Business travel · National rate card
Corporate transfer and hourly pricing
Use the same national sedan and SUV rate card for a direct business transfer or reserved local meeting hours. A corporate-account inquiry does not confirm a trip or establish credit terms.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
| Vehicle class | Per hour | 3 hours |
|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $360 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $144 | $432 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $165 | $495 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $200 | $600 |
- 3-hour minimum for hourly travel. Submit the meeting addresses and final destination so the itinerary and complete price can be reviewed. Account billing terms require separate approval.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
From the flight to the first appointment
Give the airport arrival a complete onward plan
Planning sources: LAX: prearranged car service and LAX-it guidance · Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
For a visiting executive or colleague, enter the actual arrival airport, flight, local arrival date and first destination. Add the hotel, office or venue’s full address and passenger entrance. If the traveler must attend a meeting after landing, provide the appointment time as well as the pickup plan; baggage collection, terminal access and road conditions need to be considered together.
LAX, John Wayne and Burbank have different ground meeting arrangements. LAX specifically distinguishes limousine and executive car pickups from standard ride-app pickup at LAX-it. Send the traveler the instructions for the confirmed reservation, and keep their mobile number reachable while they leave the terminal.
The published flight policy adjusts pickup timing when updated arrival information is available. A rebooked flight, diversion or airport change still needs prompt communication to the concierge. A meeting deadline does not turn an estimated airport journey into a guaranteed arrival time.
Choose a service
Choose one transfer, a meeting day or a group arrangement
You can request one business journey without opening a corporate account. Choose a transfer for a defined pickup and destination. Choose hourly when the traveler needs the vehicle reserved between offices or meetings; the order, expected finish and time at each appointment belong in that request.
For a day spanning Century City, Downtown Los Angeles or Irvine, provide each address rather than a general business district. Mark the fixed appointments and identify who can approve a change when one meeting runs late. If colleagues join or leave during the day, show the passenger count on each leg and the luggage that remains with the group.
| Need | Arrangement | What changes the plan |
|---|---|---|
| Airport to hotel or office | Point-to-point | Flight changes, additional stops or a different destination. |
| Vehicle between appointments | Hourly | Meeting duration, stop order and the agreed finish. |
| Visiting team or conference party | Group itinerary review | Separate arrivals, departure waves and combined luggage. |
| Regular company travel | Corporate-account inquiry | Markets, trip volume, billing and coordination requirements. |
Book for a colleague
Keep the arranger and traveler clear in the request
Enter the arranger’s name, email and phone as the booking contact. In the details step, select Booking for someone else and add the traveler’s name and phone number. Keep the booking contact responsible for reviewing the reservation and offer; give the concierge a reachable traveler contact for the pickup itself.
Add instructions about the office entrance, host or hotel checkout that affect the journey. If another person needs updates or must approve a changed price, name that requirement in the notes for review. Listing recipients or a company policy is a request to coordinate the arrangement, not automatic enrollment in a reporting or approval system.
Keep the reservation reference with the shared itinerary. When the appointment time, traveler or destination changes, contact the concierge with the revised details. Do not leave conflicting versions of the schedule with the traveler and booking contact.
Venues and teams
Name the event entrance and who travels together
Planning sources: Los Angeles Convention Center: current access and parking notices · Los Angeles Convention Center: Pico Boulevard closure, December 2025–March 2028
For an office or campus visit, provide the street address, passenger entrance and host’s visitor-access instructions. For the Los Angeles Convention Center, add the event, hall and organizer’s arrival guidance. Its notice, checked October 1, 2026, closes W Pico Boulevard between L.A. Live Way and Figueroa Street from December 4, 2025 through March 31, 2028. Use current access notices and the confirmed permitted meeting point; an old garage map is not a passenger loading instruction.
For a team arriving on different flights, list the arrivals and explain where the travelers are expected to join. One pickup may not suit different passenger-ready times. Ask for review of separate initial transfers and the later shared journey rather than assuming a single airport reservation covers every arrival.
A conference departure also needs the party’s ready time, permitted meeting point, luggage count and next destination. If different employees leave at different times, show the departure groups. Chauffeured Sprinters and passenger vans use the main booking form and a written offer confirming the actual seating, luggage fit and itinerary.
Recurring travel
Prepare the account requirements before requesting setup
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: corporate-account inquiry · Artisan Limo: booking, approval and payment terms
Use the corporate-account inquiry when your organization needs recurring travel across Los Angeles, Orange County or other Artisan markets. Provide the company and requester, the markets used, expected monthly trip volume and your preference for an invoice arrangement or card payment per trip. For invoice preferences, include the billing contact and cost-center convention where relevant.
Describe recurring routes, any travel-tool requirements and a chauffeur-continuity preference. Those fields help the team review what your organization needs. The inquiry is not an active account, credit approval, confirmed integration, guaranteed chauffeur assignment or reserved future trip. Account eligibility and the available billing arrangements must be agreed separately.
If a journey is already needed, arrange that trip through the booking form with its own addresses, time, travelers and acceptance steps. An account conversation does not replace the review and confirmation of a particular reservation.

