New Jersey car service pricing
The national rate card applies on both sides of the state line. Review the complete required price for your exact itinerary, including required trip costs.

|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |

- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.

New Jersey to NYC
Northern New Jersey to NYC car service
Enter the Northern New Jersey pickup and Manhattan destination with the building entrance and appointment time. If other passengers join across the Hudson, include their addresses and pickup order.
For a standard NYC airport transfer, required tolls and trip fees are included in the accepted price. Gratuity is optional; a changed route or excess waiting can add charges. For a different itinerary, use its written total and inclusions.
EWR and Teterboro
Newark Airport and Teterboro pickup details
For an airport arrival followed by a meeting, include any hotel or luggage stop and the time needed at the appointment.
| Journey | Details to provide |
|---|---|
| Manhattan transfer | Northern New Jersey address, destination entrance and appointment time. |
| Newark Airport · EWR | Airline, flight, terminal and pickup address for the arrival or departure. |

New Jersey endpoints
Jersey City, Hoboken and Newark need their actual addresses
Planning sources: New Jersey Tourism: Gateway region
New Jersey Tourism groups destinations including Newark, Jersey City, Hoboken and Montclair within the Gateway region. They are not one Manhattan pickup zone. Name the residence, waterfront hotel, office or event entrance on each side of the Hudson.
Keep an essential arrival deadline with the full route. A preferred river crossing is a request for review, not a fixed travel-time guarantee. Include stops in both states before accepting the itinerary and price.
| Journey | Identify | Next planning step |
|---|---|---|
| New Jersey office or home to NYC | Town, full address and city entrance | Choose a transfer or retained time based on the appointment. |
| Newark airline arrival | EWR flight and terminal | Use the Newark airport guide and confirmed pickup instructions. |
| Teterboro private flight | Named FBO and street address | Confirm the landside handoff with the flight team. |
| Cape Liberty cruise | Bayonne terminal and ship documents | Use the cruise guide, sailing date and passenger-ready return plan. |
Return and changes
Confirm the return location and who can approve a change

The return can begin at a different office, restaurant or hotel from the outward drop-off. Enter that address, date and pickup time rather than assuming a mirrored route. If the return party or bags differ, use separate one-way journeys.
A late meeting or venue release can need extra waiting or a revised pickup. Send the reference, new readiness time and reachable traveler contact to the concierge. A change depends on review and availability; an unanswered request does not replace the accepted itinerary.
Two-state itineraries
Meetings and hourly travel across New York and New Jersey
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: current preview wait-time policy
For a cruise journey, identify Cape Liberty in Bayonne separately from the Manhattan and Brooklyn terminals. Include the ship, sailing date and the cruise line’s arrival window with the ground itinerary.
A Manhattan meeting followed by a New Jersey office visit has more than one transfer to arrange. Send the stop order and expected finish together.
Choose separate rides when you do not need the vehicle between appointments. For retained time, waiting counts inside the booked hourly window; the route and service period must cover both states and any added stops.
When your trip is confirmed
An eligible online request saves your card without a charge or hold. Artisan reviews availability, the vehicle and extras; a changed offer needs your acceptance before charging. Confirmation follows approval and successful payment. Accepted invoice or deposit offers follow their own payment terms.
Cancellation terms
For a standard confirmed ride, cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different terms apply only if disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment.

New Jersey trip questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeWhat details do you need for a Northern New Jersey pickup?
Give the town, full street address, local pickup date and time, destination and arrival deadline. Add building-access instructions, cross-Hudson stops and the passenger and luggage counts. Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Child seats require an SUV and advance confirmation. Use the same booking form for Sprinter or coach quotes and vehicle review.
Will the trip use the Lincoln Tunnel or another crossing?
The route depends on the addresses and conditions. Include an essential crossing preference in the inquiry and review its effect on the proposed trip.
Are bridge and tunnel charges included?
Required normal trip fees, including the necessary bridge or tunnel charges for the accepted route, are included in the approved transportation price. Gratuity is optional. Changes, excess waiting and selected extras follow the accepted terms; a different destination or added crossing needs review.

Can I combine a New Jersey airport pickup with meetings in New York?
Request the full meeting itinerary with the airport or FBO details. A transfer to the first meeting and a car retained for the day require different arrangements.
Can I request child seats for this journey?
Request up to two seats in an Executive or Luxury SUV in advance, with each child's age, weight, height and preferred restraint type. Availability must be confirmed. Include every child in the passenger count and strollers in the luggage requirements. The guardian remains responsible for checking final fit and securement; do not assume the same installation option is available in a group vehicle.

What if I have not received a confirmation or change response?
Contact the concierge with your existing request reference, the New Jersey address and intended route, and reachable contact. A submitted request or unanswered change is not a confirmed arrangement. Use the accepted, confirmed itinerary; do not treat silence as approval or assume an earlier pickup has been replaced.

Can I cancel or change my confirmed ride?
For a standard confirmed booking, cancellation received at least 48 hours before pickup qualifies for a full refund. Weddings, multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings use seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Changes depend on availability and may need a revised accepted price. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.
