- 3-hour minimum for sedan and SUV hourly service. Ordinary local stops and waiting within the agreed window are included for the approved local itinerary. Driving time also uses that window.
- Extra time requires customer and dispatch approval and is billed at the class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before acceptance.

Who it suits
One SUV for the family or a small team
The Executive SUV class accepts up to six passengers. It suits a family airport arrival, colleagues going to the same meeting or a group sharing one event pickup. Everyone should have the same confirmed itinerary; separate flights and different destinations may need separate arrangements.
A Suburban’s factory seat count is not the passenger limit for this chauffeur booking. The form uses Artisan’s service limit and luggage capacity. Tell us about child seats and boarding needs before assuming every available seating position works for the party.
Families with luggage
Include checked bags, cabin bags, strollers and restraints. A folded stroller still uses cargo space; a child still uses a passenger position.
Colleagues traveling together
Provide the group contact and all meeting entrances. If travelers need different drop-offs, include the stops before the trip price is accepted.
Luggage and equipment
Six travelers does not mean unlimited luggage
Up to six standard bags is the Executive SUV’s planning limit. Oversized cases, golf clubs and equipment need an actual fit check, especially with all passenger positions occupied. A count of six large items may not describe the same load as six standard bags.
For a group with significant luggage or for more than six travelers, compare an Executive Sprinter or a Mini Coach. The right upgrade is the one whose confirmed storage and seating fit together, not simply the vehicle with the most seats.
Compare SUV classes
Executive Suburban or Luxury Escalade?
The Executive SUV and Luxury SUV are separate Artisan price classes. The Suburban is the Executive SUV; the Cadillac Escalade is the Luxury SUV. Both currently use the same six-passenger booking ceiling and standard-bag planning limit.
Choose between them for the requested vehicle class and cabin preference, not for a presumed increase in seats. Specific trim, model year, entertainment features and vehicle dimensions should be confirmed if they affect your trip.
How to arrange it
Arrange your chauffeur and vehicle
Enter the full pickup and destination, date, local time, passengers and luggage. Choose point to point for a direct journey or hourly for a reserved local itinerary. The form presents the available vehicle classes and trip price; review the terms and submit your request for Artisan approval.
Add flight and terminal or FBO details for an airport pickup. For a venue, provide the actual entrance and meeting point rather than only the building name. If the passenger and booking contact are different people, include the traveler’s reachable contact details.
Review the confirmed vehicle class, itinerary, price and cancellation terms together. Sending a request, selecting a vehicle or providing a card is not itself confirmation. Keep the approval and reservation details for the trip.
Tell us what must fit
List every traveler, suitcase, carry-on, stroller, folding wheelchair or equipment case. Child-seat requests require an SUV. For a group vehicle, do not assume a child restraint or suitable installation position is included; discuss the children’s requirements with Artisan and confirm an appropriate arrangement before acceptance. Bag size matters alongside the count.
Discuss access before booking
Describe boarding assistance and whether a traveler needs to remain in a wheelchair. An SUV, high-roof van or coach is not automatically wheelchair accessible. The actual vehicle and securement arrangement must be confirmed.
Make changes before the journey
Send changes to the route, timing, group or vehicle as soon as possible. Ask Artisan to confirm any additional charge or calculation before the changed service. Waiting, no-show and cancellation terms remain part of the accepted arrangement.

Executive SUV questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeWhich class is the Chevrolet Suburban?
Choose Executive SUV in Artisan’s booking form for the Suburban class. Cadillac Escalade is offered under Luxury SUV, with a separate price.
How many passengers and bags fit?
The booking limit is 6 passengers and up to 6 standard bags. Add the dimensions of oversized items and disclose strollers, equipment and child seats so the actual arrangement can be checked.
Can I book a Suburban for an hourly day?
Yes. Choose hourly and describe the full local itinerary. The confirmed window includes driving, normal local stops and planned waiting. Extra time or significant route changes need approval.
Is a Suburban wheelchair accessible?
Do not assume it is. Tell Artisan whether the traveler can transfer from a wheelchair, the mobility device’s dimensions and what boarding assistance is required. Any accessible vehicle and securement arrangement need explicit confirmation before booking.
