One national rate card
Corporate transfer and hourly rates
Business trips use the same approved national sedan and SUV rates. Account status does not automatically create a discount, credit facility, different cancellation window or a special city multiplier.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
- Starting fares are vehicle-class minimums, not fixed airport, port or destination fares. Review the complete price for your exact itinerary in the booking form.
| Vehicle class | Per hour | 3 hours |
|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $360 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $144 | $432 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $165 | $495 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $200 | $600 |
- 3-hour minimum for nationally priced hourly sedans and SUVs. The form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Approved extra hours use the same class rate in 30-minute blocks.
- The accepted trip price includes required trip costs. Gratuity is optional; requested extras are shown separately. Approved itinerary changes and excess waiting may add to the total.
- Sprinters, Mercedes passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches use an accepted written offer. Available online group classes request that offer through the same booking form; contact Artisan for a configuration or multi-vehicle arrangement that the form does not list.
Corporate car service in your market
Match the business trip to its schedule
A direct transfer suits an airport arrival, an office-to-hotel trip or a client dinner with a known destination. Hourly service can suit several local appointments when the traveler needs the car between them. A return booking schedules another leg; it does not retain the vehicle throughout the gap.
A roadshow has meeting deadlines, changes and an airport departure to protect. An event may have different attendee groups and several vehicles. Share the complete program when those connections matter, rather than expecting independent car requests to create a coordinated transport plan automatically.
Executive and client arrivals
Flight, reachable traveler, baggage and the real office or hotel entrance.
A local meeting day
Pickup, stop order, fixed appointment times and planned finish for reserved-hour review.
Several travelers
Passenger lists by movement, vehicles required and a single approving arranger.
Give the arranger and the traveler the same trip
An executive assistant or travel manager can arrange a journey for someone else. Include the passenger's name and reachable phone, the arranger's contact, date and local pickup time, full addresses and the required arrival. Make clear who can approve a change or additional service.
Share the confirmation, meeting instructions and booking reference with the traveler. If several people arrive separately, list their flights and destinations separately; one company account does not mean everyone can meet the same vehicle at the same time.
Discuss account requirements before relying on them
Planning sources: Artisan Limo booking and service terms
Use the corporate-account request to describe your company, markets, expected trip patterns, billing contact and intended workflow. Submitting that form is an application; it does not create an account, confirm a car or approve payment on credit.
Ask about the features your team actually needs: consolidated invoicing, payment timing, purchase-order references, expense allocation, integration requirements or authorized bookers. Only separately approved account terms apply. A corporate trip can still be requested through the booking form while an account application is being reviewed.
Choose the vehicle around travelers, bags and the presentation needed for the journey. Ask in advance if a model, cabin amenity, confidentiality agreement, accessibility feature or special pickup procedure is essential. Those requirements need confirmation for the assigned operator and itinerary.
Artisan arranges transportation through independent local operators. You can request trip-specific operator or insurance information before acceptance. Avoid treating a photograph, a vehicle class or a corporate-account request as proof of a particular vehicle, insurance limit or dedicated staffing arrangement.
Keep changes connected to the reservation
Planning sources: Artisan Limo booking and service terms · Cancellation and change policy · Included waiting and extra time
Send the booking reference, changed pickup or destination, revised timing and the person authorizing the change. Added stops, vehicle upgrades or extra hours may alter the price and depend on availability; a request for them is not the same as approval.
For an eligible reservation request, card details are saved without charging at submission. The exact approved booking is confirmed after successful payment. Revised offers, direct checkouts and invoice or deposit arrangements follow their accepted written terms. The cancellation rules remain part of the booking, including the different window for a large or multi-day program.

Corporate transportation questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeWhat is corporate transportation?
It is ground transportation arranged for business travelers, colleagues, executives or clients. It may be one airport transfer, a local hourly day or a larger coordinated program. The service format should match the actual schedule and travelers.
Do I need a corporate account to request a ride?
No. A business journey can be requested in the booking form. A corporate account is a separate application for an ongoing company arrangement, and any account or billing terms need approval.
Does a corporate account include monthly invoicing or credit?
Only if separately approved in the account terms. The request form lets you describe the billing and workflow your company needs; it does not automatically approve credit, invoicing, discounts or a payment integration.
Can an executive assistant book for several executives?
Yes. Name the travelers on each leg, their reachable contacts, luggage and arrival requirements, plus the arranger and change-approval contact. Several vehicles or conflicting schedules need review as a program.
Are corporate fares different from leisure fares?
The same approved national sedan and SUV rate card applies across markets. The complete fare depends on the actual itinerary, vehicle and selected extras; separately approved account terms are identified in the agreement.
Does a business booking guarantee Wi-Fi, an NDA or a particular model?
No. State an essential amenity, confidentiality requirement or model preference before acceptance. Only features and arrangements expressly confirmed for the trip are included.
