Westchester Airport car service pricing
Use the same four-class rate card for an HPN journey to the city or the region. Enter the passenger terminal or named FBO and the exact destination to price your trip.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
Optional meet & greet is $25 for an eligible airport arrival when selected in the booking form. Confirm the terminal or FBO meeting arrangement before acceptance.
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
Two kinds of HPN arrival
Passenger terminal or a private-aviation FBO
Planning sources: Million Air: White Plains FBO and facility address · Atlantic Aviation: White Plains West (HPNW) FBO and facility address
Identify the facility before requesting the car. HPN alone does not distinguish an airline-terminal arrival from a private-flight handoff.
For an FBO arrival, use the facility named by your flight team. Million Air White Plains lists 136 Tower Road, Hangar M; Atlantic Aviation’s White Plains West facility (HPNW) lists 67 Tower Road, Hangar T. These examples do not replace your assigned facility or another FBO’s address.
| Arrival type | Details for the car request | Meeting reference |
|---|---|---|
| Airline flight | Airline, flight, local arrival date and passenger-terminal pickup. | Follow the meeting instructions for the airline-terminal reservation. |
| Private flight | Named FBO, street address, tail or flight reference and flight-team contact. | Use the agreed ground meeting point at that FBO; aircraft-side access needs separate approval. |
Arriving at the passenger terminal
Arrange your HPN pickup before you travel
Planning sources: Westchester County Airport: taxi and limousine guidance
Westchester County’s airport guidance describes prearranged ground transportation with authorized providers; taxi cruising and street hails are not permitted at HPN. Book ahead with your flight number, destination and a reachable traveler contact.
After landing, collect your bags and follow the meeting instructions for your reservation. Contact the concierge if baggage collection is delayed or your flight or terminal plans change. The airline terminal and an FBO are separate pickup arrangements.
Beyond the airport
HPN to Westchester, Manhattan or Fairfield County
Request a direct transfer for a home, hotel or office arrival. Include the town and full address for a Westchester or Connecticut destination; an airport code and a county name are not enough to price the journey.
For several meetings or stops, choose hourly service in the booking form and include the addresses and anticipated finish. Review the service window, passengers, bags and accepted price before confirming.
Plan each leg separately
An HPN arrival, a return flight or a day of meetings
Use a direct transfer for one destination after an airline or private-flight arrival. A return trip needs its own local date, city pickup time and terminal or FBO. If you need a chauffeur through meetings in White Plains, Manhattan or Fairfield County, request an hourly window with the full stop order and expected finish.
The round-trip form shares a passenger and bag count across both legs. Different travelers, added luggage or separate flights can need separate one-way requests. Include the state and town for a Connecticut destination, and the actual car entrance for an office or hotel.
Airline traveler
Provide airline and flight number, local arrival date, reachable traveler phone and passenger-terminal meeting details. Collect your bags before the ground handoff.
Private-flight party
Provide the named FBO and address, expected arrival, tail when available and flight-team contact. A pending tail can be added later; the permitted meeting still needs confirmation.
Missing confirmation or contact
Check the existing request reference and email, including spam, then contact the concierge before assuming a vehicle is confirmed or creating a replacement request.
Your car and your arrival
HPN vehicles, luggage and child-seat requests
Both Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags, and both SUV classes accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Include carry-ons, strollers and sports equipment in the count alongside checked bags. Larger groups can use the booking form for a Sprinter or coach quote, with the complete luggage requirements.
Child-seat requests require an SUV. Up to two seats can be requested, subject to availability; provide each child’s age, weight, height and seat type. Describe any assistance needs before booking so the vehicle and meeting request can be assessed together.
The accepted price includes required trip fees for the agreed route and vehicle. Gratuity is optional; added stops, itinerary changes and excess waiting can cost extra. For a private flight, use the named FBO’s agreed meeting point; any aircraft-side access must be confirmed in advance.

Westchester Airport questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeWhen is an HPN car-service request confirmed?
A submitted request is reviewed for availability, vehicle fit and meeting details. An eligible online card request is not charged or held at submission; confirmation follows successful payment after approval of the exact accepted trip. Changed offers need acceptance first. Invoice and deposit arrangements follow their own accepted payment terms.
Can I cancel my Westchester Airport transfer?
There is no cancellation fee before confirmation. For a standard confirmed transfer, cancellation received at least 48 hours before pickup qualifies for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Group programs and multi-day roadshows use a seven-day window; different terms must be disclosed and accepted before payment. Contact the concierge promptly for a schedule change instead of assuming the car has been rebooked.
How much is a private car from HPN to Manhattan?
Enter the passenger terminal or named FBO, Manhattan address, local date and time, passengers and bags. The accepted price includes required trip fees for that route and vehicle; gratuity is optional. Added stops, later changes and excess waiting can cost extra. There is no single fare covering every Manhattan destination.
Is a private FBO pickup the same as an airline-terminal pickup?
No. Use the facility on your flight itinerary. An FBO has its own address and meeting arrangements; the airport code alone does not identify the entrance or handoff for your car.

How much waiting is included after an airline arrival at HPN?
The standard airport-arrival allowance is 60 minutes domestic and up to 90 minutes international from actual wheels-down. Baggage collection and any arrival formalities use that time. Your written booking confirms the allowance for the trip, with excess waiting charged under the accepted terms. An hourly booking includes waiting within its booked window.
Can I request HPN transportation to Connecticut?
Yes. Enter the town, full street address and travel details in the booking form for availability and pricing review. Include planned stops and luggage needs so the accepted arrangement covers the complete journey.
Can a private-flight pickup meet us beside the aircraft?
Only with the named FBO’s permission and a confirmed arrangement for the reservation. Otherwise, use the agreed ground meeting point. Send any change of facility, flight or timing to the concierge promptly; an FBO address alone does not establish aircraft-side access.
What information does a booker need for an HPN transfer?
The flight or tail number, local travel time, passenger terminal or specific FBO, destination, party and luggage details, plus a reachable traveler contact. For a private flight, include the flight-team contact if that person manages schedule changes.
