Cancellations & changes.
How cancellations, changes, and refunds work once a booking is confirmed. This is our standard policy; a written quote or confirmation may set different terms for a specific or large booking.

Artisan Limo LLC ("Artisan Limo") provides this website. Existing bookings remain governed by the terms accepted for those bookings.
1. When This Policy Applies
2. Cancellation Windows
For a standard confirmed booking, notice is measured from the scheduled pickup time to when we receive your cancellation request:
- At least 48 hours before pickup: full refund.
- Inside 48 hours: any refund is discretionary. We make a good-faith effort to recover funds committed to the operator and refund what we can. Depending on those commitments, the refund may be partial or zero; no percentage or minimum refund is guaranteed. Up to the full amount paid may be retained; this is not a separate flat fee added to the payment already collected.
3. No-Shows
A no-show occurs when the passenger is not available within the complimentary wait window and has not contacted the concierge to adjust the booking. A no-show does not carry a guaranteed refund. We review any recoverable amount in light of the operator commitments and the accepted booking terms. Up to the full amount paid may be retained; the standard policy does not add a separate flat no-show fee on top of that payment. A different charge must be disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment. See the Wait Time Policy for the complimentary windows that apply to your booking.
4. Changes to a Booking
For additional stops or itinerary changes you request, we disclose the additional price or calculation method and obtain your approval before providing the additional service.
We accommodate changes — pickup time, location, vehicle class, passenger count, or added stops — whenever the operator and vehicle can be re-coordinated in time. Changes requested close to pickup may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking if they cannot be accommodated. An approved change may adjust the price, which is re-confirmed in writing before it takes effect. We keep the disclosed price or calculation method and your approval with the booking.
5. Large & Event Bookings
Weddings, multi-day roadshows, group programs, and other large or event bookings require at least seven days' cancellation notice before the first scheduled pickup for a full refund. Inside seven days, any refund is discretionary. We make a good-faith effort to recover operator commitments and refund what we can, but the refund may be partial or zero, with up to the full amount paid retained. This is not a separate flat fee added to the payment already collected. A different deposit or cancellation term applies only when clearly disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment.
6. Special Dates & High-Demand Periods
A holiday, major event, or peak travel date does not by itself change the notice windows above. Any different cancellation term must be clearly disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment.
7. Weather, Emergencies & Force Majeure
If severe weather, an emergency, or another event outside anyone's control makes safe service impossible, we work with you to reschedule. Where the trip cannot proceed at all, a full refund is issued with no penalty. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including traffic, road or airport closures, and government or security delays; in those situations we make every effort to communicate and re-coordinate.
