pricing

Use these sedan and SUV hourly examples to plan one vehicle’s reserved time. They are not a fixed wedding package or a promise of a stretch limousine. Guest vans, Sprinters and coaches are arranged by written quote.

  • 3-hour minimum. The online form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Review the complete price and itinerary before accepting.
  • For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the chauffeur, vehicle, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved window, together with required trip costs. Gratuity is optional.
  • Extra time requires dispatch and customer approval and is billed at the same class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before it is accepted. Group vehicles have their own written quote and terms.

Wedding timeline

Wedding cars for the ceremony, reception and return

Work back from when you need to be ready at the ceremony. Assign passengers to each leg, including anyone carrying clothing or bags to a different destination.

Vehicle fit

Wedding vehicle capacity, clothing and luggage

Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Consider wedding clothing as well as luggage when selecting a vehicle. For a larger party, use the booking form to request an Executive Sprinter, Jet Sprinter, Mini Coach or Motorcoach quote.

A sedan or SUV booking does not mean a stretch limousine. An essential model, color or decoration must be expressly confirmed. Child seats require an SUV; request them in advance with each child’s age, weight and height. Include garment bags and mobility requirements when the configuration is reviewed.

Plan each party

Separate the couple's timeline from guest departures

The couple, wedding party and guests can have different readiness times and destinations. Plan those movements separately before deciding which vehicles to retain. A guest shuttle loop, a stretch limousine or a specific wedding presentation must be expressly arranged; none follows from the page title alone.

Final wedding brief

Confirm vehicle requirements while the planner can still review them

Describe essential model, color, seating, mobility access or presentation requirements before accepting the offer. Photos and a class name do not confirm a particular car, refreshments or decoration. Include garment bags and whether luggage travels with the couple after photographs.

Give the planner or nominated contact the accepted schedule and reference, with authority to request a later finish or changed venue. If an expected response is missing, contact the concierge before relying on the revision. A late reception finish may need an available, approved extension rather than automatic standby.

  1. People on each leg

Couple, attendants, family and guests assigned to the correct vehicle and time.

  2. Preparation and entrance

Ready-to-leave time, ceremony arrival deadline and venue-supplied access instructions.

  3. Essential vehicle fit

Wedding clothing, bags, child-seat requests and mobility needs confirmed together.

  4. Return decision

Final pickup, group release contact and the person approving added time or cost.

Changes and confirmation

Wedding timing changes and trip confirmation

Give a planner or trusted contact the trip details and authority to handle timing changes while you are occupied. Include venue access and the final pickup.

Reserve hourly time if the vehicle is needed through photographs or between venues; waiting counts inside that window. If the celebration runs later, contact the concierge for an extension. Added time depends on availability and an approved price change is confirmed in writing.

  1. Confirming the wedding arrangement

Send the itinerary for concierge review. We respond by email or phone with the proposed arrangement. Submitting a request does not reserve a vehicle; confirmation follows the accepted offer and its payment terms.

Wedding transport questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
Can I request a specific wedding car or color?

Include your preference in the inquiry. A specific model, color or presentation requirement needs explicit confirmation, beyond the vehicle class.

Should I reserve hourly service or separate wedding transfers?

Hourly service covers a reserved window, including waiting between photographs and venues. A separate transfer covers its agreed journey and standard pickup wait, without retaining the vehicle for the reception. Include the complete timeline before choosing.

What are the wedding cancellation terms?

Wedding bookings require at least seven days’ cancellation notice before the first scheduled pickup for a full refund. Inside seven days, a refund may be partial or zero. A different deposit or cancellation term applies only when disclosed in the written offer and accepted before payment.

Can guests travel on a different schedule from the couple?

Request guest journeys separately, with counts, times and destinations. The couple’s reservation does not automatically include transport for other guests.

What details are needed for the wedding transport request?

Send the date, venues, ceremony arrival deadline, photo stops, passengers, luggage, final departure and planner’s contact. Flag essential vehicle or access requirements.

Does a Wedding Limo NYC booking guarantee a stretch limousine?

No. Artisan's sedan and SUV bookings are those vehicle classes, not a stretch limousine promise. Describe any essential model, color or specialty configuration before accepting the offer. Larger or specialty vehicles and their actual seating must be expressly confirmed.

What if I have not received a confirmation or change response?

Contact the concierge with your existing request reference, the wedding date, party and itinerary version, and reachable contact. A submitted request or unanswered change is not a confirmed arrangement. Use the accepted, confirmed itinerary; do not treat silence as approval or assume an earlier pickup has been replaced.
