Roadshow vehicle and reserved-time pricing
These four- and six-hour sedan and SUV examples help budget one approved local itinerary. Include a multi-vehicle program, group vehicle, non-local schedule or additional dispatch requirements for Artisan to review.
| Vehicle class | Per hour | 4 hours | 6 hours | Approved 30-minute extension |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $480 | $720 | $60 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $144 | $576 | $864 | $72 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $165 | $660 | $990 | $82.50 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $200 | $800 | $1,200 | $100 |
- 3-hour minimum. The online form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Review the complete price and itinerary before accepting.
- For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the chauffeur, vehicle, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved window, together with required trip costs. Gratuity is optional.
- Extra time requires dispatch and customer approval and is billed at the same class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before it is accepted. Group vehicles have their own written quote and terms.
Meeting plan
Roadshow meeting times, stops and travelers
Work back from the appointments that cannot move. A 10:00 meeting needs an earlier curb arrival to allow for entering the building; distinguish fixed appointments from provisional stops.
| Part of the day | Details to include |
|---|---|
| First pickup | Local date and time, full address, lead traveler and luggage. |
| Each meeting | Entrance, required arrival, expected finish and passengers joining or leaving. |
| Final stop or flight | Drop-off address or departure terminal and any fixed arrival deadline. |
| Changes | Reachable traveler or assistant and the person authorized to approve a revised schedule. |
Service choice
Hourly roadshow service or separate transfers?
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: current preview wait-time policy
Choose hourly service when the vehicle is needed between meetings. Waiting counts within the booked hourly window. Separate transfers can suit a long gap when you do not need the car to remain available.
Normal local stops within the approved itinerary and reserved window are included. For a meeting overrun or materially changed service area, contact the concierge with the next appointment and revised finish. Approved sedan or SUV extensions require dispatch and customer approval and use the same class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. Group-vehicle extensions follow their accepted quote.
Program plan
Keep one approved meeting itinerary for each day
A roadshow can connect investor, board or client meetings across Midtown, Lower Manhattan and an office outside the city. List full addresses and entrances instead of district names alone. Separate the required building arrival from the appointment start, and include time for access checks or walking to the meeting.
For a multi-day program, date each day's first pickup, final stop, traveling party and luggage. Mark the itinerary version and who can authorize changes. A confirmed day does not automatically retain the same vehicle overnight or reserve another day's service.
Fixed versus flexible
Mark appointments that cannot move and stops that can be reordered.
Joining and leaving
Record the passenger count after each stop, with any airport arrivals joining later.
Travel-team handoff
Share the accepted version with both the traveling contact and arranging assistant.
Final flight
Include the airport or named FBO and the airline or flight team's required arrival.
Changes and release
Handle an overrun without losing the next appointment

When a meeting runs late, contact the concierge with the booking reference, revised release time, next fixed appointment and decision contact. Explain whether a stop should move, be dropped or require extra hours. A requested change is not approved until the revised arrangement is confirmed.
If a roadshow begins at short notice, send the full dated itinerary rather than only a pickup address. Vehicle and operator availability, program scope and payment terms need review; immediate dispatch, dedicated staffing and a consolidated invoice are not automatic benefits of the request.
Booking and confirmation
Roadshow booking and trip confirmation

Use the booking form for a point-to-point ride or hourly service. Add the meeting addresses, appointment times and approving contact in the notes. For a program spanning several days or vehicles, contact the concierge with the full schedule so timing, vehicle arrangements and service terms can be reviewed together.
The concierge responds with the proposed arrangement; submitting an itinerary does not reserve a vehicle. Confirmation follows the accepted offer and its payment terms. Keep the confirmed stop order with both the traveler and assistant, and name the person authorized to approve changes.

Roadshow planning questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeHow is a roadshow different from an hourly booking?
Hourly is a reservation format. A roadshow is a timed sequence of business appointments, with contacts and a plan for changes. Its full schedule needs review even when hourly service is proposed.
What details are needed to book a roadshow?
Send the date, meeting addresses and times, first pickup, final destination, passenger and luggage counts, and the contact approving changes. Include any flight connection.
Can the route change during the day?
Contact the concierge as soon as the schedule changes, with your booking reference and new stop or finish time. A change depends on availability; any revised price is reconfirmed in writing. Hourly waiting uses the reserved window, so a longer day may need additional time.
What cancellation notice applies to a multi-day roadshow?
Multi-day roadshows require at least seven days’ cancellation notice before the first pickup for a full refund. Inside seven days, a refund may be partial or zero. Different terms apply only when disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment; the full cancellation policy also covers other booking types.
Does this include a dedicated dispatcher or consolidated billing?
No. Booking a car or hourly service does not automatically include a dedicated dispatcher or corporate billing. Those arrangements need separate confirmation in the accepted service or account terms.
What if I have not received a confirmation or change response?
Contact the concierge with your existing request reference, the dated program and itinerary version, and reachable contact. A submitted request or unanswered change is not a confirmed arrangement. Use the accepted, confirmed itinerary; do not treat silence as approval or assume an earlier pickup has been replaced.

Can family members join part of a roadshow?
Request up to two seats in an Executive or Luxury SUV in advance, with each child's age, weight, height and preferred restraint type. Availability must be confirmed. Include every child in the passenger count and strollers in the luggage requirements. The guardian remains responsible for checking final fit and securement; do not assume the same installation option is available in a group vehicle.
