Corporate Transportation

Arrange airport arrivals, client visits, meeting days and group travel with one booking contact. Artisan Limo coordinates each accepted journey with an independent, licensed local operator. Start a single ride in the booking form, or describe recurring company needs in a corporate account inquiry.

Reserve your ride

For one business trip, start here. Sedans and SUVs show the trip price before you submit; Sprinters, vans and coaches return a written offer. For recurring company travel, request a corporate account as well.

Two ways to start

Book a trip now, or request a corporate account

Use the booking form for a single company journey, whether you are traveling yourself or arranging it for a colleague. Enter the actual traveler and complete itinerary. An account inquiry is a separate conversation about recurring travel, several bookers or billing preferences.

Pending account discussions do not prevent individual trip requests. Each ride still needs its own accepted price, approval and confirmation.

Trips and vehicles

The business trips Artisan arranges

Start with the job the vehicle must do: a transfer, retained hourly time, private-flight handoff or group movement. Include each planned stop and any later return.

Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags. Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Sprinters, Mercedes passenger vans and coaches receive written offers for the actual cabin and itinerary.

  1. Airport transfers

Pickups timed to the flight's actual arrival when you give the airline, flight number and arrival airport.

  2. Meetings and client visits

Point-to-point rides, with each planned stop listed in advance.

  3. Hourly days

A chauffeur and vehicle for a reserved window, with a three-hour minimum for sedans and SUVs.

  4. Private flights

Pickups and drop-offs at a named FBO, with the tail number sent when known.

  5. Groups and events

Sprinters, vans and coaches priced in a written offer for the whole movement.

Approval and payment

How a company ride is approved, confirmed and charged

Submitting an eligible priced request saves your card without a charge. Artisan checks the operator, vehicle and selected options. Approval of the exact accepted request permits the reviewed charge; successful payment completes confirmation. A material change requires your acceptance of a revised offer first. A declined request is not charged.

After-service amounts must fall within the accepted Payment Terms and arrive with a receipt. The travel-manager guide explains permitted waiting, extra time, stops and amendments.

  1. 1. Request

Submit the trip; the card is saved, not charged.

  2. 2. Approval

Artisan approves the exact trip, or sends a revised offer for you to accept.

  3. 3. Confirmation

The accepted total is charged, and the confirmation email states the amount.

  4. 4. After the ride

Any permitted extra charge arrives with its own receipt.

Markets

Six markets for business travel

Choose the local guide for New York, Los Angeles / Orange County, South Florida, Chicago, Dallas–Fort Worth or Atlanta. Each covers the airports and itinerary types relevant to that destination.

Treat each leg of a multi-city program as its own journey, with its own date, travelers and addresses. Ask Artisan about any city outside these six before including it in the travel plan.

Your booking is with Artisan Limo LLC. Artisan coordinates the accepted journey; an independent, licensed local operator supplies the car and chauffeur. Artisan does not own, maintain or operate those vehicles or directly employ their chauffeurs.

Use the written offer or confirmation to check the arrangement for your actual date and itinerary. Request available insurance information for the assigned operator when your travel policy requires it.

Speak with the concierge
What is a corporate chauffeur service?

A corporate chauffeur service arranges ground transportation around work travel: airport arrivals, client meetings, reserved hourly time and group itineraries. Artisan Limo manages the reservation and coordinates the journey with an independent, licensed local operator that supplies the chauffeur and vehicle.

Do I need a corporate account to book a business ride?

You can request a business trip without an account. Use the booking form and name the person who should receive the confirmation as the booking contact. For recurring company travel, submit a separate corporate account inquiry; the coordinator follows up by email, and the inquiry itself does not activate an account.

How much does a business car service cost?

The booking form shows the fare for an eligible sedan or SUV itinerary after you enter the journey and vehicle choice. Transportation, tolls, parking, airport fees, card processing and applicable taxes are included; requested extras and optional gratuity appear separately. A Sprinter, passenger van or coach receives an itinerary-specific written offer.

Can I hire a chauffeur for a full day?

Reserve Hourly service when the vehicle should stay with you through the day. Sedans and SUVs have a three-hour minimum and allow up to 12 hours in the online form; contact the concierge for a longer arrangement. Time spent waiting at your agreed stops uses the reserved hours. Approved extensions are billed in 30-minute blocks.

Can my company have a full-time or dedicated driver?

For individual movements, request each trip; for a car retained during a day, choose Hourly, with up to 12 hours online and longer service discussed with the concierge. Describe a recurring or dedicated need in the corporate account inquiry or email info@artisanlimo.com. The actual availability and terms require confirmation. A preferred chauffeur can be requested, but the preference does not guarantee the same person each time.

When is the card charged for a company ride?

The card is saved when an eligible priced request is submitted, without a charge at that point. Artisan must approve the exact accepted trip before charging it, and successful payment completes confirmation. A materially different trip or fare requires your acceptance of a revised offer before final approval and payment.

Who do I contact about an existing booking?

Contact bookings@artisanlimo.com or (888) 885-1296 and provide the reservation reference. Artisan confirms changes and cancellations in writing. For cancellation notice, the relevant interval is between the scheduled pickup and the time Artisan receives your request.
