Corporate Accounts

Tell Artisan how your company travels: who books, which markets you use, expected trip volume and your billing preference. A coordinator reviews the account inquiry and follows up by email. You can request individual rides while that conversation takes place; the inquiry itself creates neither an account nor a reservation.

What the form asks

What the account request form asks for

Prepare your company name, a responsible contact, the markets used, expected monthly trip volume and a billing preference. Optional notes can explain your bookers, travel process and special requirements. A stated preference is information for the coordinator to review.

  1. Company and contact (required)

The billing entity, such as a company, firm or flight department, plus your first name, work email and direct phone. Last name and role are optional.

  2. Markets and volume (required)

The markets or cities your people use and an estimate of monthly trips: under 5, 5–20, 20–50 or 50+.

  3. Billing preference (required)

Invoice or corporate account, or card per trip. Choosing invoice opens optional fields for a billing contact, an accounts-payable email and your cost-center, matter or project code convention.

  4. Travel habits

Optional notes: the travel booking tool your company uses, whether you want the same chauffeur when possible, and typical patterns such as airport runs, roadshows or groups.

After you submit

What happens after you send the request

The acknowledgement from info@artisanlimo.com confirms receipt of the inquiry. It does not activate an account or confirm any ride. A coordinator follows up about the requirements and billing preference you provided.

For a trip needed before account discussions finish, use the booking form or call (888) 885-1296. Include its booking reference in later account correspondence so the coordinator can understand the connection.

  1. 1. Send the form

Company, contact, markets, volume and billing preference.

  2. 2. Acknowledgment

An email confirms the request arrived; nothing is active yet.

  3. 3. Coordinator follow-up

Questions and next steps arrive by email from the coordinator.

Booking trips

How company bookings and booking emails work

The person submitting a trip remains its booking contact. If someone else is traveling, add their first name and mobile through Booking for someone else. Relevant trip information is shared with the assigned operator and chauffeur for coordination.

Booking confirmations and updates use bookings@artisanlimo.com. Send changes and cancellations there as well; keep account discussions and general billing inquiries with info@artisanlimo.com.

What it covers

What an account request does and does not set up

Eligible sedan and SUV requests save a card for a charge after approval. Larger-vehicle offers state their own payment requirements. An invoice preference on the account form does not establish credit or deferred payment; those arrangements apply only when disclosed in an accepted written offer.

Ask about any reporting, discounts, booking controls or recurring vehicle requirements your organization needs. An account inquiry does not reserve future vehicles or establish those facilities automatically.

Prepare your team

Prepare your bookers, travelers and approvers

Choose a booking contact who can receive the confirmation and respond during travel. Identify the person authorized to accept revised offers, and explain how chauffeur details will reach each passenger.

Give travelers the pickup instructions, reachable contact and airport waiting rules. For cancellations, standard bookings have a full-refund window of at least 48 hours; group programs, multi-day roadshows and other large or event bookings require seven days before the first pickup unless different terms were accepted in writing.

  1. Bookers

Executive assistants, coordinators or travel staff who enter trips and receive confirmations.

  2. Travelers

A reachable mobile number on the travel day and accurate flight details for airport pickups.

  3. Approvers

The person who can accept a revised price or itinerary before the trip is charged.

  4. Finance contact

The billing or accounts-payable contact named in the request, if you chose invoice as a preference.

Corporate account questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
How do I set up a corporate car service account?

Begin with the corporate account inquiry form and describe your organization's travel needs. A coordinator reviews the submission and contacts you by email about the next steps. Sending the inquiry does not activate an account, create a login or confirm a trip.

Can we book rides while the request is pending?

A company account is not required for an individual journey. Submit the trip in the booking form: an eligible priced request saves the card without charging it, then requires Artisan's approval and successful payment of the accepted total before confirmation.

Can rides be invoiced to the company?

You can record the company's preferred billing arrangement in the account inquiry. Ordinary card-paid trips are charged after approval. Invoicing or a deposit schedule applies only if it is expressly included in a written offer that you accept; choosing that preference alone does not establish billing terms.

How long does account setup take?

Account requests are reviewed and followed up by email. An urgent trip can be requested separately in the booking form, or discussed at (888) 885-1296, without waiting for account setup. Share any relevant reservation references when the coordinator contacts you.

Does the account connect to our travel booking tool?

Tell the coordinator which travel tool your company currently uses. Travelers and their bookers can request trips through the Artisan Limo form, bookings@artisanlimo.com or (888) 885-1296. The inquiry's tool field supplies context for that discussion; it does not establish an integration.

Can our executives have the same chauffeur each time?

Record your preferred chauffeur in the account inquiry so it can be considered for future requests. Each ride depends on the independent operator's availability, so the preference cannot assure the same chauffeur for every booking.

Can several colleagues book for the company?

Different colleagues can submit individual trip requests. The colleague named as booking contact receives that reservation's communication. Include the names or roles of your regular bookers in the account inquiry notes.

Which email address handles bookings?

Use bookings@artisanlimo.com for reservation confirmations, updates, changes and cancellations. Corporate account discussions and other general inquiries use info@artisanlimo.com.
