How many hours do I need?
Count from the first pickup to the last drop-off, including photos. The online hourly form accepts 3 to 12 hours. For longer days or several vehicles, call the concierge.
Who pays for the wedding limo?
There's no set rule. Usually the couple or their families book the cars. The person who books receives all the confirmations.
Who rides in the limo at a wedding?
It's up to you. A common plan is the couple riding alone after the ceremony and the wedding party riding together in a Limo Sprinter.
Do you have stretch limousines?
No. We don't offer stretch limousines. Limo Sprinters seat 8 to 17 depending on the vehicle, and luxury sedans and SUVs suit the couple.
Can you transport our guests from the hotel?
Yes. Sprinter vans, mini coaches and motorcoaches can run trips between your hotel, ceremony and reception. The concierge plans the schedule with you and sends a written quote.
What is your cancellation policy for weddings?
Every wedding booking, in any vehicle, gets a full refund when you cancel at least 7 days before the first pickup. Inside 7 days, any refund is at Artisan's discretion. Standard confirmed transfers outside a wedding get a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, any refund is at Artisan's discretion. Group programs use 7 days.
