Wedding Transportation

Chauffeured wedding transportation for the couple, wedding party and guests. Plan ceremony arrivals, reception travel and the journey home with Artisan Limo around your venues, passenger groups and celebration timeline.

Reserve your ride

Enter your itinerary in the form below. A reservation request or quote request is reviewed before confirmation; it does not reserve a vehicle by itself.

One national rate card

Wedding car and reserved-hour pricing

Compare sedan and SUV hours for one approved local wedding itinerary. These are not fixed wedding packages or stretch-limousine prices. Sprinters and coaches use their accepted written offer.

Sedan and SUV reserved-hour rates
Vehicle classPer hour3 hours4 hours
Executive Sedan$120$360$480
Executive SUV — Suburban$144$432$576
Luxury SUV — Escalade$165$495$660

  • Starting fares are vehicle-class minimums, not fixed airport, port or destination fares. Review the complete price for your exact itinerary in the booking form.
  • The accepted trip price includes required trip costs. Gratuity is optional; requested extras are shown separately. Approved itinerary changes and excess waiting may add to the total.
  • 3-hour minimum for nationally priced hourly sedans and SUVs. The form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Approved extra hours use the same class rate in 30-minute blocks.
  • Sprinters, Mercedes passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches use an accepted written offer. Available online group classes request that offer through the same booking form; contact Artisan for a configuration or multi-vehicle arrangement that the form does not list.

Build the transport plan around the celebration

List the preparation address, ceremony venue and required arrival, photo locations, reception and final destination. Include the actual loading entrance at each property and the contact who can call the wedding party ready. Travel between venues sits inside the timeline, alongside photos and getting people into the vehicle.

A fixed ceremony arrival and a flexible photo stop need different treatment. Mark which movements cannot move and who can approve a change if the celebration runs late. Do not assume a published travel-time estimate guarantees arrival through traffic or venue restrictions.

  1. Before the ceremony

Preparation location, party ready time, bags and the venue's guest entrance.

  2. Between locations

Photo stops, people joining or leaving and the time the reception needs the party.

  3. After the reception

Guest departures, the couple's final address and an approving coordinator.

Choose the couple's vehicle for the actual cabin

Tell us about attire, entry and space requirements as well as the passenger count. A luxury sedan, SUV or group configuration can serve a different purpose on the wedding day. Specify an essential model or presentation and have it confirmed in the offer.

A wedding transportation request does not automatically include a stretch limousine, decorations, champagne, a red carpet or a particular cabin amenity. Ask about any essential feature before acceptance. Photographs illustrate a service setting; the written arrangement identifies what is actually reserved.

Separate wedding-party and guest movements

Guests staying in different hotels or leaving at different times may need separate waves. Record the passenger count and destination of each movement, including the wedding party's earlier arrival and any rehearsal dinner or airport transfers requested.

For Sprinters and coaches, send the guest list by movement, luggage and mobility needs. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only four to six bags at most depending on cabin layout and size. A maximum seat count is not a luggage guarantee; guests connecting from airports may need a different configuration from a local reception-only group.

Choose retained hours or separately scheduled trips

Reserved hours can suit a couple or wedding party moving between preparation, ceremony, photo and reception locations while the vehicle is needed throughout. Separate transfers may suit hotel guests attending one venue and returning at an agreed time.

A return transfer does not keep the vehicle waiting during the reception. If retained service is needed, include the planned finish and review the applicable hourly or group-offer terms. Extra time depends on availability and requires approval before added service; it is not automatically included because a reception ends late.

Confirm the day and the cancellation terms together

For one listed vehicle, begin with the booking form. Contact Artisan for several vehicles, a guest program or a required configuration the form does not list. Share the final timeline and identify the planner or other contact authorized to approve changes.

Standard wedding and large-event bookings require at least seven days' notice before the first pickup for a full refund. Inside that window a refund may be partial or zero. Any different deposit, cancellation or service terms must be disclosed and accepted before payment. A request acknowledgement is not a booking confirmation.

Speak with the concierge
How should I choose wedding transportation?

Start with the ceremony, photos, reception and final destinations. Separate the couple, wedding party and guest movements, then choose vehicles from the actual passenger counts, attire, bags, accessibility needs and time the vehicle is required.

Do I need transportation for every wedding guest?

That depends on the venues, hotel locations and your event plan. If you provide guest transportation, tell people the confirmed pickup and return arrangements and plan separate waves where attendance or destinations differ. Do not assume one vehicle request covers all guests.

Do your wedding prices include a stretch limousine?

No. Published sedan and SUV rates refer to those vehicle classes. A particular wedding model, configuration or special feature must be requested and expressly confirmed; the page does not promise a stretch limousine or fixed wedding package.

Can you arrange a rehearsal dinner or guest airport transfer?

Include those movements in the complete program with separate dates, addresses, travelers and bags. Each required vehicle and service arrangement needs confirmation; adding them to a wedding description does not automatically reserve them.

Can the chauffeur remain throughout the reception?

Request retained service for the agreed hours and review the itinerary. A return transfer only schedules another leg. Extra time after the accepted finish depends on availability and the approved extension terms.

What cancellation window applies to a wedding booking?

The standard full-refund window is at least seven days before the first scheduled pickup. Inside that window a refund may be partial or zero. Different terms apply only if disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment.
