Sedans and SUVs

A private car for your journey

Two sedan classes for up to two passengers, and two SUV classes for up to six. Child-seat requests require an SUV. Vehicle class, bag dimensions and any restraints all matter to the final fit.

Cabin photographs

Three Sprinter configurations, three different cabins

Compare the Executive, Jet and Limo cabin layouts. Your written offer confirms the actual vehicle, seats, luggage space and any essential features for your trip.

Compare the fit

Start with passengers, then luggage and the day

Count children as passengers and include child seats, strollers, mobility equipment, checked luggage and cabin bags. Child-seat requests require an SUV; a group-vehicle request does not automatically include a restraint or suitable installation. Discuss any group-travel child-seat requirement with Artisan before accepting an arrangement. A vehicle with enough seats may still be wrong for the load. Give dimensions for unusually large items and ask for the actual seating and storage arrangement when the party approaches a class limit.

Use a direct transfer when everyone travels from one pickup to one destination. Reserve hourly service when the chauffeur and vehicle need to remain available through a local itinerary. For several vehicles, departure waves or days, provide the full program for review.

Limo Sprinter

Limo Sprinter for an event-oriented cabin

Artisan offers Limo Sprinter configurations for about eight to seventeen passengers, depending on the specific vehicle and approved seating layout. This is a separate request from an Executive or Jet Sprinter. Describe the event and the seating arrangement you want; the largest possible passenger count does not apply to every van.

Limo Sprinters have limited cargo room: plan only four to six bags at most, depending on configuration and sizes. A full wedding party with overnight suitcases may need a different vehicle or a separately confirmed luggage arrangement. Screens, lighting, a refreshment area and any other feature must be expressly confirmed rather than assumed.

Select Limo Sprinter in the main booking form and include pickup, stops, waiting and return travel. Review the proposed vehicle and complete quote before acceptance.

Mercedes passenger van

Mercedes passenger van for straightforward group travel

A regular Mercedes passenger van is an option when the group needs conventional passenger seating rather than a specialty Jet or Limo interior. Artisan’s offered vehicles can accommodate up to about thirteen passengers, depending on the actual configuration. Your quote must confirm the available seating and luggage fit.

Factory configurations, model years and conversions differ. Do not infer the offered vehicle’s seats from a manufacturer’s maximum or a photo. Provide the final party size, each luggage item and any boarding requirements, then select Mercedes Passenger Van in the main booking form to request the arrangement.

If you need a specific seating direction, step height or wheelchair access, describe it before acceptance. Artisan’s current child-seat option requires an SUV; do not assume it is included in a passenger van. Discuss any required restraint and installation with Artisan before accepting a group-vehicle arrangement. A high roof does not itself establish accessible boarding or a secured wheelchair position.

Before confirmation

Confirm the features that make a difference

Vehicle photographs illustrate the category. Specific models, years, trims and amenities vary with the offered arrangement. If a feature matters to your trip, ask Artisan to confirm it before you accept the reservation.

Artisan coordinates transportation with independent operators. A vehicle request is reviewed for the date, route, party and requirements; selecting a class does not by itself reserve a particular vehicle or establish availability in every market.

  1. Cabin and storage

Confirm essential seating orientation, luggage dimensions and equipment storage. Do not assume a restroom, Wi-Fi, a partition or entertainment system from a category name.

  2. Accessible arrangements

Describe boarding assistance and whether a traveler stays in a wheelchair. An accessible vehicle and securement arrangement need confirmation, including the remaining seats.

  3. The complete offer

Review the vehicle, itinerary, required trip price, selected options, waiting and cancellation terms together. Changes to the group or luggage can change the arrangement.

What is the difference between Executive SUV and Luxury SUV?

Artisan’s Executive SUV is the Chevrolet Suburban category and Luxury SUV is the Cadillac Escalade category. Both use a six-passenger booking ceiling and up to six standard bags as planning capacity. They have separate rates.

How many passengers fit in Artisan’s sedans?

Executive Sedan and Luxury Sedan each accept up to two passengers, with up to three standard bags as planning capacity. Manufacturer seat counts do not change Artisan’s booking limit.

Are all Sprinters the same?

No. Executive Sprinters are planned around thirteen passengers, Jet configurations around eight to ten, and Limo configurations around eight to seventeen depending on the actual vehicle. Jet and Limo Sprinters have only four to six bags at most. Confirm the actual seats and storage in the written offer.

Which vehicles receive a written quote?

All non-sedan and non-SUV vehicles receive a written quote through the main booking form: Executive Sprinter, Jet Sprinter, Limo Sprinter, Mercedes Passenger Van, Mini Coach and Motorcoach. There is no separate quote page.

Can I guarantee the vehicle shown in a photo?

A photo illustrates a category. Ask for a particular model or essential feature before acceptance and rely on the vehicle arrangement expressly confirmed for your reservation.

Where should I start if I am unsure which vehicle fits?

Count the complete party and all luggage, including oversized items, strollers and mobility equipment. Compare the class guidance, then contact Artisan before accepting if the load or access requirements need an individual fit check.
