The right service for your day

One transfer or time with your chauffeur

A point-to-point ride connects the addresses in your confirmed itinerary. Choose it for an airport arrival, a hotel-to-office journey or the return home after an evening out. Add the return journey when you need one; do not assume a one-way request also reserves your departure.

Choose hourly service when you need the vehicle between stops. An airport transfer followed by a day of meetings needs a different arrangement from one direct ride. Include the whole itinerary when you choose the service.

  1. Point to point

Provide the exact origin, destination, travel date, pickup time and any planned stops.

  2. Hourly chauffeur

Provide the first pickup, final dropoff, full stop list and the hours you want to reserve.

  3. Return journey

Give the return address and time separately, especially when the return flight uses another airport.

Airport planning

Your flight and final address belong in the same plan

An airport code alone is not a pickup plan. Add the airline, flight number, arrival date and destination address. For international arrivals, allow for immigration and baggage collection when arranging the meeting. Keep the traveler’s contact number available for the pickup instructions.

LAX distinguishes prearranged limousine, town-car and executive pickups from the standard taxi and ride-app arrangements at LAX-it. Confirm the meeting instructions for your actual reservation instead of following a generic rideshare map. The smaller airports also publish their own ground-transportation rules, which may change with terminal work or traffic controls.

For departure, work backward from the airline’s required check-in time and the actual terminal. Los Angeles traffic varies with the route and time of day; a published drive-time estimate cannot guarantee your arrival at the terminal. Give Artisan the complete schedule so the requested pickup can be reviewed.

Hourly service

Hourly car service for a day with several stops

Keep your itinerary together when the day includes several appointments. List the pickup, each meeting or stop, expected waiting and final destination. An approved local hourly reservation covers the agreed time with the chauffeur and vehicle, rather than treating every ordinary local stop as a new transfer.

The sedan and SUV hourly minimum is three hours. Extra time requires dispatch and customer approval; materially changed or non-local travel needs review. If the day crosses between Los Angeles and Orange County, includes a venue with special access, or continues into another day, describe that before accepting the arrangement.

Business travel

Corporate car service that follows the working itinerary

Arrange individual airport arrivals, hotel transfers and a day of client meetings using the same booking form. Include the traveler, the person coordinating the ride and the addresses in travel order. For several arrivals, send each traveler’s flight, destination and contact details so separate pickups can be planned accurately.

A corporate-account inquiry is useful for recurring travel, several travelers or an organization with billing and approval requirements. Account terms are reviewed separately: sending the inquiry does not establish credit, reserve vehicles or confirm a ride. Each trip still needs its own accepted arrangements.

  1. Executive arrivals

Connect the arriving flight with the hotel, office or meeting address.

  2. Meeting days

Book reserved hours when the traveler needs the vehicle between appointments.

  3. Coordinated arrivals

List each arrival and traveler group separately; flights landing at different airports need different pickups.

Vehicles & groups

Choose the vehicle for the passengers and the luggage

Compare Executive Sedan, Executive SUV, Luxury SUV and Luxury Sedan in the booking form. The Executive SUV is the Suburban class; the Luxury SUV is the Escalade class. Vehicle class, passenger count and luggage fit all matter. A specific make, model or interior needs confirmation in the accepted arrangement.

For group travel, request a Sprinter, passenger van, Mini Coach or Motorcoach in that same form. Executive, Jet and Limo Sprinters have different interiors and passenger ranges. Give the group size, suitcase count and cabin preference so the written offer identifies a suitable actual vehicle. A passenger capacity is not a promise that the same vehicle can also carry every suitcase.

  1. Sedans & SUVs

Choose for the traveler count, full-size bags and desired class. Review the complete trip price before acceptance.

  2. Sprinters & vans

Request an Executive, Jet or Limo cabin, or a regular Mercedes passenger van; capacity and luggage must be confirmed.

  3. Larger groups

Include all vehicles, departure waves and venue access details for a coordinated coach or multi-vehicle plan.

Destinations

Los Angeles and Orange County, with the destination made clear

Use the exact hotel, office, residence or venue address. A destination such as Hollywood, Beverly Hills or Santa Monica can include very different pickup and arrival points. A building entrance, event loading area or hotel porte-cochère may be more useful than the center of a neighborhood on a map.

For Orange County travel, specify Irvine, Newport Beach, Anaheim or the actual coastal destination. A Disneyland trip needs the hotel or permitted dropoff address, the children and luggage traveling with you, and a separately arranged return pickup. Include child-seat needs in the request rather than assuming a seat will be onboard.

