The official Elevate BUR project site, checked October 1, 2026, schedules the replacement passenger terminal for October 2026. This schedule does not establish that it is already operating. The project FAQ says the main entrance will move from Thornton Avenue to Winona Avenue when the terminal opens. Recheck the airport’s current directions and your confirmed meeting instructions close to travel.

The current airport rideshare page points to the ground transportation island opposite Terminal B. That is app-based rideshare guidance. Your professional chauffeur meeting point should come from the confirmed reservation instructions for your service, terminal and vehicle.

Give us the complete hotel, studio, office or home address and the entrance you want to use. A studio lot or event venue may have its own gate and guest-access instructions; include the host’s directions in the itinerary before pickup.

For meetings across Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena, list the stops and appointment times. Hourly service can keep the car with your party for the agreed duration. Include a return to BUR if that is the last stop, allowing for airline check-in as well as the road journey.

Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Mention production equipment, golf bags, strollers or other oversized items so they can be reviewed alongside the passenger count.

Request an Executive Sprinter, Jet Sprinter or coach quote for a larger group. Travelers arriving on separate flights need their arrival times and contacts included; one vehicle cannot be assumed to provide several independent terminal pickups at once.

Provide the airline, flight number and local date of arrival. Accurate flight details allow arrival updates to be used in the pickup plan. Send a new flight reference promptly if you are rebooked, diverted or moved to another airport.

The standard domestic airport allowance is 60 minutes from actual wheels-down, including taxiing and baggage collection. The allowance for your trip is confirmed in writing. For a city pickup going to BUR, the standard 15-minute window starts at the scheduled pickup time.

Required normal trip fees are included in the agreed price, and gratuity is optional. Give us every stop and the vehicle requirements before accepting. Extra waiting, a changed itinerary or a later addition can change the total under the accepted terms.

Saving a card with an eligible request does not charge it or confirm your ride. When Artisan approves the exact accepted request, confirmation follows successful payment of the total. A revised offer requires your acceptance first. For an invoice, deposit or direct checkout, use the payment terms in that offer.
