Van Nuys serves private, corporate and other general aviation rather than scheduled airline arrivals. Its official FBO directory, checked October 1, 2026, lists the separate facilities below. These are directory references, not a booked gate or a promise of aircraft-side access. Ask your flight team for the confirmed facility, street address and passenger entrance before arranging the car.

Enter the FBO address as the pickup and your full hotel, home, office or venue address as the destination. If the flight team changes facilities, send the revised FBO promptly; the airport code alone cannot identify the correct ground entrance.

Include the flight or tail reference, local arrival date and time, passenger count, luggage details and a reachable traveler or flight-team contact. Tell us whether a passenger, assistant or aviation coordinator will communicate changes, and provide the agreed ground entrance or meeting instructions when available.

Use the confirmed ground meeting point for the reservation. Aircraft-side collection depends on airport and FBO permission and a specific arrangement; it cannot be assumed from booking a car. If you need help reaching the vehicle, describe the requirement before accepting the trip.

Arrange a transfer to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica or your other Los Angeles address. Include the destination’s car entrance, valet or guest-gate directions so the final arrival is planned as carefully as the FBO handoff.

Request hourly service if the vehicle should remain with the party through meetings, appointments or a later flight departure. Share the stops in order, time required at each and the FBO for the final drop-off. If the aircraft schedule changes, contact the concierge to review the vehicle timing and itinerary.

Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Describe garment bags, equipment and oversized luggage rather than giving a bag total alone. Request Sprinter or coach service by quote for a larger party.

Child seats require an SUV. Request up to two seats, subject to availability, and give each child’s age, weight, height and seat type. Include any vehicle-access needs with the FBO information so the meeting and vehicle configuration can be reviewed together.

Confirm the arrival reference, waiting allowance and meeting plan in the written quote or booking confirmation. Private-flight schedule changes and facility access need coordination with the flight team; tell the concierge as soon as the timing or FBO changes.

The agreed price includes required normal trip fees for the accepted route and vehicle, and gratuity is optional. Any requested extras, changed stops or additional waiting follow the accepted terms. For hourly service, waiting is part of the reserved duration.

An eligible request that saves a card does not confirm a vehicle or charge the card. Approval of the exact request and successful payment of its accepted total lead to confirmation; a changed offer needs your acceptance first.