For a cruise, give the cruise line, ship and actual terminal. Long Beach cruise departures and the World Cruise Center in San Pedro are different destinations. On the return, plan around disembarkation and baggage collection, not just the ship’s scheduled arrival time.

Private aviation

Van Nuys and private-flight ground connections

A private-flight pickup is tied to the named FBO, not a generic passenger terminal. Supply the FBO, tail number or flight reference, expected arrival, traveler contact and onward address. Keep the flight coordinator involved when the schedule or arrival facility changes.

Van Nuys serves general aviation. Meeting locations and vehicle access depend on the facility’s instructions; ramp access is not included by default. The ground arrangement must be confirmed for the actual FBO before the traveler arrives.

Confirmation

From a trip request to an agreed reservation

Start with the route or reserved hours, choose a vehicle class and add the traveler details. For an eligible sedan or SUV request, review the complete fare and terms; submission saves your card without charging it. Artisan must approve the exact accepted trip, and confirmation follows successful payment. A revised offer needs your acceptance before charging; invoice, deposit and direct-checkout offers follow their own accepted terms.

Group vehicles receive a written offer in the main booking flow. Check the actual vehicle configuration, permitted passengers, luggage, meeting arrangement and complete required price before acceptance. If your itinerary changes, request the change and review any revised arrangement before relying on it.

Speak with the concierge
Does Artisan provide car service in Los Angeles and Orange County?

Artisan arranges private chauffeur service in Los Angeles and Orange County for airport transfers, point-to-point journeys, hourly itineraries and business travel. Enter the full addresses and traveler details; each request needs its own approved arrangements.

Which Los Angeles-area airports can I arrange a transfer for?

Plan transfers for Los Angeles International (LAX), John Wayne (SNA), Hollywood Burbank (BUR), Long Beach (LGB) and private-flight arrivals at Van Nuys (VNY). Specify the actual airport and flight; for general aviation, give the named FBO. Meeting arrangements are airport- and reservation-specific.

Does a prearranged LAX chauffeur meet me at LAX-it?

LAX publishes separate arrangements for prearranged limousine, town-car and executive pickups and for standard taxis and ride apps using LAX-it. Follow the instructions for your confirmed chauffeur reservation rather than treating the ride-app pickup area as universal. Check current airport guidance before travel.

Should I book a transfer or hourly car service?

Choose a transfer for a defined origin and destination, including any agreed stops. Choose hourly when you want the chauffeur and vehicle reserved between appointments. Supply the full itinerary and reserved hours; driving and planned waiting use the same booked window.

How much does Los Angeles car service cost?

The price depends on your exact addresses, vehicle class, selected options or reserved hours. Compare the complete required trip price alongside the meeting arrangement, passenger and luggage fit, included waiting and cancellation terms. Do not assume one flat fare covers every LAX or city journey. Enter the actual itinerary to review its total. Gratuity is optional; accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.

Can I arrange a Sprinter with a chauffeur instead of a self-drive rental?

Yes. Artisan’s Sprinter and passenger-van arrangements are chauffeured group trips, not self-drive rentals. Request the group vehicle in the main booking form and include passengers, luggage and cabin preference. The written offer must confirm the actual vehicle, capacity and itinerary before you accept.

Can I arrange a ride to Disneyland or a cruise terminal?

Include the exact Anaheim hotel or permitted destination address for Disneyland travel. For a cruise, identify the ship and actual port: Long Beach and San Pedro are different destinations. Add child-seat needs, luggage and the return plan so the complete arrangement can be reviewed.

Does a corporate-account request confirm a booking?

No. A corporate-account inquiry starts a discussion about recurring travel and account requirements. Account terms need separate review, and each trip must still be arranged and approved. Begin an individual trip in the booking form.

Is my ride confirmed as soon as I submit the form?

No. An eligible card-saving request is unconfirmed and does not charge your card at submission. Confirmation follows Artisan’s approval and successful payment of the accepted total. A revised offer requires your acceptance first; invoice, deposit and direct-checkout offers follow their stated terms. An unapproved request or corporate inquiry does not reserve a vehicle.

What if I need to change the pickup, stops or passenger count?

Contact Artisan with the change before travel. A different route, extra time, vehicle upgrade or larger group can require a revised arrangement and price. Review and accept the revised details where required; do not assume the original vehicle or fare covers the change.
