Group fit

Group travel with a clear seating plan

Choose an Executive Sprinter when the group has outgrown a single SUV but can still travel together in one van. A shared airport destination, team offsite or series of client appointments can suit this format. Describe how the group will use the cabin, including whether seating direction or more space per person matters.

Executive, Jet and Limo are configuration descriptions, not identical interiors with different names. Mercedes-Benz offers multiple passenger-van configurations and upfitting options. Artisan’s offered seating must be checked on the actual vehicle; a factory or competitor maximum does not establish your reserved capacity.

  1. A full airport group

Send checked bags, carry-ons and oversize items for every traveler. About 13 seats is not a promise of space for 13 large cases plus cabin luggage.

  2. Several meeting stops

Include the day’s addresses, timing and final drop-off. Identify when the vehicle must remain available and when the group separates.

Compare configurations

Executive, Jet, Limo or a regular Mercedes van?

Start with the group’s purpose and luggage, then choose the cabin. Request the preferred configuration in the booking form and have the seating and storage confirmed in the offer. This is chauffeured transportation, not a self-drive van rental.

Plan the stops

A group itinerary needs more than one address

For airport arrivals, list the flights and terminals and identify travelers arriving separately. Include time for baggage collection and reaching the confirmed pickup point. A large van does not make different arrival times or widely separated terminals interchangeable.

For a hotel or venue, ask for the designated van entrance, any height restriction and the loading procedure. Send the coordinator’s contact and each departure wave. If the group needs more seats or luggage space than the available van, compare a Mini Coach instead of filling the aisle with bags.

How to arrange it

From your group request to a confirmed vehicle

Begin with pickup and destination, date, local pickup time and total passengers in the booking form. Choose the requested group vehicle and provide the complete itinerary, including return travel, intermediate stops and any time the vehicle must remain with you. Artisan reviews the request and sends a written offer for the proposed arrangement.

Add flight and terminal or FBO details for an airport pickup. For a venue, provide the actual entrance and meeting point rather than only the building name. If the passenger and booking contact are different people, include the traveler’s reachable contact details.

Review the confirmed vehicle class, itinerary, price and cancellation terms together. Sending a request, selecting a vehicle or providing a card is not itself confirmation. Keep the approval and reservation details for the trip.

  1. Tell us what must fit

List every traveler, suitcase, carry-on, stroller, folding wheelchair or equipment case. Child-seat requests require an SUV. For a group vehicle, do not assume a child restraint or suitable installation position is included; discuss the children’s requirements with Artisan and confirm an appropriate arrangement before acceptance. Bag size matters alongside the count.

  2. Discuss access before booking

Describe boarding assistance and whether a traveler needs to remain in a wheelchair. An SUV, high-roof van or coach is not automatically wheelchair accessible. The actual vehicle and securement arrangement must be confirmed.

  3. Make changes before the journey

Send changes to the route, timing, group or vehicle as soon as possible. Ask Artisan to confirm any additional charge or calculation before the changed service. Waiting, no-show and cancellation terms remain part of the accepted arrangement.

Executive Sprinter questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
How many passengers fit in an Executive Sprinter?

Artisan plans the Executive Sprinter around 13 passengers. The actual available vehicle, approved seating and complete luggage load must be confirmed in the written offer.

Does every Sprinter have the same seats and luggage room?

No. Executive, Jet, Limo and regular passenger-van configurations use space differently. Jet and Limo Sprinters have only four to six bags at most, depending on configuration. Do not choose a full group-airport vehicle from its seat count alone.

Can I request a Limo Sprinter or Mercedes passenger van here?

Yes. Use the same main booking form and select the available group-vehicle preference. Include the requested cabin layout, party, bags and itinerary. The specific configuration is reviewed before an offer and confirmation.

Are Wi-Fi, a restroom or a particular screen included?

Do not assume those features from the Sprinter name. List any essential amenity and ask Artisan to confirm it for the offered vehicle before accepting.

Can the driver wait through our event?

Request the full service window, including planned waiting and return travel. A group quote must state the agreed time and itinerary; a one-way transfer does not keep the van for the evening.
