Sprinter Van NYC

Keep your New York group on one itinerary with a chauffeured Sprinter van. Choose an Executive, Jet or Limo Sprinter, or ask for a regular Mercedes passenger van. The right vehicle depends on its approved seating layout, your luggage and the trip—not its name alone. Request Executive, Jet or Limo Sprinter, or a Mercedes passenger van, by written quote in the same booking form.

Reserve your ride

Request an Executive, Jet or Limo Sprinter, Mercedes passenger van, Mini Coach or Motorcoach quote here. Include passengers, luggage and the full itinerary; a request does not reserve a vehicle. Contact Artisan for a coordinated multi-vehicle program.

Sprinter and Mercedes van pricing in NYC

Sprinters and passenger vans are priced by written quote. Your written quote identifies the actual vehicle, approved passenger capacity, luggage fit, agreed itinerary and complete required price before you accept.

A specific interior or passenger vanConfirmed vehicle proposalExecutive, Jet, Limo or regular Mercedes van preference; actual seats and luggage fit.
  • Request the available group class in the main booking form. Describe a Limo Sprinter, a regular Mercedes van or a specific cabin in the request, and contact Artisan if the selector does not offer the configuration you need.
  • Do not infer a Sprinter fare, hourly minimum or extension price from the sedan and SUV tables. Review the actual group-vehicle offer, required trip costs and cancellation terms before acceptance; gratuity is optional.
  • A request is not a reservation. The available vehicle, seating, luggage space and operational arrangement must be confirmed in the accepted offer.

Vehicle options

Choose the Sprinter layout your group actually needs

These are different interior and seating arrangements, not interchangeable names for the same van. Tell us whether you need maximum seats, more room per traveler or an event-style cabin. Your quote will identify the available vehicle and its approved passenger capacity; a class preference alone does not guarantee a model, amenity or seat count.

The ranges below are planning guidance from Artisan’s offered configurations. Luggage space changes with the seating layout. A 17-passenger request requires a specifically confirmed, appropriately configured vehicle and operator; it is not the capacity of every factory Mercedes passenger van.

Group seat planning
Requested configurationPlanning passenger rangeBest starting point
Executive SprinterAbout 13; confirm actual seatsA larger group traveling together for airport, business or event service.
Jet SprinterAbout 8–10A smaller group prioritizing a roomier cabin; approximately 4–6 bags maximum, depending on configuration.
Limo SprinterAbout 8–17, depending on the specific vehicleAn event-oriented interior; layout and approved capacity vary.
Mercedes passenger vanUp to about 13, depending on the vehicleGroup transportation when a specialty interior is unnecessary.
  1. Seats and luggage must fit together

Count travelers, checked bags, carry-ons, strollers and equipment together. A full passenger load can reduce usable luggage room; do not choose a van by its maximum seat number alone.

  2. Ask for the actual cabin

If a particular seating direction, luggage area, step height, Wi-Fi or other feature matters, put it in the request. Only features explicitly confirmed in the accepted offer are part of the arrangement.

  3. When one van is not the right fit

If one vehicle cannot fit the passengers or luggage, request a Mini Coach or Motorcoach quote in the booking form, or contact Artisan to discuss multiple vehicles. Different pickup times or destinations may also suit separate vehicles. Availability and the proposed arrangement need confirmation.

Airport groups

Sprinter airport transfers across New York

A group airport transfer starts with the actual flight and final address. Send every flight number if travelers arrive separately, plus the number of people and bags on each arrival. One large vehicle does not automatically solve different terminals, delayed flights or departures hours apart.

For JFK, LaGuardia and Newark, pickup locations and terminal instructions can change. Follow the airport-specific guidance and your confirmed reservation. For Teterboro or Westchester private-flight service, supply the FBO and tail or flight details when available; an FBO meeting point is separate from a commercial-terminal pickup.

  1. Arrival to hotel or meeting

Include the hotel or venue’s full address, preferred entrance, traveler contact and required arrival time. A neighborhood name is not enough to coordinate a group drop-off.

  2. Departure or airport connection

Give the departure airline, terminal and check-in deadline. If connecting between airports, include both flights, baggage needs and time for the road transfer; no ground vehicle can guarantee a flight connection.

Ways to travel

One transfer, reserved hours or a coordinated group program

Choose the service that matches what happens between pickups. A transfer covers the agreed trip between locations. Hourly service reserves a chauffeur and vehicle for an agreed time window and local itinerary. A wedding, roadshow, cruise departure or event with multiple groups needs a coordinated program, possibly with several vehicles.

  1. JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airport transfers

Include the flight number, arrival or departure, destination, passenger count and every bag. Airport pickup instructions depend on the terminal and booking; use the linked airport guides for current details.

  2. Hourly Sprinter service in NYC

For successive meetings or several stops, send the first pickup, expected service area, stop order and planned finish. The quote confirms the reserved hours and terms for additional time. A return transfer alone does not keep the van available in between.

  3. Hotel, venue and event trips

For one group moving together, specify the hotel or venue entrance and required arrival time. For several guest groups, departure waves or a wider event schedule, use the event transportation page to plan the full program.

Plan the group

Build the group itinerary before choosing the vehicle

Send the entire itinerary in one request. Count the people and luggage on each leg, including any different return group. Tell us who is traveling together and who can approve a change on the day. This gives the concierge a real basis to source a suitable vehicle and explain its terms.

