  1. Drop-off

Your chauffeur lets you out in the drop-off area between Lots D and E.

  2. Pickup

Set a meeting point with your chauffeur before you go in, and call the concierge when you are walking out.

  3. Tailgating

If your group wants the car to park for a tailgate, it needs a parking permit for that event and an extra fee, and the chauffeur stays with the car. Tell us when you book and we'll arrange it where possible.

Getting home

Getting home after the game or concert

Leaving is the hard part. MetLife says surge pricing is often in effect after an event and that large crowds can mean rideshare waits of more than 2 hours. With hourly service, the vehicle is reserved for your party; the legal waiting area and meeting point are arranged under stadium rules. You see your trip price before you book.

Plan

Plan your MetLife day

  1. Gates

For most events, including NFL games, gates open two hours before the event. Check your event page.

  2. Bags

Clear bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" (one per person), a one-gallon clear plastic bag, or a small clutch up to 4.5" x 6.5". Anything else can stay in the car on an hourly booking.

  3. Parking

NFL games need a prepaid permit. For concerts and other events, prepaid permits are sold and parking can also be paid on arrival. A car service skips all of it.
