Compare the flights available to you, the arrival and return schedules, and the exact hotel, home or office address. John Wayne Airport is the Orange County option; Long Beach Airport and LAX can also serve an Orange County trip. A flight that suits your schedule may be more useful than choosing an airport by name alone.

Use the airport on your ticket in the booking request. Pickup directions depend on the airport and service category: SNA publishes separate app-rideshare instructions, while LGB lists commercial providers and its transportation rules. Follow the meeting plan confirmed for your chauffeur rather than assuming a rideshare sign identifies it.

Send the street address and the entrance intended for passenger drop-off. A hotel booking, office campus or resort can have several driveways; include the building, valet or gate instructions supplied by your host. Tell us about an arrival appointment or check-in requirement when the timing matters.

Choose a transfer for the agreed journey between addresses, including any accepted stops. If your day moves from an Irvine office to a Costa Mesa appointment and a Newport Beach dinner, request hourly service with a defined start, finish and stop sequence. Driving and waiting between those stops use the reserved hours.

Two transfers can suit a fixed outbound and return journey when you do not need the vehicle in between. A return booking does not itself hold the chauffeur through your appointment. Tell us when the finish time is uncertain so the available arrangement and extension terms can be reviewed.

Executive and Luxury Sedans list up to two passengers and three bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs list up to six passengers and six bags. Include carry-ons, strollers and oversized equipment so the actual load can be checked. For more travelers or a different cabin, request a chauffeured Sprinter or passenger-van quote in the main booking form.

Artisan's child-seat option requires an SUV. Request up to two seats, subject to availability, with each child's age, weight, height and seat type. Describe mobility equipment and the entry assistance needed before accepting a vehicle; a class name alone does not establish accessible boarding.

For a flight home, provide the actual departure airport, airline, local flight date and required check-in time. Work back from that deadline to allow for the road journey, loading the group and terminal access. Traffic and airport conditions vary, so a fixed journey time should not be the basis of your plan.

For a hotel, resort or office return, specify the entrance, local pickup time and people and bags on that leg. Keep a reachable traveler contact and tell the concierge if the meeting finishes late or the destination changes. The revised time or route needs review rather than an assumed extension.

Use the main booking form for the full itinerary. Sedan and SUV fares are reviewed when presented; group vehicles receive a later written offer. Check the required trip total, selected options, pickup instructions and any waiting or change terms for the actual vehicle and route. Optional gratuity is separate.

Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation. An eligible card-saving request requires approval and a successful charge of the accepted total; an accepted written offer follows its stated payment terms. No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Send subsequent changes promptly so availability and any revised price can be checked.
