National rate card · Point to point
Brooklyn car service starting fares
Brooklyn uses the same national sedan and SUV rate card. Enter the complete route to review your trip total; a starting fare is not a fixed Brooklyn airport fare.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
Brooklyn pickup
Your Brooklyn pickup starts with the entrance
A Williamsburg hotel, a DUMBO office, a Park Slope home and a Bay Ridge residence are different journeys. Enter the street address, building name where useful and the entrance the traveler will actually use. A neighborhood name helps describe the visit but cannot replace the pickup address.
For a hotel or residential building, tell us whether the guest will meet at the lobby entrance or another permitted loading point. Include a reachable traveler mobile when someone else books. If the entrance is on a side street, the property has an access restriction or luggage must come down several flights, put that detail in the request rather than discovering it at departure.
North Brooklyn and the waterfront
For Williamsburg, Greenpoint or DUMBO, identify the exact hotel, office or venue door; waterfront premises may have several entrances.
Downtown and the brownstone neighborhoods
For Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Fort Greene or Park Slope, separate the building arrival from the appointment start and name the return address.
South Brooklyn
For Sunset Park, Bay Ridge, Red Hook or Coney Island, give the full destination and actual timing requirements. Do not reuse a generic Downtown pickup plan.
Airport connections
Brooklyn to JFK, LaGuardia or Newark car service
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: flight tracking and changed arrivals
Use the airport on your ticket. JFK, LaGuardia and Newark are separate transfers, and the trip begins at your exact Brooklyn address. Work back from the airline's required terminal arrival, allowing for the actual travel date, traffic, baggage and check-in. No single Brooklyn-wide driving time can reliably describe every neighborhood and flight.
For an arrival into Brooklyn, provide the operating flight, local arrival date, correct airport, terminal and final address. Collect luggage, keep the traveler phone reachable and follow the confirmed private-car meeting. An airport's taxi or app-rideshare zone is not automatically your chauffeur's meeting point; the dedicated airport pages explain the current distinctions.
If the airport arrival is followed by a meeting or hotel stop before a Brooklyn drop-off, include the complete sequence and time at each stop. A changed flight, airport or terminal should be reported promptly. For private aviation, name the actual FBO and flight-team contact instead of an airline terminal.
| Connection | Details to provide |
|---|---|
| JFK | Operating flight, local date, terminal and complete Brooklyn address |
| LaGuardia · LGA | Actual terminal, flight and confirmed private-car meeting |
| Newark · EWR | Booked flight and the Brooklyn destination; allow for the cross-region journey |
| Private flight | Actual airport, named FBO, ETA and flight-team contact |
Offices and events
Brooklyn venues need a usable arrival and a planned return
Planning sources: Barclays Center: current pickup, drop-off and visitor guide · Brooklyn Navy Yard: directions, visitor map and gate access · Industry City: campus access and directions
For Barclays Center, use the event and required entrance with 620 Atlantic Avenue. Its current guide identifies designated drop-off and pickup areas on Atlantic Avenue near the VIP and Atlantic entrances and along Flatbush Avenue near the main entrance. Confirm which permitted point suits the actual vehicle and event. An arena address alone is not the full post-event meeting plan.
At Brooklyn Navy Yard, name the tenant, building and host-approved gate. The Yard publishes separate Sands Street/Navy Street, Cumberland Street/Flushing Avenue and Clinton Avenue/Flushing Avenue access, with different gate hours. Its Building 77 administration address is not a substitute for every tenant's visitor entrance. Ask your host about visitor permissions before the trip.
For Industry City, identify the building, courtyard or business and its passenger entrance. The campus publishes parking access on Second Avenue between 36th and 39th Streets; a parking entrance does not by itself establish where the chauffeur can collect you. For a cruise departure in Red Hook, use the actual Brooklyn terminal and sailing instructions rather than a Manhattan port address.
For a concert, wedding or dinner, decide whether the car is retained or leaves after drop-off. Agree the later pickup, party count, reachable contact and permitted meeting point. An uncertain event finish is a reason to plan the return, not a promise that a car can wait at the venue indefinitely.
Transfer or hourly
Choose a direct Brooklyn ride or keep the vehicle with you
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: waiting and hourly service · Artisan Limo: booking, approval and payment terms
Point-to-point service fits a defined pickup and destination, with any accepted stops listed in advance. A later return is another planned movement; it is not included merely because the original destination was an event or office. Enter the return details when the form offers them, and contact Artisan for several vehicles or a more complex program.
Reserve hourly service when the vehicle is needed between appointments, shopping, a property visit or several local stops. Give the ordered addresses, first pickup and final release. Driving and waiting use the reserved hours. An approved local itinerary covers normal local stops; a longer or materially changed service area requires review rather than an assumed extension.
