Queens car service starting fares
Use the exact Queens pickup and destination, vehicle and planned stops to review the complete trip price. The starting fares below do not establish a fixed JFK or LaGuardia transfer fare.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
Queens pickup
An accurate Queens address makes the plan usable
Long Island City, Astoria, Jackson Heights, Flushing, Forest Hills, Jamaica and the Rockaways are different pickup areas. Enter the full street address as the property publishes it, keeping any hyphenated building number, apartment or hotel name and requested entrance. Check the map match against the property; a neighborhood or nearby station is not a substitute for the actual door.
For a hotel or office in Long Island City, tell us which lobby or passenger entrance the traveler will use. For a residential pickup, provide a reachable mobile and any access or luggage-loading detail. If the booking contact is elsewhere, give both contacts and share the accepted local date and time with the passenger.
A Queens-to-Manhattan journey may be one direct transfer or part of an appointment day. Define the actual building arrival and final destination. Cross-borough or cross-river travel does not make a later pickup automatic, and a meeting overrun does not silently extend the booked service window.
Hotel or office
Use the building's full address, lobby entrance and required arrival; name the traveler and arranging contact separately.
Home or neighborhood venue
Keep the exact street number and local pickup time, with a usable passenger-loading point and the full bag count.
Onward journey
List Manhattan, Brooklyn or Long Island stops in order and say whether the vehicle must remain between them.
JFK and LaGuardia
Being in Queens does not make JFK and LGA the same trip
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: flight tracking and changed arrivals
Book the airport on your ticket and enter the actual Queens origin. A LaGuardia departure from Astoria is a different request from a JFK departure from a Rockaway address. Plan around the airline's required terminal arrival, luggage and the actual date; do not use one generic Queens-to-airport drive time.
For an arrival, provide the operating flight, local date, correct terminal and full destination. Follow the private-car meeting confirmed for that terminal. JFK and LaGuardia have different taxi, rideshare and prearranged-car instructions; the fact that a sign says Ground Transportation does not establish your exact pickup point.
Enter Newark only when that is the booked flight's airport. Its journey into Queens has a different regional route and timing requirement. When connecting two airports, include both flights, the required next-terminal arrival and all luggage. The car covers the ground transfer; it cannot guarantee immigration, baggage release or the next airline's boarding deadline.
| Journey | What defines the request |
|---|---|
| Queens to JFK | Full Queens origin and actual departure terminal; airline's required arrival |
| Queens to LaGuardia | Full origin, LGA flight and terminal; accepted pickup time |
| Airport arrival to Queens | Operating flight, local date, confirmed meeting and exact property entrance |
| Newark to Queens | EWR flight and terminal with the full Queens address and load |
Event arrivals
Citi Field and Forest Hills Stadium have different access plans
Planning sources: New York Mets: current Citi Field rideshare guidance · Forest Hills Stadium: entrance, event-day access and transportation
For Citi Field, provide the event, gate or hospitality entrance, requested arrival and separately planned return. The Mets currently place their app-rideshare collection area beyond Shea Road and Boat Basin Place, near the Left Field side. That published rideshare location is not automatic authorization for every privately arranged car or group vehicle. Confirm the permitted meeting for your actual arrangement and follow event-day staff instructions.
Forest Hills Stadium publishes 1 Tennis Place, with entry at Burns Street near 69th Avenue. Its surrounding streets close on event days; its taxi and rideshare guidance points to 71-Continental Avenue and Queens Boulevard. Do not assume the car can reach the stadium entrance or wait on the residential streets. Confirm a permitted passenger meeting and the walk from the venue before accepting the return plan.
For a tennis tournament, concert or group outing, name the actual venue, session and entrance rather than simply Flushing Meadows. A session end, security exit and walking time all affect when the party reaches the car. Send the passenger count, a lead contact and the planned departure together; several vehicles or a large group need their own reviewed movement plan.
Direct or retained
Choose service around the day, not only the first stop
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: waiting and hourly service · Artisan Limo: booking, approval and payment terms
A direct transfer suits one accepted pickup and destination, with any planned stops stated before booking. Choose hourly when a chauffeur and vehicle need to stay available across meetings, a visit or several local stops. Tell us the first pickup, ordered addresses, time at each location and final release.
Driving and waiting both use the reserved hourly window. Normal local stops fit within the approved itinerary and time; an overrun or materially changed area requires review. If there is a long gap when you do not need a vehicle retained, separate planned transfers can be the appropriate arrangement.
