Cruise-terminal transfer pricing by vehicle class

Manhattan, Brooklyn and Cape Liberty are different destinations, not interchangeable cruise pickup points. Use the terminal and full onward address to get your trip price. Starting fares do not establish a fixed port fare, terminal waiting allowance or a guaranteed connection.

Point-to-point starting fares
Vehicle classStarting from
Executive Sedan$135
Executive SUV — Suburban$155
Luxury SUV — Escalade$185
Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series$235
  • Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
  • Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.

Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.

Check the cruise line’s current travel documents before choosing the destination. Add the ship, sailing date and assigned pier when provided; a cruise line or ship name alone does not identify the correct terminal.

The linked official location and vehicle-entrance pages were checked September 30, 2026, in New York time. Follow current cruise-line instructions, terminal signs and staff directions for your sailing; a published entrance is not a promised chauffeur meeting point or permission for a particular operator to enter.

Pickup timing

Plan embarkation and disembarkation separately

Give the concierge the cruise line, ship, terminal, travel date, reachable passenger number and full pickup or destination address for each leg. Add the cruise line’s arrival appointment or latest boarding time when traveling to the port.

For the return, ask the cruise line for your disembarkation process and likely passenger-release window. The ship's docking time is not when every traveler and bag can meet the car. Include any cruise-line arrival appointment or assistance arrangement rather than inventing a fixed dock-to-car interval.

Port pickups use scheduled-pickup terms, with the exact allowance confirmed in writing. An airport waiting window measured from wheels-down does not automatically apply to the ship. Contact the concierge if release is delayed, then follow the revised confirmed meeting instructions.

  1. Traveling to the ship

Choose the pickup around your assigned terminal arrival window, road travel and terminal processing. Keep the sailing’s boarding deadline with the itinerary; an early arrival does not guarantee the terminal will admit passengers or luggage.

  2. Leaving the ship

Use your expected passenger-ready time when arranging the car. Disembarkation groups, baggage collection and border processing can continue after docking. Agree on the meeting instructions and applicable waiting terms, and contact the concierge if your release time changes.

  3. Booking a return

Add the return date, pickup terminal and final address. The online round-trip form uses the same passenger and bag count for both legs; plan separate one-way trips if the party or luggage changes. Both journeys must appear in the confirmed arrangement.

Airport connections

Connect JFK, LaGuardia or Newark with your cruise

Enter the actual airport and cruise terminal, with the airline, flight number and local arrival date. Landing, baggage collection, immigration when applicable, road travel and cruise check-in are separate parts of the journey. Review a same-day flight-to-sailing plan against the cruise line’s boarding deadline; a drive-time estimate cannot establish that the connection will work.

After a cruise, include the departure airport, flight time and the airline’s check-in requirements. Allow for passenger release from the ship before road travel. If you have time at a hotel or another stop between the port and airport, include that address and all luggage in the request.

Vehicles and luggage

Choose a vehicle for the whole party and every bag

Count every traveler, including children, plus checked cases and carry-ons. Include strollers, garment bags and oversized items before choosing the vehicle. Mobility equipment needs a fit review; a seat count alone does not establish accessible boarding or luggage space.

Cruise party fit

Executive or Luxury SedanUp to 2 passengers and 3 bagsEnter your trip and load to review the available options.

Sprinter or several vehiclesConfiguration and luggage fit confirmed in the quoteChoose a Sprinter in the booking form and include the full party, bag count and pickup plan. Sprinters are quote-only.
  1. Child seats

Child seats require an SUV. Request up to two seats in advance with each child’s age, weight and height and the seat type needed; availability must be confirmed. Tell us if you are bringing your own restraint so installation time can be planned.

Return group brief

Give the return party a clear lead and meeting plan

After leaving the ship, assemble the group and bags at the agreed permitted meeting point before reporting that everyone is ready. Keep the lead traveler's mobile available; a boarding document or ship name alone is not a vehicle-pickup instruction.

