DFW Airport Car Service pricing
Dallas–Fort Worth uses Artisan's approved national sedan and SUV rate card. Starting fares are class minimums; enter the complete journey to review the offered total before acceptance.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
Optional meet & greet is $25 for an eligible airport arrival when selected in the booking form. Confirm the terminal or FBO meeting arrangement before acceptance.
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
Terminal pickup
Meet at the DFW terminal your flight actually uses
Planning sources: DFW Airport: separate limousine and ground-transportation categories · DFW Airport: terminals, arrival and departure directions · DFW Airport: ground-transportation operating requirements
DFW has terminals A, B, C, D and E. Enter the operating airline and flight number rather than only a codeshare or a general airport pin. After landing, check the actual arrival terminal, collect your luggage and stay reachable while the meeting is coordinated. Tell the chauffeur your terminal and exit when you are ready to leave.
The airport separates limousine services from taxis, shared rides and ride-app services. Its taxi pickup instructions are not a universal private-car meeting rule. Follow the confirmed instructions for your booked vehicle; ask for clarification before changing terminals or walking to another transport zone.
If you need an indoor greeting, help with a particular exit or an accessible boarding arrangement, request it before the trip and have the meeting confirmed. The booked vehicle and airport permissions determine what is possible. A limousine directory does not establish a guaranteed baggage-claim or aircraft-side greeting.
Flight and waiting
Allow for baggage and clearance after wheels-down
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service · Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
For national-rate sedan and SUV airport arrivals, included waiting is 60 minutes for a domestic flight and 90 minutes for an international flight, measured from actual wheels-down. Taxiing, deplaning, baggage collection and any clearance are inside that allowance. Landing is not the moment every traveler is ready at the curb.
Artisan uses available flight information to coordinate arrivals. Send a rebooking, diversion, changed flight or terminal promptly to bookings@artisanlimo.com or call (888) 885-1296. An earlier arrival is accommodated where reasonably possible, subject to availability; tracking a flight does not automatically approve a new airport or itinerary.
Tell us promptly if bags or clearance will take longer. Waiting beyond the included allowance follows the accepted terms and is recorded for the receipt. Sprinters and other quote vehicles use the waiting arrangement in their written offer. A return departure has its own scheduled pickup and is not timed by the original arriving flight.
Dallas and Fort Worth
Book the address, then plan the journey around it
For Downtown Dallas, Uptown or the Arts District, include the hotel or office's passenger entrance. For Irving and Las Colinas, Plano or Frisco, use the actual property address rather than a district name. Fort Worth and Arlington are different onward destinations; specifying the venue and entrance lets the trip be planned accurately.
A convention arrival needs the organizer's building, hall and passenger-loading instructions as well as the street address. A client with several meetings can choose hourly service so the vehicle remains reserved between stops. One airport transfer finishes at the accepted destination; later journeys or retained time need to be in the plan.
For a DFW–Love Field connection, give both flight details and the airline's required check-in time. The road transfer follows baggage collection and any immigration or customs clearance. Traffic, terminal changes and airport procedures prevent a guaranteed connection or fixed drive time.
Vehicle and luggage
Choose seats and luggage capacity together
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle seating and luggage configurations · Artisan Limo: child seats and guardian responsibilities
Executive and Luxury Sedans are planned for up to two passengers and three bags. Executive and Luxury SUVs are planned for up to six passengers and six bags. Count carry-ons, strollers, golf bags and unusually large cases, then describe anything that may change the fit. A passenger limit does not create extra luggage space.
For a traveling team or family group, request an Executive, Jet or Limo Sprinter, or a Mercedes passenger van through the main booking form. Jet and Limo cabins carry only four to six bags at most, depending on their actual layout and bag sizes. The written offer confirms the vehicle, approved seats and entire load.
Artisan-provided child seats require an SUV and can be requested for up to two children, subject to availability. Include each child's age, height, weight and requested seat type. If bringing your own restraint, declare it so installation can be planned; the guardian checks final securement.