Cabin fit

Confirm the actual cabin and bags before choosing by name

An Executive, Jet or Limo label describes a requested configuration, not a guaranteed interior specification. Compare the actual seat layout and bag space together. A roomier cabin can carry fewer travelers, and a maximum seating arrangement may leave less space for large cases.

Tell the concierge which features are essential: seating orientation, luggage area, step or entry needs, charging, connectivity or a particular presentation. These are requests to verify, not included amenities. Rely on the configuration and features expressly listed in the accepted offer.

Quote and terms

What happens after your Sprinter quote request

Sprinters and passenger vans are quoted for the actual vehicle, operator and itinerary. The concierge checks availability, approved seating and luggage fit, then sends the vehicle arrangement, required transportation total and applicable waiting or change terms. Optional gratuity stays separate.

A submitted request is not a reservation. Confirmation follows an accepted offer and its payment terms. Before accepting, check the vehicle configuration, passenger and luggage fit, pickup instructions, reserved hours or transfer legs, and requested equipment.

Executive, Jet and Limo Sprinters, Mercedes passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches can be requested in the main booking form. Use the accepted itinerary and payment terms before treating any vehicle as reserved.

If a confirmation or requested change response is missing, contact the concierge with the existing reference and group lead. An unanswered request does not confirm an extra stop, later return, new cabin or additional vehicle. Group-program cancellation uses the seven-day notice window before the first pickup unless a different written term was accepted before payment.

  1. Changes after confirmation

Contact the concierge with the booking reference and revised schedule or group size. Changes depend on availability, may alter the price and are reconfirmed in writing. Extra stops or waiting do not automatically extend an hourly reservation.

  2. Cancellation terms depend on the booking

Standard confirmed bookings allow a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice. Group programs, weddings, multi-day roadshows and other large or event bookings require at least seven days before the first pickup. Inside those windows a refund may be partial or zero. Different terms apply only if disclosed in writing and accepted before payment; no cancellation fee applies before confirmation.

Sprinter booking questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
How much luggage can a Jet or Limo Sprinter carry?

Jet and Limo Sprinters carry approximately 4–6 bags maximum, depending on the actual cabin. Give suitcase sizes, carry-ons and other equipment with your request. Six bags is a planning ceiling, not a guarantee of fit; the written offer confirms the available storage.

Is Sprinter Van NYC a self-drive rental?

No. This page is for a vehicle with a chauffeur. Executive, Jet and Limo Sprinters and regular Mercedes passenger vans are arranged by quote for the agreed trip.

How many passengers fit in a Sprinter van?

It depends on the specific approved seating layout. Artisan plans around about 13 for an Executive Sprinter, 8–10 for a Jet Sprinter, 8–17 for a Limo Sprinter by confirmed vehicle, and up to about 13 for a regular Mercedes passenger van. The concierge must confirm the actual vehicle, legal capacity and luggage fit before you book; 17 seats are not a standard promise for every Sprinter.

What is the difference between Jet, Limo and Executive Sprinters?

Executive is the starting point for a larger group, Jet for a smaller group seeking a roomier layout, and Limo for an event-oriented cabin. Interiors and amenities vary by vehicle. State the layout you need so the actual proposal can be checked.

Can our group and all its airport bags travel in one van?

Maybe. Send the passenger count and bag sizes together, including carry-ons, strollers and equipment. A maximum passenger figure alone does not establish luggage capacity. If the load does not fit, we can quote another configuration or multiple vehicles.

Can one Sprinter pick up people from different flights?

Send every flight number, terminal, traveler count and arrival time. The concierge will check whether a single pickup and waiting arrangement works or whether separate vehicles or times are needed. Follow the confirmed meeting instructions for each group.

Does a transfer keep the Sprinter available for later stops?

No. A transfer covers the agreed leg or legs. If you need the vehicle to wait through meetings, meals or several stops, request hourly service with a defined reservation window and local itinerary.

What is the difference between a Sprinter and an SUV for a smaller group?

Artisan’s Executive and Luxury SUVs list up to six passengers and six bags. A Sprinter offers a different passenger configuration and is arranged by quote. Compare the actual party, luggage and preferred layout rather than choosing by vehicle name alone; the proposed vehicle must fit everyone and their belongings.

Can I request a particular interior or amenity?

Include the requirement in your quote notes so the concierge can check the proposed vehicle. An Executive, Jet or Limo label does not guarantee a particular seat layout, model year, refreshments, Wi-Fi or other amenity. Rely on what is explicitly confirmed for your booking.

What if our group needs child seats or accessible entry?

Tell the concierge before accepting a quote. Artisan’s current child-seat installation option is limited to Executive and Luxury SUVs, so do not assume it is available in a Sprinter. Describe mobility equipment, whether it folds and the entry assistance needed; vehicle suitability and any alternative arrangement require review and confirmation.

Can I request a Sprinter for a short-notice group journey?

Contact the concierge with the date, addresses, party and bag sizes, required arrival and preferred configuration. Availability and actual seating/luggage fit need review; an online quote request does not guarantee immediate dispatch. Keep a reachable group lead and rely on the accepted confirmation.

What if our return group is different from the outward group?

List the people and bags for each leg. The standard round-trip form shares one party and bag count across both legs; use separate one-way requests when those counts differ and tell the concierge they belong to the same program. Each vehicle, leg and return time must be confirmed.
