- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.

HPN accommodates commercial, private and business aviation. Identify the airline terminal or private facility used by your flight.
Use HPN’s page for its terminal and FBO details, or the airport comparison for JFK, LaGuardia and Newark. For a standard NYC airport transfer, the accepted price includes required trip fees; gratuity is optional and changes or excess waiting are extra.

Use the town and complete residence, hotel or office address rather than a county label. White Plains, Yonkers and New Rochelle can define different journeys; the county visitor guide also identifies rail connections at Yonkers, New Rochelle and Croton-on-Hudson for travelers planning a train-to-car handoff.
If meeting a train, include the station, arrival date, train reference when available and the agreed road-side entrance. The road pickup needs its own readiness and contact instructions; airport waiting rules do not automatically apply to a rail arrival.

Give the gate, driveway or accessible entrance instructions without assuming the car can wait at any curb. An assistant booking from an office should also provide the traveler's mobile and the person authorized to approve timing changes.
For families, count children and bags together and request an SUV for up to two child seats, subject to advance confirmation. For equipment or mobility needs, describe dimensions and the assistance required; seating capacity alone does not establish an accessible vehicle.

Choose a separate return pickup for a known appointment finish. If you need the vehicle between visits, request hourly time covering the entire itinerary; waiting uses that booked window.
Ordinary point-to-point pickups include a standard 15-minute wait from the scheduled pickup. Contact the concierge if the appointment runs late: extra waiting or an extension follows the accepted terms and an itinerary change needs confirmation.
When your trip is confirmed
An eligible online request saves your card without a charge or hold. Artisan reviews availability, the vehicle and extras; a changed offer needs your acceptance before charging. Confirmation follows approval and successful payment. Accepted invoice or deposit offers follow their own payment terms.
Cancellation terms
For a standard confirmed ride, cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different terms apply only if disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment.

Sedan capacity is up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; SUV capacity is up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Child seats require an SUV and advance confirmation. Describe any oversized luggage or mobility equipment. Sprinter and coach requests use the same form for a quote and vehicle review.
Can I request a pickup at a Westchester residence?
Send the address, date, passengers and luggage for availability review. Include gate, driveway or entrance instructions needed to reach the meeting point.
What details do you need for a Westchester airport transfer?
Provide the airport and flight on your confirmation, local travel date and full Westchester address. For HPN, distinguish the passenger terminal from a private FBO; private flights also need the named FBO address and flight or tail reference. JFK, LaGuardia and Newark each have their own pickup guide linked from the airport comparison.

Can the chauffeur wait during an appointment?
Waiting is included within an hourly reservation’s booked window. A point-to-point transfer does not retain the car during the appointment. For a later finish, request an extension; availability and additional charges need confirmation.
Can I request child seats for a Westchester ride?
Request up to two seats in an Executive or Luxury SUV in advance, with each child's age, weight, height and preferred restraint type. Availability must be confirmed. Include every child in the passenger count and strollers in the luggage requirements. The guardian remains responsible for checking final fit and securement; do not assume the same installation option is available in a group vehicle.

What if I have not received a confirmation or change response?
Contact the concierge with your existing request reference, the county address and requested appointment journey, and reachable contact. A submitted request or unanswered change is not a confirmed arrangement. Use the accepted, confirmed itinerary; do not treat silence as approval or assume an earlier pickup has been replaced.

Can I cancel or change my confirmed ride?
For a standard confirmed booking, cancellation received at least 48 hours before pickup qualifies for a full refund. Weddings, multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings use seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Changes depend on availability and may need a revised accepted price. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.