Departures and private flights
A departure or private-flight pickup needs its own meeting plan
Planning sources: DFW Airport: terminals, arrival and departure directions · DFW Corporate Aviation: passenger facility and physical address · Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
For a departing commercial flight, enter the hotel or residence pickup time in local time, airline, terminal and flight. DFW directs departures to the upper level of each terminal. Plan backward from the airline's check-in and baggage deadlines, allowing for road conditions; neither a scheduled pickup nor a flight tracker guarantees an on-time flight connection.
For a private flight, name DFW Corporate Aviation instead of a commercial terminal. Its published physical address is 1816 North 24th Avenue, DFW Airport, Texas 75261. Supply the flight or tail reference and flight-team contact, and confirm the passenger handoff with the facility. Its building and access roads differ from the airline terminals.
For a round trip, enter each leg's date, pickup time, airport and final address separately. A changed flight or a different return airport should be reviewed before the second movement is treated as confirmed.
Price and confirmation
Review the complete trip before confirmation
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation · Artisan Limo: cancellation and changes · Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service
The booking form prices eligible sedan and SUV itineraries using Artisan's approved national rate card. Required trip costs are included in the accepted total, gratuity is optional, and requested extras are shown before acceptance. Added stops, changes and excess waiting follow the accepted terms. Group vehicles receive an itinerary-specific written offer in this same booking flow.
Submitting an eligible online-priced request saves the card without charging it and does not confirm the trip. Confirmation follows approval of the exact accepted reservation and successful payment. A material revision needs a revised offer for acceptance; quote vehicles follow the payment terms in their accepted offer.
No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Standard confirmed rides have a full-refund window of at least 48 hours before pickup. Group, large and event programs use at least seven days before the first pickup, unless different terms were disclosed and accepted in writing before payment. Inside the applicable window, refunds can be partial or zero.

DFW airport car service questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeWhere do I meet my DFW private car?
Use the confirmed instructions for the actual terminal and booked vehicle. Collect bags and tell the chauffeur your terminal and exit when ready. DFW publishes separate transport categories; its taxi pickup directions should not be treated as universal limousine instructions.
Planning sources: DFW Airport: separate limousine and ground-transportation categories
How much waiting is included after my DFW flight lands?
National-rate sedan and SUV airport arrivals include 60 minutes for domestic flights and 90 for international flights, from actual wheels-down. Deplaning, luggage collection and clearance use that time. Quote-only group vehicles follow their written waiting terms.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service
Can I book DFW to Fort Worth or Arlington?
Yes. Enter the full hotel, residence or venue address and passenger entrance. Those journeys differ from a Dallas transfer. If the car should remain through a visit or event, request the retained time and return movement as well.
Can you transfer us between DFW and Love Field?
Provide the arrival and departure flights, local dates, passengers and bags. The private road transfer takes place after baggage collection and any clearance. Leave adequate time for the second airline's check-in; no connection or driving time is guaranteed.
Which DFW vehicle should a family with child seats choose?
Artisan-provided seats require an SUV, with up to two requested seats subject to availability. Include ages, heights, weights and seat types, plus all passengers and luggage. Declare any restraint you bring yourself and check final securement before travel.

What happens if my flight changes airports or is rebooked?
Contact bookings@artisanlimo.com or (888) 885-1296 with the updated flight, local date, airport and itinerary. Flight tracking does not automatically approve a different journey. Availability and any changed terms need review.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
Is DFW Corporate Aviation the airline terminal pickup?
No. DFW Corporate Aviation is a separate facility at 1816 North 24th Avenue. Name that facility and the flight-team contact, and confirm its passenger handoff instead of using an A–E airline-terminal meeting.
Planning sources: DFW Corporate Aviation: passenger facility and physical address
Does a request acknowledgement confirm my DFW car?
No. An eligible online-priced request saves the card without a charge. Confirmation follows approval and successful payment of the accepted total; a changed offer must be accepted first. Group vehicles follow the accepted written offer.
