- For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the chauffeur, vehicle, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved window, together with required trip costs. Gratuity is optional.

One itinerary, several appointments
When hourly car service fits your Los Angeles day
Choose hourly when you need the chauffeur and vehicle reserved between stops, rather than a new pickup for each journey. A hotel departure, a Century City meeting, an appointment in Beverly Hills and a final dinner address can form one time-based request. Give the whole sequence so the reserved hours can be reviewed against the day you actually have planned.
A point-to-point transfer is usually the clearer request when you have one origin and one destination, or when you will spend a long period at a destination without needing the vehicle. Separate outward and return transfers need their own pickup details. For a full meeting day, discuss the schedule with the person arranging the appointments before choosing the duration.
| Your plan | Arrangement | Details to supply |
|---|---|---|
| One airport, hotel or office journey | Point-to-point | Complete pickup and destination addresses, time and any agreed stop. |
| Vehicle needed between several stops | Hourly | First pickup, stop order, time at each stop and final dropoff. |
| Several travelers or linked meeting schedules | Itinerary review | Who travels on each leg and who can approve a schedule change. |
Hours and stops
Reserve the time from first pickup to final dropoff
Start with the first pickup address and local pickup time, then list each stop in order. For appointments, give both the required arrival time and the expected time you will be ready to leave. Finish with the actual dropoff address. Time driving between locations and time waiting during the appointments both use the hours you reserve.
The online hourly form accepts 3–12 whole hours. Add the full schedule in the trip notes, including the expected finish and any fixed appointment that cannot move. A longer day or multi-day program needs itinerary review. Booking a block of hours does not make every possible destination part of the agreed arrangement.
Westside and Downtown stops
Use street addresses and the building’s passenger entrance. Include time for visitor check-in and the point where you will meet after the appointment.
Burbank and other campus visits
Provide the host’s visitor instructions, the correct gate or entrance and a reachable contact. A campus name alone may not identify the permitted dropoff.
Los Angeles and Orange County in one day
List both ends of the itinerary and the intervening stops before acceptance. Road conditions and the time spent at appointments affect the window you need.
Meeting between stops
Agree the next meeting point before each stop

Tell the chauffeur where you expect to leave the building and keep the passenger phone reachable. The vehicle may need to wait away from the doorway because of traffic, building rules or loading restrictions. If you leave by another exit or finish early, communicate the change before looking for the car.
For a Los Angeles Convention Center visit, supply the event, hall and organizer’s entrance instructions. Its notice, checked October 1, 2026, closes W Pico Boulevard between L.A. Live Way and Figueroa Street from December 4, 2025 through March 31, 2028. Recheck current access notices before travel; parking-garage directions do not by themselves identify a permitted chauffeur loading point.
Choose a vehicle for everyone and everything traveling during the whole day, including the luggage after a hotel checkout or shopping bags added later. Include oversized items and mobility equipment for fit review. Ask about a chauffeured Sprinter or passenger van when the party needs a group vehicle.
Start at an airport
Connect the airport arrival to the rest of your hours
Planning sources: LAX: prearranged car service and LAX-it guidance · Artisan Limo: waiting within an hourly booking · Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
An airport arrival followed by meetings needs both an arrival pickup and a reviewed hourly schedule. Include the airline, flight number, local arrival date, terminal where known and the first destination. Agree when the hourly window begins and how a changed arrival affects the finish before accepting the arrangement.
LAX publishes different pickup guidance for limousine and executive car services and standard ride apps using LAX-it. Follow the reservation’s meeting instructions. For Van Nuys, specify the FBO and its address, the flight or tail reference and a reachable flight-team contact. Airport access and meeting details belong to the actual reservation.
Hourly waiting is part of the reserved hours. The complimentary arrival allowance for a separate airport transfer does not add another free block to an hourly day. Send updated flight details promptly if the flight is rebooked or changes airport.
Time and extensions
What your booked hours cover, and how extra time works
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: waiting within an hourly booking
Review the selected sedan or SUV class, reserved hours and complete trip price in the booking form. The agreed total for an approved local itinerary includes the chauffeur, vehicle, normal local stops, waiting within the booked window and required trip costs. There is no second waiting charge for those same reserved minutes or a separate per-stop charge within that arrangement. Gratuity is optional.
If a meeting runs late or you need a later finish, ask the concierge for an extension before the reserved window ends. Extra time requires both dispatch and customer approval. Approved sedan and SUV extensions use the same class’s hourly rate in 30-minute increments, with extension time rounded upward. The next reservation or operator schedule can limit availability.
A substantially different service area, changed vehicle requirement or longer program needs review even when you still have time left. Sprinter and larger-vehicle requests receive a written offer with the applicable duration and extension terms. Review the complete price and accepted changes rather than assuming a time block is an unlimited travel package.
Approval and changes

Enter the first pickup, duration, party and complete stop plan, then review the vehicle class, required price and terms. Eligible online requests save your card without charging it at submission. Artisan reviews availability and the arrangement; confirmation follows approval of the accepted reservation and successful payment. A materially changed itinerary or price requires your acceptance of a revised offer before charging.
Keep the agreed start, finish and passenger contact with your reservation details. Request changes as early as possible. The cancellation policy distinguishes standard confirmed rides from multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings; check the applicable notice window before committing to appointments or changing the day.

Speak with the conciergeWhat is hourly car service in Los Angeles?
Hourly service reserves a chauffeur and vehicle for an agreed block of time while you travel between planned stops. Driving and waiting during meetings, shopping or appointments use that same window. Choose point-to-point for a direct journey when you do not need the vehicle retained between appointments.
What is the minimum hourly booking?
Sedan and SUV hourly service has a three-hour minimum. The online form accepts 3–12 whole hours. Provide your first pickup, stop sequence and expected finish; contact the concierge for a longer day, multi-day program or a group-vehicle offer.
Is waiting during a meeting included?
Yes. Waiting within your reserved hourly window is included and consumes the booked time alongside driving. Those same minutes do not receive a second waiting charge. If the day needs extra time, an extension must be reviewed and approved.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: waiting within an hourly booking
Can my hourly itinerary include Orange County?
Yes. Include the Orange County addresses and all Los Angeles stops in the original itinerary so the full service area and duration can be reviewed. A materially changed route or later finish may need a revised arrangement. The hours alone do not authorize every possible destination.
What happens if I need more time or another stop?
Normal local stops within the approved itinerary and booked window are included. Request a later finish or a materially changed route from the concierge. Extra sedan or SUV time requires dispatch and customer approval and uses the same vehicle class’s hourly rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. Group offers carry their own accepted terms.
Can hourly service start at LAX or Van Nuys?
Include the arrival flight, airport and meeting details plus the rest of the day’s itinerary. At Van Nuys, name the FBO and street address. Confirm the hourly start and finish in the arrangement, especially if arrival timing changes; a separate transfer’s complimentary wait window is not an extra hourly allowance.

Which vehicle should I choose for a day with luggage?
List the maximum number of people and all bags that travel at any point during the day. Artisan’s sedan classes accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; SUVs up to 6 passengers and 6 bags, subject to actual item fit. Include oversized items or mobility equipment, and request a written offer for a chauffeured Sprinter or passenger van.
What are the cancellation terms for an hourly ride?
For a standard confirmed ride, cancellation at least 48 hours before pickup receives a full refund; inside 48 hours a refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings require seven days’ notice before the first pickup for a full refund. Different terms apply only when disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment.
