Luxury Sedan$200$600$800
  • 3-hour minimum for sedan and SUV hourly service. Ordinary local stops and waiting within the agreed window are included for the approved local itinerary. Driving time also uses that window.
  • Extra time requires customer and dispatch approval and is billed at the class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before acceptance.

The right setting

A flagship sedan for the passenger’s journey

Choose the Luxury Sedan when the cabin experience matters as much as reaching the destination: a client arrival, a private dinner, a wedding transfer or time between business appointments. Artisan lists this category as Luxury Sedan in the booking form.

S-Class and 7 Series vehicles have different model years and seating packages. A photograph or class name does not promise reclining seats, massage functions, a partition, Wi-Fi or a particular entertainment system. Describe any essential feature so it can be verified for the offered vehicle.

  1. A client or executive arrival

Provide the traveler’s name, reachable contact, flight and destination entrance. Distinguish the person making the reservation from the person being collected.

  2. A personal occasion

Include the arrival time, venue entrance and any photo stop. If the chauffeur must remain available after arrival, arrange the appropriate reserved time.

Passenger and bag fit

Premium cabin, deliberate passenger limits

Artisan accepts up to two passengers in the Luxury Sedan class, with up to three standard bags as planning capacity. Choosing the higher sedan class does not increase the booking passenger limit or guarantee additional cargo space.

Child-seat requests require an SUV, so select Executive SUV or Luxury SUV instead of a Luxury Sedan when a child restraint is needed. Request the seats with each child’s age, weight, height and seat type; availability must be confirmed. Large cases, formal clothing or mobility equipment also need a fit review. Tell Artisan what needs to travel in the cabin and what requires storage.

Transfer or hourly

Match the reservation to the day

Use point to point for one arrival or departure. Use hourly when you need the chauffeur and sedan through a local sequence of meetings, shopping, dinner or an event. Include the end location and the full time window, not just the first pickup.

For private aviation, name the actual FBO and provide flight or tail details when available. Airport or ramp access depends on the facility and confirmed arrangement; selecting a luxury car does not grant access to the aircraft.

How to arrange it

Arrange your chauffeur and vehicle

Enter the full pickup and destination, date, local time, passengers and luggage. Choose point to point for a direct journey or hourly for a reserved local itinerary. The form presents the available vehicle classes and trip price; review the terms and submit your request for Artisan approval.

Add flight and terminal or FBO details for an airport pickup. For a venue, provide the actual entrance and meeting point rather than only the building name. If the passenger and booking contact are different people, include the traveler’s reachable contact details.

Review the confirmed vehicle class, itinerary, price and cancellation terms together. Sending a request, selecting a vehicle or providing a card is not itself confirmation. Keep the approval and reservation details for the trip.

  1. Tell us what must fit

List every traveler, suitcase, carry-on, stroller, folding wheelchair or equipment case. Child-seat requests require an SUV. For a group vehicle, do not assume a child restraint or suitable installation position is included; discuss the children’s requirements with Artisan and confirm an appropriate arrangement before acceptance. Bag size matters alongside the count.

  2. Discuss access before booking

Describe boarding assistance and whether a traveler needs to remain in a wheelchair. An SUV, high-roof van or coach is not automatically wheelchair accessible. The actual vehicle and securement arrangement must be confirmed.

  3. Make changes before the journey

Send changes to the route, timing, group or vehicle as soon as possible. Ask Artisan to confirm any additional charge or calculation before the changed service. Waiting, no-show and cancellation terms remain part of the accepted arrangement.

Speak with the concierge
Which class do I select for first-class sedan travel?

Select Luxury Sedan in Artisan’s booking form. First-class sedan describes the service category on this page; the reservation and price use the Luxury Sedan class.

Can I request a Mercedes S-Class specifically?

Tell Artisan that the model is important before accepting your reservation. S-Class and BMW 7 Series are examples associated with the class; an exact model, year or feature is only part of the arrangement when expressly confirmed.

Does Luxury Sedan take more passengers than Executive Sedan?

No. Both Artisan sedan classes accept up to 2 passengers. Choose an SUV for child-seat requests or when your party needs more seats.

Can a sedan handle a full wedding itinerary?

It can be requested for the couple or another small party, with ceremony, photo stops and return plans included. Guests traveling together may need a separate van or coach. Each vehicle and time window must be confirmed.
