One national rate card

Compare transfers and reserved-hour service

Sedans and SUVs share one approved national rate card. The same class minimums and hourly rates apply across service markets; your complete trip and any selected extras are reviewed before acceptance.

Executive Sedan$135
Executive SUV — Suburban$155
Luxury SUV — Escalade$185
Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series$235
  • Starting fares are vehicle-class minimums, not fixed airport, port or destination fares. Review the complete price for your exact itinerary in the booking form.

Executive Sedan$120$360
Executive SUV — Suburban$144$432
Luxury SUV — Escalade$165$495
Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series$200$600
  • 3-hour minimum for nationally priced hourly sedans and SUVs. The form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Approved extra hours use the same class rate in 30-minute blocks.
  • The accepted trip price includes required trip costs. Gratuity is optional; requested extras are shown separately. Approved itinerary changes and excess waiting may add to the total.
  • Sprinters, Mercedes passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches use an accepted written offer. Available online group classes request that offer through the same booking form; contact Artisan for a configuration or multi-vehicle arrangement that the form does not list.

Choose a transfer, reserved hours or a coordinated program

A point-to-point transfer suits a known pickup and destination. A return booking adds a separately scheduled journey back; it does not keep the vehicle waiting between legs. Choose hourly service when you need a chauffeur and vehicle for several stops within an agreed window.

A roadshow, wedding or group event may combine several of those formats. List the travelers on each movement, its required arrival and the person who can approve changes. One description of the whole program is more useful than unrelated requests that leave the connections unclear.

  1. A fixed destination

Use full addresses, the flight or ship where relevant, and a reachable traveler contact.

  2. Several stops

State the first pickup, stop order, planned finish and any appointments that cannot move.

  3. Different groups

Identify who travels together and which arrivals or departures need separate vehicles.

The right vehicle starts with people and luggage

Count every passenger, including children, and describe checked bags, carry-ons, strollers and equipment. A vehicle's seat count does not guarantee that the same number of large cases will fit. Send accessibility requirements before confirming the arrangement.

Sedans and SUVs can suit individual, family and business journeys. Executive, Jet and Limo Sprinters, Mercedes passenger vans and coaches have different layouts and use a written offer. Jet and Limo Sprinters accommodate only four to six bags at most depending on configuration and bag size; have the actual fit confirmed before acceptance.

Know what is confirmed before you travel

Artisan Limo is a concierge arranging transportation through independent local operators. For an eligible online reservation request, your card is saved without a charge when you submit. If Artisan approves the exact trip you accepted, confirmation follows successful payment. A materially changed itinerary or price requires a revised offer for your acceptance.

Group vehicles and arrangements identified as quote only follow their accepted written offer and payment terms. Review the pickup plan, vehicle, waiting allowance and cancellation terms together. Required trip costs are included in the accepted price; gratuity is optional.

Speak with the concierge
What is the difference between chauffeur service and an airport transfer?

Chauffeur service describes the professionally driven transportation. An airport transfer is one use of it: a journey between an airport and your hotel, office, home or another agreed address. Hourly service, corporate trips, weddings and intercity travel use different itinerary and timing arrangements.

Can I book a car for someone else?

Yes. Provide the actual traveler's name and reachable phone number, along with the arranger's contact and the person authorized to approve changes. Share the confirmation and pickup instructions with the traveler before the trip.

Does a return booking include the vehicle waiting for me?

No. A return journey schedules another leg at its agreed pickup time. If you need the chauffeur and vehicle available between stops, choose hourly service and have the complete itinerary reviewed.

Are required fees and gratuity included?

The accepted trip price includes required transportation costs, including applicable tolls, parking, airport fees, processing and taxes. Requested extras are identified separately and gratuity is optional. Approved changes and excess waiting can add to the total under the accepted terms.

Are Sprinters and coaches booked in a different form?

No. Executive, Jet and Limo Sprinters, Mercedes passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches request a written quote in the same booking form used for sedans and SUVs. Contact Artisan for several vehicles or a custom configuration the form does not list. A request alone does not reserve the vehicle.

Can Artisan provide a specific model or accessibility feature?

Tell us which model, cabin layout, restraint, mobility requirement or amenity is essential. Availability and the suitable arrangement must be confirmed for the itinerary. A photograph or vehicle-class name is not a guarantee of a particular model or feature.