Terminal wheelchair assistance is arranged through the cruise line, while vehicle boarding and equipment fit need a separate review. If you plan a hotel, storage stop or sightseeing before an airport departure, include that itinerary and all luggage. Manhattan and Brooklyn terminals do not store bags after a cruise, according to NYCEDC.

Booking and terms

Book one car or send the full cruise itinerary

For one car, enter the point-to-point journey, local pickup date and time, passengers and bags. Include terminal, ship and sailing details in your notes. A Sprinter is quoted within the booking form. For several cars or passengers arriving separately, plan each pickup and share the complete schedule with the concierge.

Review the accepted total for the exact route and arrangements. Required normal trip fees are included, gratuity is optional, and selected extras, changed stops or excess waiting follow the accepted terms. Send a changed ship, terminal, pickup time or flight connection with your reference; the new itinerary may need revised availability and price acceptance.

An eligible online request saves your card without a charge or hold and remains unconfirmed until approval and successful payment of the accepted total. Direct checkout, invoice or deposit offers follow their own accepted payment terms. Group programs and event bookings have the seven-day cancellation notice window before the first pickup; other standard confirmed transfers use 48 hours, with written accepted exceptions where applicable.

  1. Confirmation

An eligible online reservation request saves your card without a charge or hold. Artisan reviews the trip; a changed offer needs your acceptance before charging. Confirmation follows approval and successful payment. An accepted invoice or deposit offer follows its own payment terms.

  2. Cancellation

A standard confirmed ride has a full refund with at least 48 hours’ cancellation notice. Group programs and other large bookings require at least seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window, a refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different terms apply only when disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment.

Speak with the concierge
Is Cape Liberty the same as Manhattan Cruise Terminal?

No. Cape Liberty is in Bayonne, New Jersey; Manhattan Cruise Terminal is on 12th Avenue in Manhattan. Brooklyn Cruise Terminal is a third location, in Red Hook. Select the terminal in your current cruise documents and include the ship, date and assigned pier.

Can I reserve an airport transfer straight to my cruise?

Enter the airport-to-terminal journey with your flight and the cruise line’s arrival appointment and boarding deadline. Account for baggage, immigration when applicable, traffic and terminal processing as well as the drive. The ground reservation does not guarantee that a delayed flight will connect with a sailing.

Can the terminal keep my bags before a later flight?

NYCEDC says Manhattan and Brooklyn Cruise Terminals cannot store luggage after a cruise. Arrange storage separately if needed, verify its hours and bag limits, and include the storage stop in the car request. If you want to retain a chauffeur and vehicle between stops, request hourly service for the full itinerary.

How do I arrange wheelchair assistance at the cruise terminal?

For Manhattan or Brooklyn Cruise Terminal, NYCEDC directs passengers to their cruise-line agent for wheelchair assistance. Arrange that help with the cruise line. Separately describe the mobility device, transfer needs and luggage for the vehicle request so the ground arrangement can be reviewed.

What if my ship returns late or the terminal changes?

Contact the concierge as soon as you know, with the reservation reference, revised terminal, expected passenger-ready time and reachable mobile number. Changes depend on vehicle and operator availability and may affect the price. Wait for the revised pickup instructions rather than assuming the original meeting place or time still applies.

Does the airport waiting allowance cover a cruise return?

No. The airport baseline starts at a flight's actual wheels-down. A cruise return uses scheduled-pickup terms, with the exact allowance and excess waiting confirmed in writing. Report a delayed passenger release to the concierge rather than assuming the ship's docking time restarts a flight allowance.

What if I have not received a confirmation or change response?

Contact the concierge with your existing request reference, the sailing, terminal and requested leg, and reachable contact. A submitted request or unanswered change is not a confirmed arrangement. Use the accepted, confirmed itinerary; do not treat silence as approval or assume an earlier pickup has been replaced.

What cancellation notice applies to a cruise transfer?

For a standard confirmed booking, cancellation received at least 48 hours before pickup qualifies for a full refund. Weddings, multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings use seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Changes depend on availability and may need a revised accepted price. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.
