Every prom booking follows these rules.
An adult books
The person who books and pays must be 18 or older, usually a parent or guardian.
An adult rides along
At least one adult aged 18 or older, besides the chauffeur, rides with the students for the whole trip. We don't drive groups of minors without an adult on board.
No alcohol, drugs, smoking or vaping
If these rules are broken, the chauffeur can end the ride and no refund is given, as our Terms of Service explain.

Book early
Prom dates cluster in the spring, and vehicles are subject to availability, so book once you know your date and group size.
Plan the stops
Enter the pickup address, photo location, dinner and the prom venue. Ask the school about any drop-off rules at the venue.
Prom night
The chauffeur arrives at the first pickup, follows the booked stops and waits while the group is inside.

Booking for someone else? Choose "Booking for someone else" and enter the passenger's name and phone number. The passenger doesn't get an automatic message. Confirmations go to you, and the concierge uses the passenger's details to coordinate the pickup.

Pickup, destination, date, time, passengers and bags. For airports, add the flight number.
Review your price
Choose a vehicle, see the complete trip price and send your request. Your card is saved, not charged. Sprinters and coaches get a written quote.
Ride
Artisan confirms your ride and charges the price you accepted. Your chauffeur meets you at the address, or at the airport on your actual arrival time.

How many hours should we book for prom?
Count from the first pickup to the last drop-off. If you only need a ride to the dance and a ride home later, call the concierge to plan two separate trips instead of a long hourly booking.
Do students still use limos for prom?
Yes. Prom groups still book chauffeured rides. With Artisan, that means a Limo Sprinter for a bigger group or a luxury SUV for up to 6.

Can I cancel the booking?
Standard confirmed transfers get a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, any refund is at Artisan's discretion. Group programs use 7 days.
