Fairfield County and Connecticut car service pricing
Enter the complete Connecticut address and destination. Domestic sedan and SUV journeys between service markets can be submitted for Artisan approval using the national rate card.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
Fairfield to NYC
Fairfield County to NYC car service
Planning sources: Connecticut Office of Tourism: coastal western Connecticut
Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk and Westport are distinct destinations in coastal western Connecticut. Use the actual town, entrance and Manhattan arrival deadline to define the trip.
If a colleague arranges the ride, include both booker and traveler contacts. Name the person who can approve a changed stop or departure.
Airport connections
Fairfield County airport transfers with city stops
An airport arrival followed by a Manhattan meeting and a Connecticut drop-off is a multi-stop request. Include the time at each stop. Choose the airport for the booked flight; HPN is not automatically the right airport for every Fairfield journey.
| Journey | Details that matter |
|---|---|
| Westchester Airport · HPN | Connecticut address, flight and airline terminal or named FBO. |
| JFK, LaGuardia or Newark | Booked flight, airport and terminal, final address and luggage. |
| Airport, Manhattan and Connecticut | Each address, meeting duration, luggage plan and final drop-off. |
Local destinations
Name the Fairfield County town and the exact office or home
Planning sources: Connecticut Office of Tourism: coastal western Connecticut
Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk and Westport are distinct coastal western Connecticut destinations. Connecticut's tourism guide identifies places such as Harbor Point in Stamford and South Norwalk; a district name still needs the actual street address and entrance for your reservation.
For a Manhattan meeting, work from the required building arrival and keep the return office or residence separate. A Connecticut page title does not imply every statewide route uses the same itinerary, price or availability; this page focuses on Fairfield County journeys and their NYC connections.
Arranger and traveler
An office arranger and the traveler need the same accepted plan

An assistant may arrange a residence pickup or an airport arrival for a colleague. Use Booking for someone else, include the passenger's mobile and share the confirmed local date, address and meeting instructions with them. Put the name of the person approving changes in the notes.
If a meeting moves to a different office or the return becomes an airport departure, send the revised route and deadline promptly. Retaining a vehicle across several appointments needs an agreed hourly window and full service area, rather than an assumed addition to a direct transfer.

Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Include oversized luggage or mobility equipment for fit review. Sprinters and larger vehicles are quote-only. Child-seat requests require an SUV. Request up to two seats in advance, with each child’s age, weight and height; availability must be confirmed.
Set the return at the office, restaurant or hotel where the traveler will finish, with its own date and time. If the return passenger or bag count differs, enter separate one-way journeys so each uses the correct requirements. Ordinary point-to-point pickup waiting is 15 minutes from the scheduled time; a longer appointment needs a confirmed change or hourly arrangement.
For repeated Fairfield County–New York trips, the corporate form asks for markets, monthly trip volume and billing preference. Add routes and recurring dates in the notes. Submission starts an account review; it does not activate an account or reserve future journeys.
When your trip is confirmed
An eligible online request saves your card without a charge or hold. Artisan reviews availability, the vehicle and extras; a changed offer needs your acceptance before charging. Confirmation follows approval and successful payment. Accepted invoice or deposit offers follow their own payment terms.
Cancellation terms
For a standard confirmed ride, cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different terms apply only if disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment.

Fairfield County trip questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeCan I request a Connecticut-to-New York ride?
Use the Fairfield County pickup and New York destination, then add the date, time, passengers and luggage. Include the arrival deadline and any stops. The round-trip form supports a different return route but shares one passenger and bag count across both legs; enter separate one-way journeys if the return party or luggage differs.
Can a colleague arrange the ride for someone at home?
Include both contacts and the traveler’s mobile number, with permission for trip communication. Add residence access instructions and the person authorized to approve changes.
What should I include for an HPN connection?
Send the Connecticut address, flight reference, passengers and luggage. For a private flight, add the FBO name and address supplied by your aviation arranger.
Can I set up regular business trips?
The corporate inquiry collects monthly trip volume, markets, billing preference and notes about your routes. A submitted request is under review, not an active account or a series of booked trips. Use the confirmed account and booking terms for each arrangement.
Can a Fairfield County family request child seats?
Request up to two seats in an Executive or Luxury SUV in advance, with each child's age, weight, height and preferred restraint type. Availability must be confirmed. Include every child in the passenger count and strollers in the luggage requirements. The guardian remains responsible for checking final fit and securement; do not assume the same installation option is available in a group vehicle.

What if I have not received a confirmation or change response?
Contact the concierge with your existing request reference, the Connecticut town and traveler's journey, and reachable contact. A submitted request or unanswered change is not a confirmed arrangement. Use the accepted, confirmed itinerary; do not treat silence as approval or assume an earlier pickup has been replaced.

Can I cancel or change my confirmed ride?
For a standard confirmed booking, cancellation received at least 48 hours before pickup qualifies for a full refund. Weddings, multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings use seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Changes depend on availability and may need a revised accepted price. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.
