Car Service Dallas
Prearranged chauffeur service for Dallas airport transfers, business travel and occasions across the Metroplex. Choose a sedan or SUV for a direct journey, reserve a chauffeur through several appointments, or arrange a group vehicle for the people and luggage traveling together.
Reserve your ride
Enter the full addresses and local pickup time. For a flight, name DFW, Dallas Love Field or the actual private-flight FBO. Review the offered vehicle and terms; a submitted request alone does not confirm a ride.

One national rate card
Dallas car service rates by vehicle and ride type
Dallas–Fort Worth uses Artisan's approved national sedan and SUV rate card. Starting fares are class minimums; enter the complete journey to review the offered total before acceptance.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
| Vehicle class | Per hour | 3 hours |
|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $360 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $144 | $432 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $165 | $495 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $200 | $600 |
- 3-hour minimum for hourly service. Driving and planned waiting use the booked window; normal local stops are included in an approved local itinerary. Optional gratuity is separate.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
Airports
Dallas airport car service for the airport on your itinerary
DFW and Love Field are different airports with different pickup arrangements. Private flights need the FBO name and passenger entrance, rather than a terminal assumption.

Services
Choose the service for your Dallas itinerary
The schedule determines the arrangement. A single airport transfer, a full meeting day and several group departures need different plans.

Hourly Car Service Dallas
Retain a chauffeur and vehicle through agreed meetings, dining and local stops.

Corporate Transportation Dallas
Arrange executive arrivals, client visits and recurring company travel.

DFW Conventions & Events
Connect delegate arrivals, venue entrances and the return meeting point.

Wedding Transportation Dallas
Plan the couple, wedding party and guests around the full wedding timeline.

Sprinter Van Rental Dallas
Executive, Jet, Limo and Mercedes passenger-van configurations, arranged with a chauffeur.
Destinations
Dallas, Fort Worth and the complete destination
Book the actual hotel, office, home or venue entrance. Include every planned passenger drop-off and any later return in your request.
Plan the route
Start with the address, finish with the entrance
Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Las Colinas and Fort Worth are separate destinations. Enter the complete address, building or hotel name and the entrance where the full party can meet the vehicle. For a venue, add the event organizer's loading instructions; a main street address may not identify the permitted passenger entrance.
Include travel to Plano, Frisco, Arlington or another Metroplex address at the beginning of the request. If passengers have separate drop-offs, luggage needs to go to a hotel first or a return is required after the event, list those movements before accepting the offered itinerary. Traffic, airport readiness and venue restrictions make an exact travel-time promise unsuitable for a general page.
Transfer or hourly
A direct ride or a chauffeur between appointments
Point to point suits one accepted pickup and destination, with any agreed stops listed. Hourly service suits a local itinerary where the chauffeur and vehicle should remain available between appointments. Enter the first pickup, ordered stops, reserved duration and final drop-off.
A transfer ends at the agreed destination. It does not reserve the car through a meeting or create a later return. For colleagues arriving on separate flights, enter each arrival and traveler group separately; a shared company name does not make the flights one movement.
Direct transfer
Full pickup and destination addresses, local time, people, bags and any accepted stops.
Hourly itinerary
A reserved chauffeur and vehicle through the agreed local schedule; waiting during appointments uses those hours.
Group program
Each movement and the actual cabin reviewed in a written offer before acceptance.
Airport planning
The airport code is only the start of the pickup plan
Planning sources: DFW Airport: ground transportation and limousine providers · Dallas Love Field: limousine, sedan and black-car transportation · Addison Airport: fixed-base operator directory
For a commercial arrival, provide the airline, flight number and local arrival date, plus a reachable passenger contact. At DFW, confirm the terminal, passenger readiness and exact meeting instructions for your prearranged vehicle. Do not follow taxi or rideshare directions simply because they are the first ground-transportation signs you see.
Love Field publishes a separate limousine and private-car pickup arrangement at Garage C Level One. For a private flight, provide the operating airport, FBO name and its passenger entrance, with a flight-team contact and tail reference when available. Addison and Fort Worth facilities are not interchangeable with a DFW commercial terminal.
Vehicle fit
Choose for every traveler and everything they bring
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle and luggage capacities · Artisan Limo: child-seat requests
Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags. Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Count children, checked luggage, carry-ons, strollers and sports equipment; the size and shape of the items still affect the actual vehicle fit.
Executive, Jet and Limo Sprinters and Mercedes passenger vans have different cabins. Jet Sprinters seat 8–10 and Limo Sprinters 8–17 depending on configuration, but both have room for only four to six bags at most. An Executive Sprinter seats about 13, and a regular Mercedes passenger van up to 13, with luggage confirmed for the offered vehicle. Mini Coach and Motorcoach requests use the same booking form.
Request Artisan-provided child seats in an SUV in advance, subject to availability. Give each child's age, weight, height and required seat type. Explain mobility equipment and boarding needs before accepting the offer so the actual vehicle can be checked; a premium class alone does not establish accessible equipment.
Price and confirmation
Review the journey and fare before the reservation is confirmed
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: accepted journey and payment terms · Artisan Limo: cancellation and change windows
Dallas uses Artisan's approved national sedan and SUV rate card. Starting fares are vehicle-class minimums, not fixed prices from every airport to every hotel. Enter the complete itinerary for the offered total. Required normal trip fees are included; gratuity is optional. Added stops, excess waiting and accepted changes can affect the total.
An eligible sedan or SUV request saves your card without an immediate charge. Artisan reviews the exact request; the ride is confirmed after approval and successful payment of the accepted total. A changed trip or price requires a revised offer for your acceptance. Sprinters, vans and coaches receive a written offer through the main booking form, with vehicle, timing and payment terms stated before acceptance.
Before confirmation there is no cancellation fee. Standard confirmed bookings have a full-refund window of at least 48 hours before pickup. Weddings, group programs and other large or event bookings require seven days before the first pickup unless different terms were disclosed and accepted in writing before payment. Inside the applicable window, any refund is discretionary.
Booking for others
Give the traveler a plan they can use on arrival
When arranging a ride for someone else, include the passenger's reachable phone alongside your booking contact. Forward the confirmed meeting instructions and vehicle details. If a phone may not work on arrival, agree an alternative communication plan before travel instead of leaving the chauffeur and passenger to find each other without contact.
For company travel, name the person authorized to approve itinerary changes and provide the full schedule for each traveler. Corporate account requests are handled separately from individual reservations. Send booking changes and confirmations through bookings@artisanlimo.com; account and general inquiries use info@artisanlimo.com.

