Motor Coach

For a larger group traveling on one itinerary, request a Motorcoach with a driver. Artisan’s listed capacity is up to 56 passengers. Share the complete route, stops, luggage and accessibility requirements so the actual coach and operating plan can be confirmed together.

  • The sedan and SUV starting fares and hourly minimum do not set the price or minimum for a group vehicle. Your written quote states the price and service window for the proposed arrangement.
  • Review included costs, payment requirements, cancellation terms, waiting and any additional-time calculation before accepting. A quote request does not confirm a reservation.

Group programs

A coach plan built around the whole group

A Motorcoach can serve a conference delegation, wedding guest movement, a corporate retreat or a larger airport group. It works best when the travelers share a departure window and route. If the group divides into different destinations or return times, include those requirements before the quote is prepared.

Choose the Motorcoach class in the booking form and provide the final expected passenger count. The class lists up to 56, but wheelchair positions, a specific interior or other confirmed requirements can change the usable seat count. Never plan from a manufacturer’s maximum alone.

  1. One transfer

Identify the actual bus loading point, destination entrance, boarding time and group contact. Include all luggage and equipment, not only checked cases.

  2. A full program

List each day, stop, departure and required arrival time. Include where the coach may wait and whether the passengers return together or in separate waves.

Access and timing

The route must work for a full-size coach

A car-accessible entrance is not necessarily coach-accessible. Confirm permitted bus routes, venue loading and staging with the site, then send those details to Artisan. Height restrictions, turning space and parking arrangements can affect the pickup plan.

Build time for loading, boarding and planned comfort stops. For longer or multi-day travel, the operator reviews the driving schedule and any required staffing or rest arrangements. A requested arrival time does not override safe and lawful operation.

  1. Accessible boarding

Explain whether passengers can use stairs or require a lift and secured wheelchair positions. Have the exact accessible arrangement and remaining passenger seats confirmed.

  2. Actual onboard equipment

Ask about a restroom, power, Wi-Fi and other needed amenities. Coach equipment differs; do not treat a typical manufacturer feature as a guarantee for your assigned vehicle.

Bags and alternatives

Count the luggage as carefully as the passengers

Large groups can bring very different loads: overnight bags, long-stay suitcases, exhibition materials or sports equipment. Submit the item counts and oversized dimensions. The number of seats does not promise the same number of unusually large cases will fit.

If fewer travelers need to move, compare a Mini Coach. If the party splits into separate airports, meetings or return times, multiple appropriately sized vehicles may fit the itinerary better than one full coach. Have the entire plan reviewed before choosing.

How to arrange it

From your group request to a confirmed vehicle

Begin with pickup and destination, date, local pickup time and total passengers in the booking form. Choose the requested group vehicle and provide the complete itinerary, including return travel, intermediate stops and any time the vehicle must remain with you. Artisan reviews the request and sends a written offer for the proposed arrangement.

Add flight and terminal or FBO details for an airport pickup. For a venue, provide the actual entrance and meeting point rather than only the building name. If the passenger and booking contact are different people, include the traveler’s reachable contact details.

Review the confirmed vehicle class, itinerary, price and cancellation terms together. Sending a request, selecting a vehicle or providing a card is not itself confirmation. Keep the approval and reservation details for the trip.

  1. Tell us what must fit

List every traveler, suitcase, carry-on, stroller, folding wheelchair or equipment case. Child-seat requests require an SUV. For a group vehicle, do not assume a child restraint or suitable installation position is included; discuss the children’s requirements with Artisan and confirm an appropriate arrangement before acceptance. Bag size matters alongside the count.

  2. Discuss access before booking

Describe boarding assistance and whether a traveler needs to remain in a wheelchair. An SUV, high-roof van or coach is not automatically wheelchair accessible. The actual vehicle and securement arrangement must be confirmed.

  3. Make changes before the journey

Send changes to the route, timing, group or vehicle as soon as possible. Ask Artisan to confirm any additional charge or calculation before the changed service. Waiting, no-show and cancellation terms remain part of the accepted arrangement.

Speak with the concierge
How many passengers fit in a Motorcoach?

Artisan’s Motorcoach class lists up to 56 passengers. Confirm the actual seating arrangement and any accessible positions or special cabin requirements before accepting the vehicle.

Can I request a multi-day coach itinerary?

Yes. Send each day’s route, stops, times and group needs for review. The written quote must cover the agreed service and operational arrangements; do not apply the sedan and SUV hourly minimum to a coach program.

Is the coach guaranteed to reach our hotel door?

No. The hotel or venue must provide a suitable permitted coach loading location. Vehicle dimensions, street access and staging restrictions can require a different meeting point.

Does every coach have Wi-Fi and a restroom?

List essential equipment in the request and confirm it for the offered coach. These features are not guaranteed solely by the Motorcoach class name or image.

Where will I receive the coach price?

Start in the main booking form and choose Motorcoach. Artisan reviews the complete itinerary and vehicle needs, then provides a written offer with the price and terms. The request itself is not a confirmed booking.