For a Brooklyn-to-Manhattan business day, distinguish the required building arrival from the meeting time and name the traveler joining at each stop. An assistant and the traveler should hold the same accepted itinerary, with one contact authorized to approve changes. Corporate account arrangements are reviewed separately and do not automatically confirm future rides.
Travelers and luggage
Choose the car for the people, bags and boarding needs
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat requests
A sedan can suit an individual or a couple with a load that fits the selected class. Consider an SUV when the party, luggage or child-seat arrangement needs more space. Count all suitcases, cabin bags and unusual items, and review the offered vehicle before acceptance. Seats available on paper do not establish that every bag will fit.
For a wedding party, family group or team, compare the chauffeured Sprinter and Mercedes passenger-van arrangements and request the group vehicle in the main booking form. Cabin layouts differ, and Jet and Limo Sprinters have limited luggage space. Describe the full load and any specific cabin preference so the written offer confirms the actual configuration.
Artisan-provided child seats require an SUV. Up to two can be requested, subject to availability; provide age, weight, height and seat type. Tell us about mobility equipment or boarding assistance before acceptance. A standard SUV or high-roof van is not automatically a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.
Booking and changes
Review the Brooklyn trip before it is confirmed
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: booking, approval and payment terms · Artisan Limo: cancellation and change policy
For an eligible online-priced sedan or SUV journey, submission saves your card without charging it. The request becomes a confirmed reservation after Artisan approves the exact trip you accepted and payment succeeds. A request acknowledgement is not a vehicle confirmation. Sprinters, passenger vans and larger group vehicles receive a written offer through the same booking form.
Artisan arranges transportation through independent, licensed local operators. Review the actual vehicle arrangement, addresses, local pickup time, required trip price and any special access instructions before acceptance. Required trip costs are included in the accepted national-rate total; gratuity is optional. Starting fares are vehicle-class minimums rather than fixed prices for a neighborhood or airport route.
To change an accepted pickup, stop, vehicle or service window, email bookings@artisanlimo.com or call (888) 885-1296 with the booking reference and revised plan. Availability and the disclosed price or calculation method need approval before additional service is provided. Standard confirmed rides have a full-refund window of at least 48 hours before pickup; weddings, multi-day roadshows and other large or event bookings use at least seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window, refunds may be partial or zero. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

Brooklyn car service questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeCan I request a car from Brooklyn to JFK, LGA or Newark?
Yes. Enter the actual Brooklyn pickup, airport on your ticket, local date and time, travelers and luggage. For an airport arrival, add the operating flight, terminal and full Brooklyn destination, and follow the confirmed private-car meeting.
Which airport is closest to my Brooklyn pickup?
The closest airport depends on your exact Brooklyn property and the road route. Before choosing a flight, compare JFK, LaGuardia and Newark against that address and the likely travel conditions. Once your flight is booked, use its actual airport and terminal, then work back from the airline's required arrival time. A borough-wide distance or drive-time estimate is not a dependable pickup schedule.
Where should we meet the car after a Barclays Center event?
The arena identifies pickup and drop-off areas along Atlantic Avenue and Flatbush Avenue. Agree the permitted point for your actual vehicle and event, share it with the party and keep a contact reachable. The venue's main address does not establish an exact post-event meeting.
Planning sources: Barclays Center: current pickup, drop-off and visitor guide
What address should I use for a Brooklyn Navy Yard office?
Ask the host for its building, entrance and permitted gate. The Yard has several gates with different access hours; its Building 77 administration address is not every tenant's destination. Include visitor instructions in the request.
Planning sources: Brooklyn Navy Yard: directions, visitor map and gate access
Does a return booking keep the chauffeur at the venue?
No. A later return pickup and a retained hourly vehicle are different arrangements. Request hourly service if the car must remain available and provide the full window; otherwise agree the separate return pickup.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: waiting and hourly service
Can an assistant book Brooklyn travel for a colleague?
Yes. Use the booking-for-someone-else option, provide the traveler's reachable mobile and share the confirmed address, local time and meeting instructions. Identify who can approve an itinerary change.
Is this shared Brooklyn airport shuttle service?
Artisan arranges private chauffeured travel for the party and itinerary you submit. It does not sell a shared seat on a scheduled shuttle through this booking form. Group vehicles need their actual configuration and written offer confirmed.
Am I charged when I send my Brooklyn request?
An eligible online-priced request saves your card without charging it. Confirmation follows Artisan approval of the exact accepted trip and successful payment. Group-vehicle offers follow their disclosed payment terms.