Dallas car service questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeHow do I book a car service in Dallas?
Enter the full pickup and destination addresses, local date and time, people and bags. Choose point to point for a transfer or hourly for retained time. Add the flight or named FBO for airport travel. Review the offered vehicle, fare and terms; submitting a request alone does not confirm a ride.
Is Dallas Love Field the same airport as DFW?
No. Dallas Love Field (DAL) and Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) are different airports. Use the airport on your flight itinerary and enter the airline, flight number and local arrival date. Their passenger meeting arrangements also differ.
Planning sources: DFW Airport: ground transportation and limousine providers · Dallas Love Field: limousine, sedan and black-car transportation
Can I reserve a chauffeur for several Dallas meetings?
Choose hourly when you want the vehicle retained through an agreed local itinerary. Include the first pickup, ordered appointments, reserved hours and final drop-off. Waiting during appointments uses the booked time. Extensions and changed routes need approval and depend on availability.
Are the starting fares fixed DFW-to-Dallas airport prices?
No. They are vehicle-class starting fares. The booking form prices the complete itinerary and selected options. Required normal trip fees are included in the accepted total, gratuity is optional, and excess waiting or approved changes can affect it.
Can you arrange a car from DFW to Fort Worth?
Enter DFW and the full Fort Worth destination, including the hotel, office or venue entrance. The Fort Worth guide covers airport connections and local itinerary planning. If you need a later return or several passenger stops, include them before accepting the offered journey.
Are your Dallas Sprinters available without a driver?
Artisan arranges chauffeured Sprinter service rather than self-drive rentals. Request Executive, Jet, Limo or Mercedes passenger-van configurations through the main booking form. The written offer confirms the actual cabin, people, luggage, schedule and payment terms.
What if I cannot find the vehicle or my phone does not work?
Contact the chauffeur or concierge using the details in your confirmation and state your actual terminal, door or FBO entrance. If phone access is uncertain, arrange an alternative contact plan before travel. Identify the confirmed vehicle and plate before boarding.
Who provides the vehicle and when is the ride confirmed?
Artisan Limo coordinates the reservation with an independent, licensed local operator who provides the vehicle and chauffeur. An eligible saved-card reservation becomes confirmed after approval and successful payment of the accepted total. Group offers follow their disclosed written terms.
