Miami Airport Transfer (MIA) pricing by vehicle class
Enter the actual airport or named FBO and complete onward address. These class minimums are starting fares, not fixed airport-to-hotel, city or port fares. Review the actual trip and selected options before acceptance.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
Optional meet & greet is $25 for an eligible airport arrival when selected in the booking form. Confirm the terminal or FBO meeting arrangement before acceptance.
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
Meeting your chauffeur
Prearranged Miami Airport pickup
Planning sources: MIA: prearranged vehicle pickup rules, effective May 27, 2025
MIA assigns commercial pickup zones by service category. Its published prearranged-vehicle rules require passengers and baggage to be ready before the vehicle approaches the assigned loading area; departure-level passenger loading needs specific airport authorization.
Collect your bags and keep the traveler’s phone reachable. Follow the confirmed meeting instructions for your booked vehicle and terminal, rather than a taxi or ride-app location. Construction and airport directions can change the approach. If you want an inside greeting, request it in advance and confirm the meeting arrangement.
Your first stop
MIA to Miami Beach, Brickell or Coral Gables
Give us the full hotel, home or business address, including the entrance or valet you intend to use. Miami Beach, Downtown Miami and Brickell are different destinations; the complete address makes the route and finish clear. Add any grocery stop, luggage drop or separate passenger drop-off before reserving.
For appointments after arrival, choose hourly service and list the stops in order with the time needed at each. A transfer to your hotel does not reserve a car for the afternoon. If you are booking for a colleague, include both your booking contact and the traveler’s reachable phone number.
Arrival details
International arrivals, baggage and flight changes
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: arrival and scheduled pickup waiting · Artisan Limo: flight tracking and changed flights
Use the local date your flight arrives in Miami, especially after an overnight journey. Supply the airline and flight number and confirm the terminal when known. A later connection or a new flight number needs an updated pickup plan; send the change to the concierge promptly.
Standard sedan and SUV airport transfers include 60 minutes for a domestic arrival and 90 minutes for an international arrival, measured from actual wheels-down. Taxiing, deplaning, baggage and immigration use that window. Group vehicles follow the allowance in their accepted written offer. Contact the concierge if you are still waiting for bags or clearance near the window’s end.
Room for your journey
Choose the MIA vehicle for people and luggage
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat requests
Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags. Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Count carry-ons, checked bags, strollers and oversized equipment; actual luggage shape can affect fit even when the count is within the class limit. Larger groups can request a Sprinter, coach or other group-vehicle quote in the same booking flow.
Child-seat requests require an SUV. Request up to two seats in advance, subject to availability, and give each child’s age, weight, height and seat configuration. If bringing your own restraint, select that option. The guardian must check final fit and securement. Tell us about mobility equipment and boarding assistance before reserving so the vehicle and meeting can be reviewed.
Airport to ship
Miami Airport to PortMiami or Port Everglades
Check the port on your sailing documents. PortMiami and Fort Lauderdale’s Port Everglades are different facilities. Provide the cruise line, ship, sailing date, terminal when assigned and the cruise line’s check-in time, along with every passenger and bag.
A flight’s scheduled arrival is not the time your party is ready at the curb. Allow for baggage, any immigration formalities, the road journey and port entry before the assigned check-in window. Include a hotel stop if it is part of the journey, and confirm the return pickup separately using the ship’s actual disembarkation plan.
Departure planning
Your hotel or home pickup for a flight from MIA
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: arrival and scheduled pickup waiting
For a departure, enter the time you want the car at your address, rather than the flight’s takeoff time. Work back from the airline’s check-in and bag-drop requirements and allow for traffic and terminal access. Supply the airline, terminal when known and any intermediate pickup.
A scheduled sedan or SUV hotel, home or office transfer includes 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Group vehicles follow their accepted written offer. If traveling round trip, review both dates, addresses, party sizes and luggage; the outbound flight and return arrival can need different timing.
Before you reserve
Your MIA fare and reservation terms
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: confirmation, changes and cancellation
The accepted price includes required normal trip fees for the agreed route and vehicle. Gratuity is optional. Extra stops, itinerary changes and waiting beyond the included allowance can affect the total; review the offer and terms for your actual journey.
An eligible reservation request saves your card without a charge and does not confirm the ride. When Artisan approves the exact accepted request, confirmation follows successful payment of its total. A revised offer needs your acceptance; direct-checkout, invoice and deposit offers follow their stated payment terms.
No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Standard confirmed trips qualify for a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice before pickup. Inside that window any refund is discretionary. Group and event programs use a seven-day window before the first pickup, unless different terms were disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

Miami Airport transfer questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeWhere do I meet my MIA chauffeur?
Use the confirmed instructions for your service and terminal. MIA assigns commercial loading areas by category, and prearranged vehicles approach once passengers and bags are ready. Do not assume taxi or ride-app directions describe your booked chauffeur pickup.

What if I cannot find my booked car at MIA?
Call Artisan Limo at (888) 885-1296 with your booking reference, terminal and the location where your party and bags are ready. Keep the traveler’s phone reachable and follow the confirmed meeting instructions rather than walking to a different loading area. For written trip updates, use bookings@artisanlimo.com.
Can I request an inside greeting at Miami Airport?
Request it before travel and confirm the greeting location and arrangement for your terminal. An inside meeting does not change the vehicle’s permitted loading zone; keep your phone reachable for coordination.
Does waiting start after I collect my luggage?
No. Standard sedan and SUV airport transfers include 60 minutes domestic or 90 minutes international from actual wheels-down. Taxiing, baggage and immigration consume that window. Group vehicle waiting follows the accepted written offer; review the applicable allowance and excess-wait terms.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: arrival and scheduled pickup waiting
Can I book MIA to Miami Beach or Brickell?
Enter the complete hotel, home or office address and intended entrance. Include any additional stop, separate passenger drop-off and luggage. If the vehicle should remain for appointments after arrival, request hourly service.
Can I go directly from MIA to a cruise terminal?
Provide the port, ship, cruise line, sailing date and assigned check-in time. PortMiami and Port Everglades are different destinations. Plan for arrival formalities and the onward transfer; scheduled landing does not mean your party is already ready to leave.
What if my flight is diverted or rebooked?
Contact the concierge immediately with the new airport or flight number. A changed airport, route or time needs review and may change the arrangement. Early-arrival adjustments depend on availability.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: flight tracking and changed flights
Can we request child seats and a larger vehicle?
Child-seat requests require an SUV, with up to two requested seats subject to availability. Provide each child’s age, weight, height and configuration. Larger parties can request a Sprinter or coach quote inside the main booking flow; confirm actual luggage and boarding fit.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat requests
Does sending the booking request confirm my MIA ride?
No. An eligible request saves the card without charging and remains subject to approval. Confirmation follows approval of the accepted request and successful payment; any revised offer must be accepted. No cancellation fee applies before confirmation.
