National rate card · By the hour
Event cars, reserved hours and group quotes
For a single sedan or SUV on an approved local schedule, compare the hourly rates below. Sprinters and coaches have a written quote; include all departure waves and vehicles for a coordinated program.
| Vehicle class | Per hour | 3 hours | 4 hours | Approved 30-minute extension |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $360 | $480 | $60 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $144 | $432 | $576 | $72 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $165 | $495 | $660 | $82.50 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $200 | $600 | $800 | $100 |
- 3-hour minimum. The online form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Review the complete price and itinerary before accepting.
- For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the chauffeur, vehicle, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved window, together with required trip costs. Gratuity is optional.
- Extra time requires dispatch and customer approval and is billed at the same class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before it is accepted. Group vehicles have their own written quote and terms.
Guest journeys
Event guest arrivals and departure groups
Count journeys as well as guests. Separate airport arrivals, hotel departures and rides home so each party has a clear route and contact.
| Arrangement | Best suited to | What to include |
|---|---|---|
| Individual car | A speaker, client or guest traveling to one entrance. | Pickup, venue entrance, arrival deadline and passenger/luggage count. |
| Several cars | Groups leaving at different times or for different destinations. | Each group’s route, lead contact and departure time. |
| Group vehicle request | A larger party traveling together. | Full passenger/luggage needs and the vehicle configuration for review. |
Venue access
Event entrances and departure meeting points
Planning sources: Javits Center: official getting-here information
Use the entrance and vehicle-access instructions supplied by the venue. For departures, give guests a meeting point and lead contact before the event ends.
If several groups leave the same building, agree how each group will identify its ride. Keep the event entrance and departure meeting point distinct when they differ.
For a Javits Center event, confirm the hall, attendee entrance and any vehicle instructions with the organizer. The campus visitor page is a starting reference; a taxi or rideshare direction does not establish the approved loading point for a prearranged car or group vehicle.
Group manifest
Create a separate movement plan for each guest group
A shared event name is not a shared pickup. Group guests by route, departure time and luggage, then name a reachable lead for each car or van. Keep a separate organizer contact for changes to the venue or event schedule.
| Movement | Record | Responsible contact |
|---|---|---|
| Airport or hotel arrival | Flight or full address, entrance and event arrival deadline | Traveler or group lead. |
| Venue departure | Released time, confirmed meeting point and final destination | Lead who can assemble the party. |
| Changed or late release | New timing, location and affected vehicle groups | Organizer plus price/change approver. |
Return release

The end of the program is not always when guests can leave: coats, exits, mobility needs and collecting the group can take additional time. Choose a pickup the party can reach, and tell guests the confirmed meeting instructions before the event ends.
If the release or loading point changes, contact the concierge with the reference, new time and group lead. Share the accepted revision with the guests; silence does not confirm it. Scheduled-pickup waiting and any retained hourly window follow their respective written terms, rather than an airport arrival allowance.
Vehicles and terms
Event cars, group vehicles and booking terms
Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs up to 6 and 6. Child seats require an SUV and advance confirmation. Include oversized luggage or mobility equipment when assessing fit.
Use the booking form for an Executive Sprinter, Jet Sprinter, Mini Coach or Motorcoach quote. If you need several cars, contact the concierge with the passenger groups, routes and dates. The accepted arrangement must identify the vehicle configuration and any agreed shuttle schedule, on-site coordinator or continuous standby.
When your trip is confirmed
Send the itinerary for concierge review. We respond by email or phone with the proposed arrangement. Submitting a request does not reserve a vehicle; confirmation follows the accepted offer and its payment terms.
Cancellation terms
Standard confirmed transfer bookings use the 48-hour full-refund notice window. Group programs and large or event bookings use seven days before the first pickup. The accepted arrangement identifies the applicable terms; inside the window a refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

Event transport questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeCan I book just one car for an event?
Use the form for one route, with passengers, luggage and the event’s arrival deadline. Add the entrance instructions supplied by the venue.
Does event transportation mean a bus or shuttle is included?
No. Use the booking form to request a written Mini Coach or Motorcoach quote, followed by vehicle review and trip confirmation. Multiple cars, a shuttle loop and on-site staff must be arranged separately; requesting a vehicle does not confirm those services.
How should I arrange rides home after an event?
Group guests by departure time and destination, with a lead contact for each ride. Standard point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes from the scheduled time; hourly waiting is within the booked window. Extra waiting and schedule changes follow the accepted terms.
What if the venue changes its pickup point?
Contact the concierge with the booking reference, new entrance and timing. Once the change is confirmed, send the same instructions to the guests and their lead contacts. An on-site event coordinator is not automatically included.
What should I send for a multi-vehicle event?
Send each movement's date, full pickup and destination, arrival deadline, passenger and bag count, group lead and approving contact. Include the venue's loading instructions and whether trips are transfers, retained hours or a proposed shuttle program. Each vehicle and timetable must be in the accepted arrangement.
Can you arrange event transport on short notice?
Contact the concierge with the full movement plan and timing so availability can be reviewed. Do not treat a submitted request as an immediate dispatch or vehicle reservation. If the event is already underway, include the existing reference and a reachable group lead.
What if I have not received a confirmation or change response?
Contact the concierge with your existing request reference, the affected guest movement and group contact, and reachable contact. A submitted request or unanswered change is not a confirmed arrangement. Use the accepted, confirmed itinerary; do not treat silence as approval or assume an earlier pickup has been replaced.
