Mini Bus Coach
A Mini Coach is the next option when one Sprinter is too small for the group. Artisan’s listed Mini Coach capacity is up to 24 passengers, with seating, luggage and venue access reviewed for the actual vehicle before a written quote is accepted.

- The sedan and SUV starting fares and hourly minimum do not set the price or minimum for a group vehicle. Your written quote states the price and service window for the proposed arrangement.
- Review included costs, payment requirements, cancellation terms, waiting and any additional-time calculation before accepting. A quote request does not confirm a reservation.

When it fits
A shared ride for a medium-size group
Use a Mini Coach for colleagues going to an offsite, wedding guests traveling from a hotel, a conference group or an airport party that has outgrown a van. Keeping everyone on one departure can simplify the itinerary when the party has a common pickup time and destination.
The booking class lists up to 24 passengers. That is not the capacity of every vehicle called a minibus elsewhere. The offered coach must fit the final group and the full load of luggage, equipment and mobility aids.
Hotel-to-venue shuttles
Provide each departure time and the number of passengers on each wave. One coach can only make repeated runs when the road and boarding time allow it.
Airport group transfers
List the flights, terminals, bags and destination entrance. Several arrivals may require separate pickups even if the total group fits one coach.
Boarding and access
Confirm where the coach can actually meet you
Ask the hotel, venue or terminal for its designated bus loading area. Send any height, length, turning or staging restrictions to Artisan. A street address may identify the building without identifying a legal and usable coach pickup point.
Discuss steps, handrails, wheelchair access and boarding assistance before booking. A Mini Coach is not automatically fitted with a lift. If a traveler needs to remain in a wheelchair, the accessible vehicle, securement space and resulting seat count must be confirmed.
Allow time to board
Leave room in the plan for counting the party, loading bags and helping passengers reach their seats. Use a group coordinator who can confirm when the passengers are ready.
Check storage separately
Confirm the actual luggage compartment and dimensions. Do not assume overhead racks, underfloor storage or a restroom from the class name.
Compare group vehicles
Mini Coach, Sprinter or full-size coach?
An Executive Sprinter may suit a smaller group with a simpler load. A Mini Coach suits the next step in party size. If the group exceeds 24 passengers, compare a Motorcoach or a coordinated multi-vehicle arrangement.
Vehicle size also changes how the route and pickup can work. Avoid choosing only by the largest seat number: the final offer should match seats, storage, boarding access, venue restrictions and the schedule.
How to arrange it
From your group request to a confirmed vehicle
Begin with pickup and destination, date, local pickup time and total passengers in the booking form. Choose the requested group vehicle and provide the complete itinerary, including return travel, intermediate stops and any time the vehicle must remain with you. Artisan reviews the request and sends a written offer for the proposed arrangement.
Add flight and terminal or FBO details for an airport pickup. For a venue, provide the actual entrance and meeting point rather than only the building name. If the passenger and booking contact are different people, include the traveler’s reachable contact details.
Review the confirmed vehicle class, itinerary, price and cancellation terms together. Sending a request, selecting a vehicle or providing a card is not itself confirmation. Keep the approval and reservation details for the trip.
Tell us what must fit
List every traveler, suitcase, carry-on, stroller, folding wheelchair or equipment case. Child-seat requests require an SUV. For a group vehicle, do not assume a child restraint or suitable installation position is included; discuss the children’s requirements with Artisan and confirm an appropriate arrangement before acceptance. Bag size matters alongside the count.
Discuss access before booking
Describe boarding assistance and whether a traveler needs to remain in a wheelchair. An SUV, high-roof van or coach is not automatically wheelchair accessible. The actual vehicle and securement arrangement must be confirmed.
Make changes before the journey
Send changes to the route, timing, group or vehicle as soon as possible. Ask Artisan to confirm any additional charge or calculation before the changed service. Waiting, no-show and cancellation terms remain part of the accepted arrangement.

Mini Coach questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeHow many people fit in Artisan’s Mini Coach?
Artisan lists up to 24 passengers for the Mini Coach class. The specific offered vehicle, seating arrangement, luggage and access needs still require confirmation.
Can we run a Mini Coach between a hotel and wedding venue?
Yes, request the complete shuttle plan with departure waves, guest counts, loading locations and final return. Travel and boarding time determine how many runs one vehicle can make; a seat count alone cannot establish the schedule.
Does every Mini Coach have a restroom or wheelchair lift?
No feature should be assumed from the class name. List the restroom, accessible boarding or other requirement and have it confirmed for the actual vehicle before acceptance.
Is a Mini Coach priced at the SUV hourly rate?
No. Mini Coaches receive a separate written quote through the same booking form. The offer defines its vehicle, itinerary, service window, price and terms.
