Drop-off

Where your car drops you off and picks you up

The US Open sends every rideshare and black-car service to one place: the parking lot at the New York Hall of Science. From there, a direct walking path leads to the Champions' Entry, and the US Open runs a free shuttle for guests who need help getting to and from the entry.

  1. Drop-off

Your chauffeur drives into the Hall of Science lot and lets you out at the walking path.

  2. Pickup

On an hourly booking, your chauffeur waits for you and meets you in the same lot. If you booked one way each direction, set the return time when you book, and call the concierge if play runs late.

  3. Address

The tennis center is at Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Flushing, NY 11368.

Car or parking

US Open car or parking?

Parking means driving into Queens on the busiest days of the tournament, finding the lot NYPD and parking staff send you to, and driving home tired after a night session. On days when the Mets also play at home, the US Open sends cars to different lots. With a private car you skip the lot. Your chauffeur drops you at the Hall of Science and is there when you leave.

Plan your day

Plan your US Open day

  1. Dates

In 2026 the main draw ran from Sunday, August 30 to Sunday, September 13, after Fan Week began August 23. These are past-season reference dates; check the official schedule for the tournament you plan to attend.

  2. Sessions

Day and night sessions have separate gate times. On August 30, 2026, day gates opened at 9:30 am and night gates at 6:00 pm. Check your ticket for your session.

  3. Bags

One bag per guest, no larger than 12" wide x 12" high x 16" long. Backpacks are generally prohibited except single-compartment drawstring bags; ADA/medical exceptions are subject to security inspection. Your chauffeur can keep extra bags in the car on an hourly booking.

  4. Day and night sessions

Staying for both? Reserve enough hourly time for both sessions and the return; additional hours need approval and availability.
