Hourly Chauffeur Service & Car Hire

Hourly service reserves a chauffeur and vehicle for an agreed window rather than pricing every local movement as an unrelated trip. It can suit a meeting day, shopping, appointments, a dinner followed by another stop or a series of property visits.

Choose a transfer if you need only one pickup and destination. A round trip books a separately scheduled return, which can be more appropriate when you have a long gap and do not need a vehicle throughout it. The right format depends on when you actually need the car available.

Request 3–12 whole hours online for a sedan or SUV. Give the first pickup address and time, the expected local service area, known stop order, final destination, traveler count and bags. Identify the appointments or departures that cannot move.

An hourly booking is not unlimited travel. A non-local route, substantially changed itinerary, several vehicles or a multi-day program needs review before acceptance. Contact Artisan for longer service or details the online form cannot capture; do not assume additional cities or days are included in a local reservation.

For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the vehicle, chauffeur, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved period, together with required trip costs. Time spent in a meeting, shopping or waiting at an appointment remains part of the hours reserved.

Describe a pickup or stop that needs special staging or access in advance. A vehicle cannot wait in a prohibited loading zone simply because the reservation is hourly. The meeting point and any required return-to-vehicle communication must suit the actual venue.

If the itinerary runs beyond the reserved period, contact Artisan before assuming the vehicle can remain. Extra service requires the approved arrangement and your agreement. For nationally priced sedans and SUVs, approved extensions are billed at the same vehicle-class rate in 30-minute blocks.

An extension and a materially changed itinerary are different decisions. A longer local meeting may need extra time; a new distant destination may require a revised service arrangement. The concierge confirms the additional price or calculation method and approval before the extra service is provided.

A vehicle that fits the first leg must also fit everyone and everything joining later. Include children, child-seat requests, strollers, purchases, equipment and luggage for any airport connection. Essential cabin amenities and exact models need confirmation rather than an assumption based on the class name.

Sprinters, passenger vans and coaches have separate accepted quotes and terms. Use an available group class in the same booking form, or contact Artisan about a configuration the form does not list. Jet and Limo Sprinter luggage space is only four to six bags at most depending on layout and bag size; a roomier passenger cabin does not mean unlimited storage.