For recurring company journeys, explain the travel pattern and who books, travels and approves changes. Billing and account arrangements are reviewed rather than assumed. An account inquiry does not reserve next week's airport trip, and an airport arrival does not automatically retain the same car for a later meeting.
Vehicle fit
Plan Queens airport luggage and family needs together
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat requests · Artisan Limo: booking, approval and payment terms
Choose the offered sedan or SUV by the whole party and luggage load. Count cabin bags as well as checked cases, and declare strollers, sports equipment, mobility devices or unusually large items. An SUV gives a different space arrangement, but enough seats do not guarantee room for every case.
Artisan-provided infant, convertible or booster seats require an SUV and are subject to availability, with up to two requested per vehicle. Provide each child's age, weight and height and the requested restraint. You can declare your own seat at booking; allow for installation and confirm the child is correctly secured before departure.
Groups can request a chauffeured Executive, Jet or Limo Sprinter or a Mercedes passenger van through the main booking process. Each offered configuration needs both seating and storage checked. Describe the itinerary and cabin preference; group pricing, availability and the actual arrangement are confirmed in a written offer rather than inferred from the sedan or SUV rate table.
Booking and changes
Confirm the Queens itinerary and accepted total
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: booking, approval and payment terms · Artisan Limo: cancellation and change policy
For an eligible online-priced sedan or SUV journey, submission saves your card without charging it. The request becomes a confirmed reservation after Artisan approves the exact trip you accepted and payment succeeds. A request acknowledgement is not a vehicle confirmation. Sprinters, passenger vans and larger group vehicles receive a written offer through the same booking form.
Artisan arranges transportation through independent, licensed local operators. Review the actual vehicle arrangement, addresses, local pickup time, required trip price and any special access instructions before acceptance. Required trip costs are included in the accepted national-rate total; gratuity is optional. Starting fares are vehicle-class minimums rather than fixed prices for a neighborhood or airport route.
To change an accepted pickup, stop, vehicle or service window, email bookings@artisanlimo.com or call (888) 885-1296 with the booking reference and revised plan. Availability and the disclosed price or calculation method need approval before additional service is provided. Standard confirmed rides have a full-refund window of at least 48 hours before pickup; weddings, multi-day roadshows and other large or event bookings use at least seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window, refunds may be partial or zero. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

Queens car service questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeCan I book a Queens car service to JFK or LaGuardia?
Yes. Enter the exact Queens pickup, airport and flight, local date and time, travelers and luggage. Plan the car's pickup around the airline's required terminal arrival. A generic Queens location does not establish a reliable journey time.
What if the map matches a different Queens address?
Check the complete building number, including any hyphen, street, postcode and property name. If the match still does not identify your actual entrance, contact Artisan before submitting or accepting the trip. Do not book a nearby pin and assume it is the same pickup.
Can a private car collect us directly outside Forest Hills Stadium?
Do not assume entrance-side access. The stadium closes surrounding streets on event days and publishes taxi and rideshare guidance at 71-Continental Avenue and Queens Boulevard. Agree a permitted meeting for the actual private vehicle and the walk from the venue.
Planning sources: Forest Hills Stadium: entrance, event-day access and transportation
Is Citi Field's rideshare area also my chauffeur meeting?
Not automatically. The Mets' current rideshare area is beyond Shea Road and Boat Basin Place near the Left Field side. Confirm the permitted pickup for your privately arranged vehicle and event instead of applying app-rideshare instructions to every service.
Planning sources: New York Mets: current Citi Field rideshare guidance
Can a Queens pickup include Manhattan meetings and a return?
Request all addresses and timing together. Choose hourly if the car must stay between appointments, or plan separate transfers when it can leave. Driving and waiting use the reserved hours, and changed service needs approval.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: waiting and hourly service
Can I request child seats for a Queens airport trip?
Yes, subject to availability. Artisan-provided seats require an SUV, with up to two requests per vehicle. Give each child's age, weight and height and the seat type, or declare that you will bring your own restraint.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat requests
Does the starting fare cover any Queens-to-airport route?
No. It is the selected class's minimum fare, not a fixed airport price. The exact addresses, itinerary and selected options determine the complete accepted national-rate total, with required trip costs included and gratuity optional.
Is a Queens request already a confirmed reservation?
No. An eligible online-priced request saves your card without charging it; confirmation follows approval of the exact trip you accepted and successful payment. Group vehicles follow the payment terms in their accepted written offer.
