For most events, hourly service is the simplest: the same car and chauffeur take you there and back. One-way rides use the standard point-to-point rates. Sedans seat 2 passengers with 3 bags; SUVs seat 6 passengers with 6 bags.

Child seats are available in SUVs only, up to 2 per vehicle. Request them in advance with each child's age, weight and height. Child seats are subject to availability.

How to book
Book in three steps
Booking for someone else? Choose "Booking for someone else" and enter the passenger's name and phone number. The passenger doesn't get an automatic message. Confirmations go to you, and the concierge uses the passenger's details to coordinate the pickup.

Pickup, destination, date, time, passengers and bags. For airports, add the flight number.
Review your price
Choose a vehicle, see the complete trip price and send your request. Your card is saved, not charged. Sprinters and coaches get a written quote.
Ride
Artisan confirms your ride and charges the price you accepted. Your chauffeur meets you at the address, or at the airport on your actual arrival time.

It depends on the group, the event and the time. Rideshare prices change with demand. With Artisan you see the full price before you book and a professional chauffeur drives.
Is it cheaper to rent a party bus or a limo?

Can my chauffeur wait during the event?

Standard confirmed transfers get a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, any refund is at Artisan's discretion. Group programs use 7 days.