Approval and changes
Review the price, confirmation and change terms
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: booking, approval and payment terms · Artisan Limo: waiting within an hourly booking · Artisan Limo: cancellation and itinerary changes
Artisan Limo arranges transportation through independent, licensed local operators. For eligible sedan or SUV journeys, review the complete required trip price and selected options, then submit the request for approval. Your card is saved without a charge at submission; the reservation is confirmed after approval and successful payment of the accepted total. Quote-only group arrangements follow their reviewed offer and applicable payment terms.
Normal required fees for the agreed trip are included in the reviewed total, and gratuity is optional. An invoice or deposit schedule applies only if stated in an accepted offer. A material itinerary or price change requires revised acceptance before charging. Extra waiting or additional hourly service follows the accepted trip terms; waiting within an hourly window is already part of that time block.
Keep the relevant cancellation window with the company itinerary. Standard confirmed rides require at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund; multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings require seven days before the first scheduled pickup. Inside the applicable window, refunds are discretionary and can be partial or zero. Different terms must be disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment.

Corporate car service questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeCan an executive assistant book for a colleague?
Yes. Keep the arranger as the booking contact, then select Booking for someone else in the details step and provide the traveler’s name and mobile number. Add extra update recipients, entrance instructions and the person responsible for approving changes in the notes for review.
Do I need a corporate account for one business ride?
No. Begin an individual airport, hotel or office journey in the booking form. The corporate-account inquiry is for recurring company travel and requirements that need a separate discussion. Each trip still needs its own reviewed and confirmed arrangements.
Should a day of Los Angeles meetings be booked hourly?
Choose hourly when the traveler needs the chauffeur and vehicle reserved between appointments. Provide the first pickup, ordered addresses, arrival deadlines, time at each meeting and final dropoff. Use a transfer when there is one defined journey and no need to retain the vehicle between stops.
What should I send for an executive’s airport arrival?
Provide the airline, flight number, local arrival date, airport and terminal where known, plus the actual hotel or business address and a reachable traveler phone. Include a fixed meeting time if it affects the plan. Send rebooked flight or airport changes promptly; follow the confirmed pickup instructions rather than assuming a ride-app meeting area applies.

Can colleagues on separate flights share a group ride?
They may be able to travel together after they meet, but provide every flight and expected passenger-ready time for review. Separate initial pickups may be needed. Include the later meeting point, next destination, passenger count and total luggage; the written offer must confirm the vehicle and full arrangement.
Are invoicing, credit terms or discounts automatic with an account inquiry?
No. The inquiry collects an invoice-versus-card preference, expected volume, markets and billing details for review. It does not activate an account, credit line or discount. Any invoice or deposit arrangement applies only when agreed in the accepted offer or account terms.

Does listing a travel tool or chauffeur preference enable that service?
No. The account form lets you describe a travel-tool requirement and continuity preference so the team can review them. It does not establish an integration or guarantee the same chauffeur for future trips. Confirm the available account arrangements separately.

What if the meeting runs late or the itinerary changes?
Contact the concierge with the reservation reference and revised schedule. Hourly waiting uses the booked window; extra time or a materially changed route needs review and may affect availability and price. For cancellations, standard confirmed rides use a 48-hour full-refund notice window, while multi-day roadshows and large or group programs use seven days before the first pickup. Inside those windows, refunds are discretionary.
