Corporate transfer and hourly pricing

Choose a direct transfer for one journey or reserved hours for a local meeting itinerary. Corporate-account approval does not create an undisclosed city multiplier, a different vehicle class or an automatic credit arrangement.

Point-to-point starting fares
Vehicle classStarting from
Executive Sedan$135
Executive SUV — Suburban$155
Luxury SUV — Escalade$185
Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series$235
  • Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
  • Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.

Luxury SUV — Escalade$165$495
Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series$200$600
  • 3-hour minimum for hourly travel. Submit the meeting addresses and final destination so the itinerary and complete price can be reviewed. Account billing terms require separate approval.

Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.

Airport arrivals

Airport transfers for business travelers

Go from the airport to a hotel, office or first appointment. Include the actual first destination, flight, passenger contact and any time-sensitive meeting.

For Midtown, Lower Manhattan and other business destinations, add the street address and entrance. Let us know when luggage needs to stay with the traveler between appointments.

Meetings and roadshows

Car service for meetings and roadshows

For a meeting across the Hudson or in Fairfield County, include the destination office and expected finish. Decide whether the traveler needs a separate transfer or the vehicle retained between appointments.

Choose around the traveler’s schedule. A single ride can be booked without a corporate account; separate arrivals and timed meeting days need the full itinerary.

Corporate accounts

Corporate accounts for recurring travel

For recurring company travel, provide your organization and primary contact, the markets you use, approximate monthly trip volume, and whether you prefer company invoicing or card payment per trip. Include your billing contact and cost-center format when relevant.

You can also describe recurring routes, travel-tool requirements and any chauffeur-continuity request. The concierge reviews eligibility and confirms the available account arrangements. An inquiry does not activate credit, an integration or future rides; each journey still needs its own confirmed booking.

Contacts and approval

Separate the arranger, traveler and change approver

An assistant can arrange the ride while the executive is in a meeting or on a flight. Enter the arranger as the booking contact and use Booking for someone else for the passenger. Give both the confirmed itinerary; an additional recipient written in notes is a request for review, not an automatic notification subscription.

Recurring travel

Build a recurring travel brief without assuming future rides

Describe common office or hotel routes, the markets used, expected volume and who books each traveler. If teams join from JFK, LaGuardia, Newark or a private FBO, keep each arriving party distinct before arranging the shared onward meeting day.

List essential reporting, billing or travel-tool requirements in the account inquiry. Their availability and terms need confirmation; a corporate inquiry does not reserve a chauffeur, establish a dedicated desk or guarantee the same vehicle for future journeys.

  1. Repeated routes

Named offices, traveler groups and usual pickup windows, with any cross-state appointments.

  2. Company requirements

Billing contact, preferred payment arrangement and internal reference format for review.

  3. Day-of responsibility

Traveler mobile and the person authorized to approve changes when the arranger is unavailable.

Booking for others

Booking for an executive or colleague

Enter the arranger’s contact details, then select Booking for someone else and add the traveler’s name and phone number. Confirmation stays with the booking contact; passenger details go to the concierge for day-of coordination. Put any additional update recipients and change-approval instructions in the notes.

When a meeting runs late or the itinerary changes, reply to the request email or contact the concierge with the reference and revised schedule. Hourly waiting uses the booked window. Extra time or route changes can affect the price and availability; a revised offer needs acceptance before charging. Gratuity is optional.

  1. When your trip is confirmed

An eligible online request saves your card without a charge or hold. Artisan reviews availability, the vehicle and extras; a changed offer needs your acceptance before charging. Confirmation follows approval and successful payment. Accepted invoice or deposit offers follow their own payment terms.

  2. Cancellation terms

For a standard confirmed ride, cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different terms apply only if disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment.

Corporate travel questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
Can an executive assistant arrange the trip?

Yes. Use the Booking for someone else option in the details step. Add the traveler’s name and phone number while keeping the arranger as the booking contact. Confirmation stays with the booking contact; list any extra recipients or approval instructions in the notes for review.

Do I need a corporate account for a one-time business trip?

You can begin a one-time journey through the booking form. Use the corporate-account inquiry when you need to discuss recurring travel or organization-specific requirements.

What should I prepare for a corporate-account inquiry?

Have your company contact, service markets, monthly trip volume and invoice-versus-card preference ready. Add billing contacts, cost-center requirements, recurring routes and any travel-tool needs. The team reviews eligibility and available arrangements before setup; listing a travel tool is a request, not an active integration.

Should I book hourly service or a roadshow?

Hourly service describes a vehicle and chauffeur for a time block. A roadshow request describes a sequence of meetings and the coordination around that schedule. Share the itinerary when timing, several travelers or changes need a closer review.

Can colleagues arriving separately travel together later?

List each arrival, the meeting point where the group should join and the next destination. Different flight times or passenger-ready times may require separate initial pickups. Request itinerary review rather than assuming one airport booking covers all parties.

What if I have not received a confirmation or change response?

Contact the concierge with your existing request reference, the traveler and intended itinerary, and reachable contact. A submitted request or unanswered change is not a confirmed arrangement. Use the accepted, confirmed itinerary; do not treat silence as approval or assume an earlier pickup has been replaced.

Can I change or cancel company travel?

For a standard confirmed booking, cancellation received at least 48 hours before pickup qualifies for a full refund. Weddings, multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings use seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Changes depend on availability and may need a revised accepted price. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.
