Luxury SUV$165$495$660
  • 3-hour minimum for sedan and SUV hourly service. Ordinary local stops and waiting within the agreed window are included for the approved local itinerary. Driving time also uses that window.
  • Extra time requires customer and dispatch approval and is billed at the class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before acceptance.

Travel occasions

A Luxury SUV for arrivals and days out

An Escalade can suit a client arrival, a family’s airport trip, a private event or a group moving between meetings. The Luxury SUV category is separate from the Executive SUV’s Suburban, even though both have the same Artisan passenger limit.

For an important arrival, give the venue entrance, required arrival time and person to meet. If the trip continues after the first stop, include the later stops and return plan in advance. A direct transfer does not reserve the SUV for the rest of the day.

  1. Business and private aviation

Name the office or FBO and describe the ground itinerary. Any aircraft-side pickup depends on facility approval and the confirmed instructions.

  2. Occasions with several stops

Use reserved hourly time for an approved local sequence. Include photo stops, restaurant timing and the last drop-off so the service window matches the day.

Seats and luggage

Plan the party and the cargo together

Artisan’s Luxury SUV booking limit is six passengers and up to six standard bags. These figures do not guarantee that a fully occupied SUV fits oversized luggage or every combination of stroller, child seat and equipment.

If an extended body, a particular row arrangement or another vehicle feature matters, request it explicitly. A class photograph does not guarantee an ESV, trim package, model year or onboard feature. Only rely on what is confirmed for the offered vehicle.

Choose the class

Choose an Escalade for the class, not extra seats

Luxury SUV and Executive SUV both serve parties within the six-passenger limit. Choose Luxury SUV for the requested Escalade category. If your primary need is more passengers or bulky cargo, compare a group vehicle instead of treating the higher SUV price as additional capacity.

A Jet Sprinter has a different cabin layout but less baggage capacity than many travelers expect: plan only four to six bags at most, subject to the actual configuration. An Executive Sprinter or coach may be a better group-airport fit.

How to arrange it

Arrange your chauffeur and vehicle

Enter the full pickup and destination, date, local time, passengers and luggage. Choose point to point for a direct journey or hourly for a reserved local itinerary. The form presents the available vehicle classes and trip price; review the terms and submit your request for Artisan approval.

Add flight and terminal or FBO details for an airport pickup. For a venue, provide the actual entrance and meeting point rather than only the building name. If the passenger and booking contact are different people, include the traveler’s reachable contact details.

Review the confirmed vehicle class, itinerary, price and cancellation terms together. Sending a request, selecting a vehicle or providing a card is not itself confirmation. Keep the approval and reservation details for the trip.

  1. Tell us what must fit

List every traveler, suitcase, carry-on, stroller, folding wheelchair or equipment case. Child-seat requests require an SUV. For a group vehicle, do not assume a child restraint or suitable installation position is included; discuss the children’s requirements with Artisan and confirm an appropriate arrangement before acceptance. Bag size matters alongside the count.

  2. Discuss access before booking

Describe boarding assistance and whether a traveler needs to remain in a wheelchair. An SUV, high-roof van or coach is not automatically wheelchair accessible. The actual vehicle and securement arrangement must be confirmed.

  3. Make changes before the journey

Send changes to the route, timing, group or vehicle as soon as possible. Ask Artisan to confirm any additional charge or calculation before the changed service. Waiting, no-show and cancellation terms remain part of the accepted arrangement.

Speak with the concierge
What vehicle is Artisan’s Luxury SUV?

The Luxury SUV category is Cadillac Escalade. Choose Executive SUV for the Chevrolet Suburban category. The exact assigned vehicle and any essential feature must be confirmed for your reservation.

Does the Escalade take more passengers than the Suburban?

No. Both SUV classes use Artisan’s 6-passenger booking limit. The difference is the vehicle category and rate, not extra accepted passengers.

Can I request an Escalade ESV?

Include that requirement before acceptance. An extended body is not guaranteed by the Luxury SUV class name or photo; Artisan must confirm the specific arrangement.

What if we have large suitcases and a stroller?

Provide all item counts and dimensions so the actual fit can be checked. A larger group vehicle may be more appropriate than an SUV when the party and luggage approach its limits.
